Pros

It works well for small businesses; enters them in the 21st Century technology for a fair price. Does require Smartphones for staff members.

Cons

I liked it all; but I was the consultant who bought and installed it. It does change the corporate vibe; from phone bookings to digital but saves the owner a lot of time, manages the scheduling and tracks productivity and travel.

The scheduling for sure

Pros

I love the scheduling and how it assigns job numbers, easy to go back and look up history. It is a great product. Easy to keep up on past jobs.

Cons

Changing the passwords every 3 months.I wish I could enter a job address and it would instantly move to the top of the list. It is a pain to arrow up from the bottom of the address list to create a new job. (Keep in mind this only the case when entering a new address under my G.C.'s)

I have told 3 companies about you and i think they have signed up

Pros

I like it all. Everything they offer is great. It keeps up with all my customers and work orders.

Cons

User priced. The fact that you're charged based on the amount of users that use the system wish it was just a flat fee but i understand.

Pros

The ability to have a whole customer database, scheduling software, technician tracking, inventory etc database with one application

Cons

Occasional "bugs" like any program, however RazorSync is very quick to correct issues as they arise.

Pros

It's mobile friendly and its search capability I don't have enough to say because there keeps being new issues

Cons

The data base is corrupt the drop and drag doesn't work good the mobile app drains your battery when clocked in and it try's to do to many things

Pros

The software is continually being updated with great new features. The CS team responds quickly and with deep knowledge of the product.

Cons

The overall speed seems slow. Aside from this, there is really nothing bad to say about the product.

Schedule shows in calendar format and is easy to read. Ability to see technicians' location on a map is very useful. Ability to integrate with QuickBooks is great.

Cons

Invoices get created during QuickBooks sync, even if the order is still an open order, not fully invoiced.

the best benefit is being able to go paperless with our service tickets and to have a program that allows us to have a schedule board for our technicians.

Pros

How easy it is to use and the ability to import to Quickbooks. The ability to schedule our service techs and have it visible in real time as the status changes.

Cons

The only con i think is that on the desk top it does not auto refresh and you have to make sure you refresh screen to seen updates made.

Easy to use. Merges with Quickbooks. Tracks field employees. Sends invoices. Scheduling is simple and field employees can see their next jobs. Also time clock is very important and easy.

Cons

we have a lot of glitches with the phones. needs to be able to take payment for a check on multiple invoices. Swipers have had some issues with taking payment so we have to key in manually which is more costly than swiping.

Pros

love the reminders it gives our customers. The scheduling is very easy and helps keep us organized and get more done!

Cons

There was some problems with billing coinciding with our quickbooks. Not sure if this was corrected.

Scheduling. GUI. Many features with invoicing, quotes, customer portal, etc.

Cons

That we are the beta testers. Should have given a little more time before rolling out. Hopefully they give us major discounts for beta testing for them and hopefully they implement the corrections/requests.

we use it on a daily basis not to full capacity mainly just to schedule the guys and have a general idea of where they are. // some day may use more options in the software

Time tracking on the employees / knowing where they are is helpful

Cons

Not always in sync / some employees don't get sync and i don't know where they are until the next day

Customer database on hand from app all the time. Easy easy scheduling to send to technicians. Mapping and tracking techs in the field to know location while scheduling more work.

Pros

Love the ease of use and stored customer database. Can be modified for any use. Great software and the support staff if any issue or question arises is immediate.

Cons

I have no issues at all that I can think of. This software has performed flawlessly for me since day 1.

Finding RazorSync was one of the best things that ever happened for my business. RazorSync allows me to do what I need to do at a cost I can afford with just starting my business. The support is excellent, they are constantly adding new features and always help me out even though I am just a very small customer.

Pros

Mobility. I can do everything I need to do on my mobile devices

Cons

Some of the flow of the process is a little clumsy at least for my specific application.

Having the dates the customer signed saying the machine was clean. Its great to look back on the service that was done on the machine.

Although we are just starting out with RazorSync I believe we found our solution. We looked at RazorSync last year and decided to put our project on hold. We began to look at other software products for scheduling and routing solutions. After careful consideration we decided to reconnect with RazorSync and onboard their software product. We love its features and look forward to utilizing it out in the field.

Pros

Their training and assistant with on-boarding was pleasant and made the process easy.

Cons

The only complaint I have is the cost associated with adding the routing feature. It should either be a lower price or actually come with the software. I believe its a vital addition to your software that will make you stand out even more above your competition.

We have just started using Razorsync and so far are really pleased with the app and the incredible support from the company. This is a work in progress for us, but so far we have had a very positive experience.

Pros

Great customer relationship management tool for small to medium sized businesses.

Cons

I wish there were a stripped down version to give to some of the guys to start with that I could maybe get them using a bit at first and then offer up the full accessibility later on when they are more comfortable . It would also be good if there were a way to put junior users on the account for a cheaper price that could just do time-cards for employees who work on the construction rather than the service side of our business.
