Pros

I love the ability to track all our jobs and trips. Work orders that require multiple trips can be "rolled up" into a single service request. The photo capability and storage has been fantastic. We don't utilize all the capabilities of this software and it is still fantastic for us. Super flexible so you can almost always accomplish what is desired.

Cons

The "back" button always takes me to the main screen which is annoying. Sometimes get a "glitch" where the customer field is different than the job details.

Reduced paper, and better management and dispatch of service requests

Pros

Simple for users and administrators. Scheduling of resources is straight forward. Mobility! Mobility! Mobility!

Cons

I would like to see a better preview from the mobile device for the completed form. Some of our techs use a PC to complete a form in the field and would benefit from a more consistent experience.

Razor is a great app and mobile site to use. We have use other software in the past that weren't as user friendly.needs to improve on a few items but over all happy with it.

Pros

Customer support is great QuickBooks integration is great Easy user friendly

Cons

Wish you would set follow up calls or reminders for customers. There's still a lot you have to remember to do.

I like how the schedule page looks

Pros

Easy to use, great customer service, credit card payments

Cons

INVOICING!!! Recurrences - when you change the day of the week, it wipes out any money you have already set in there. You need to delete the money off work order template or that set amount shows up on every W/O. I wish system required a dollar amount on every W/O, even if it were 0.00. I wish the system would ask if you want to save something in case you forget to hit the update button, did I mention invoicing?? Would love to have someone from Razor come sit with me the last week of the month to see what I go through to invoice. So frustrating and time consuming.

### "Razor Sync is Great!"

Pros

We used several other software companies prior to Razor Sync and we had serious issues with them (one in particular). We are an overhead door company and we heavily utilize the "estimate" functions as we commonly provide quotes before making our sales- with Razor Sync this is easy! We can create quotes and easily convert approved quotes into work orders and this is monumental towards our success!

Cons

The only real problem we've had with the software is the repeated need for our technicians to "re-sync" while out in the field- if they don't then office staff is not able to keep track of their progress and as we often times work in rural areas without good reception this can be problematic for us.

\-Always making changes to make the software better -Very easy to use(once you get the hang of it) -Customer service is great!

Cons

\-Price is a little high -Advance feature cost more -Can't add source from calendar page -Wish when you invoice or take a payment a new tab/page wouldn't have to open every time

Here at Chapman, we have been in business for 37 years and have around 30 employees. RazorSync has made routing the techs and invoicing so much easier.

Pros

Detail section- easy and great way to keep important info about customers that every user can see. Wil - our owner loves the app as a whole.

Cons

Having to change both the service request date and work order date when rescheduling an order. Having to go back and forth between the customer screen and scheduling screen to check availability.

accessibility and mobility of being able to access all our clients' info from anywhere. The app layout and it's easyness.

Cons

We would really like being able to use the merchant service but it is not available for Canada. Being able to customize forms in a more friendly layout presentation would be nice.

I love that it's easy to use and simple to navigate. I like that when I call the help line I get a live person to answer my questions.

Cons

Honestly, I have hadn't a chance to explore much with the software so I feel I can't comment on what I like least. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like with RazorSync.

How easy it is to use. I can train a new person how to use it completely within one hour. The support is really good. They respond very fast with answers and resolutions.

Cons

Would like to be able to easily schedule more than one technician to one job at time of creation of service appointment, without having to do multiple steps.

Razorsync is the best that ever happened to us!

Pros

This software is the most user friendly out of the many systems we looked at. We look very professional and our customers appreciate the organization and the ease of making credit card payments. Because we are so organized, we have been able to pick up some major property management contracts. Our sales increased by 33% in one year and we have hired 4 new employees.

Cons

I would like to have Service Agreements added for our commercial customers.

I love using Razor Sync considering I am running a small service repair business, the experience is like no other. When there is an issue their team get's right on it and they haven't made me wait over 24 hrs for a reply. If I could change anything it would be their new rates and yes I understand that in order to keep the service great they have to invest more. Overall the service is great!

Pros

I like the fact that it works well with Quick Books and the technician location feature.

Cons

Again the price increase is going to be an issue for me if I do not get more techs.

Pros

Easy to track and dispatch calls. Love that it continues to advance and have more features. Affordably priced.

Cons

Some of the areas are more challenging to set up. I have not been able to master setting up the forms section.

After using a different field management software provider for 3 years I started to feel like I was spending too much money in software and licenses. The straw that broke the camel's back is an incompatibility with QuickBooks Online. I started looking for a more affordable software solution and in all honesty I was willing to sacrifice functionalities in order to pay a lower monthly fee. I tested several cloud software solutions but none of them had what I needed. After testing RazorSync I realized that I was overpaying for a field management software and to top it all of I actually gained functionalities rather than loosing them.

Pros

PRICE!!! Plus all the functionalities that a service company needs

Cons

The software behaves glitchy at times and I have to refresh my browser. Other than that I have not had any other problems. I'm using Safari. I don't know if the system will perform better with Chrome or Firefox

Easy dispatching, customer history all under the customer's address, looking up customers names and phone numbers.

Pros

I like how easy it is to look up customers. See the dispatch board and the where the technicians are in their day. The little company that we are it is great that we can see where the technicians are with the GPS tracking without having to spend extra money on having GPS on their trucks

Cons

I do not like that you can not have 2 customers with the same name. I use quickbooks online and when an invoice amount has to be changed its complicated to change the amount and it does not export the new price into quickbooks online.

Affordable, easier to use as time goes by, don’t need internet to invoice

Cons

Needs A LOT of data input before implementing. Some things were not fully explained estimate conversions, how to turn estimate into an invoice

I like using Razorsync as it really assists with scheduling and job/time analytics.

Pros

Ease of running reports on jobs and open work orders.

Cons

It is lacking to some degree in import functions: I would like to use my own document to produce proposals as the razorsync proposal is a bit basic for my needs.
