We are a medium sized property management service with a maintenance/repair division and overall this program fit our needs without being overpriced or complicated. The scheduling feature was simple and implemented immediately. A true time saver and it eliminated missed appointments.

Pros

\*Customer service is outstanding! They always answer your questions and are attentive to your specific needs. \*Value, you receive the a lot for your money.

Cons

\*Sometimes the app can be cumbersome and not very intuitive. It requires some time training field workers on all the steps necessary to correctly complete a work order. \*The advanced reporting feature is helpful, but is very limited on customizable fields you can add in a given report.

### "Fantastic Field Service Mangement"

I've been using RazorSync for four months to manage maintenance service operations across six apartment complexes. Our existing property management software was severely lacking in features. RazorSync has allowed for precise scheduling and tracking of all of our maintenance personnel. We've also made extensive use of RazorSync's robust reporting features to better track productivity. I would not hesitate to recommend RazorSync.

Pros

Helpful and friendly customer service. Full featured one month free trial with unlimited users. Outstanding scheduling and tracking features. Large array of custom reports.

Cons

Importing customer data can be difficult if you're not using Google contacts. The data needs to be in a spreadsheet with a specific format for it to import correctly.

### "Drain service dispatching software"

I work for a drain cleaning company that employs 8 people. We started using RazorSync after using Google Coordinate. It offered so much more. The idea of having our customer's details and the history of the services in one place that was accessible to field workers as well as office staff was wonderful. We have been using it for some time now and have grown with it in a sense. The service techs wish the mobile app was a little more simplistic, but for the most part, it has become a great add to our company.

Pros

Their customer service is always easy to reach and there to answer any questions. Having customer info on hand for the field techs has been a huge bonus!

Razorsync is a sold program that works well with the service portion of our business.

Pros

Learning Razorsync was not hard at all. It is accessible and has a good ease of access.

Cons

It seems they always require me to change passwords, its a bit of a process to physically print work orders.

This is a good program for my use! I really like the map feature. I have a small business, so I only really need one account but I must get a minimum of 3 in order to use the program. I do wish the minimum would change.

Tracking of techs and client follow up. As well as techs being able to access customer information in notes portion

Pros

The system has allowed us to book and follow techs service appointments. We have not utilized the invoicing or quickbooks integrations system as of yet.

Cons

Recently photos that were uploaded into the attachments disappeared. The apps that were downloaded onto the techs phones locked up there phones and they have not been able to use it. They unfortunately will have to upgrade there phones in order to use the program

There is no auto update for the app you have to manually do it every time you open it.

### "From invoices to quotes makes the job faster and easier "

Pros

Ability to email quotes and invoices , customer notifications. Stores all the information for future recall. Ability to save all invoices, notes, quotes .. no more paper ..it\`s fantastic

Cons

System creates duplicates of invoices under attachments, used to make 4 of the same invoice, now we are down to 2 but we constantly have to clean up the attachments

Being able to offer paperless invoices was a huge benefit of RazorSync.

Pros

RazorSync has instant communication of what is being completed in the field back to the office. Technicians can see what was completed on previous work orders.

Cons

Cost per user. Job notes don't sync to customers over all notes. Some of the text, email responses cannot be personalized per job.

Collecting onsite and everyone has access to the schedule.

Pros

I like that everyone can see the schedule and it really has made collecting payments onsite super easy and comfortable for the technicians.

Cons

I don't like that you have to go in and out of the schedule or you lose the details of the work order. I have thought I had job scheduled and it disappears if you don't complete the work order and then use the timeline/details button. I would like to see availability for time in the work order area.

We have been using RazorSync for over 6 month now. It has really gotten us organized. When work orders come in from our vendors, they go right into the system and we can track as it is going. So now when a vendor calls we can tell them the status of the WO. It also works well with QuickBooks for invoicing.

Pros

I like the fact that this program is so easy to use. The customer support is fantastic, anytime I have had an issue, I receive a call back the same day. They have worked with me to customize my quotes and we love the program.

Cons

The thing I like least is having to change passwords for the technicians, they have issues with that.

Cannot select which app to open for maps. Cannot go back in history more than a couple weeks with the app. App does not automatically update

I enjoy this product and it is working to solve my growing business and its challenges. The support is great and they are helpful either that phone call or will call back with the answer. Priced reasonable but could be cheaper for a one person company.

Pros

The support team is always willing to get back to you and helpful

Cons

I wish the three devices I have would allow the program to run more cohesively. The app on the phone is different from the iPad and the computer. There are different ways the information is entered and it would be great to have them more similar.

Time saving

Pros

All in one very customizable . Scheduling is a breeze , record keeping, gps, time cards, email and text function for communication.

Cons

Bookkeeping. Inability to post more money to an account than what is due. You can only post to one invoice at a time. An outstanding account balance per customer would help

A lot less paperwork, re-entering invoices

Pros

Ability to be mobile. Schedule jobs on the fly. Invoice and print invoices on the job. Customer history.

Cons

I would like to have my customer information pop up when they call in automatically. Ability to be able to pull in all QuickBooks customer history before using the program.

Pros

Customer service is very good. Relatively easy to navigate. Holds all relative information in regards to jobs

Cons

What I like least about any software is the learning curve. It takes time to learn all the uses for this software but is very useable. sometimes have trouble saving and uploading photos
