Creating and working on the work orders. Easy to access and move around.

Cons

Viewing history on phones. The fact that I can not move w/o back to the left after it has been assigned without it hanfing from the top of the page

I used too really like to software but it's too expensive now and we will be finding another solution.

Pros

Easy to use and has an app and is usually functional.

Cons

Pop ups, spammed for reviews and price is too high

Pros

The thing I like the most are actually two things, Quick Books integration and the ease of scheduling.

Cons

Difficulty switching onsite contacts for the same site. We have service addresses that have more then one on site contact and the current way to change it is time consuming.

I find the software easy to use and appreciate how easily it relays info with quickbooks. The mobile app is extremely helpful for my crew.

Cons

I do wish the recurring service option were capable of being set indefinitely. Having to re-enter every few years will be cumbersome.

WE love the support and continuous improvements that RazorSync is always making.

Pros

We use this software in conjunction with Quickbooks to invoice, send estimates, do our scheduling, and even be able to track employees through the app on their cell phones. The fact that it syncs with quickbooks means we can create invoices and collect payments in the field and then sync it to QB later. Techs can add notes, pictures and other details that are stored on each job.

Cons

The tracking software for the field techs can be spotty and we switched to Tsheets for clocking in and out jst becasue it was smoother.

the ease of moving schedules and visual picture of the mapping for service calls is beneficial

quotes tend to go into junk mail of customers

We use the program every day for maintenance request. It works well for our team. Inputting photos and info in for invoicing is quick and easy.

Pros

Calendar view of maintenance request helps me keep track of all of my request at a glance.

Cons

Unable to download several photos at one time from the program. If you need to download a photo from the program you have to do it individually.

It is so easy to use, cuts out paper, and my Technicians have their schedule in the palm of their hands. I wish we would've had Razor sooner! It has increased our time spent working instead of scheduling, increased cash flow, and improved customer service!

Good product, very little hiccups. Can be a little finicky when refreshing data on a mobile device. (Does not always show up right away from desktop entries.)

Pros

The fact that we are able to manage the office notes and field technicians jobs efficiently with integration from other software is the highest plus for us.

Cons

I don’t think there is anything that we don’t like. For us, we just have this learning curve with trying to make sure we utilize every aspect of this software.

Pros

The program is very easy to learn and use. It works on smartphones , tablets, & PC's. Customer service and technical support is top notch

Cons

The inability to put suite numbers in addresses. The address verification system does not like suite numbers.

Pros

it capabilities to help in all the areas : work orders, invoicing, dispatching, etc. Looking forward to when we are at 100% up and running to really know how good it will be for us. But still super excited what a change it will bring to our company

Cons

the limited access either your an admin or a user there is no in between. I am the Administrator and our sales manager has caused much conflict in scheduling and unfortunately I have to give him full access for him to do his job and I am not too happy about that.

Lots of features and functionality; better than much of the market (but that's a low bar); fairly responsive support team and company management

Relatively immature product, product management and software development process with sub-optimal workflow and frequent bugs and inconsistencies

I use Razorsync to manage my fleet of 7 pest & termite vehicles and employees. The GPS mapping is great both for my technicians (to find new addresses) and for me to track & monitor my employees (it removes any speculation when a customer says our guy never showed up - I've got a gps location with date & time showing he was on site). Plus the maps make scheduling customers in the same neighborhood that much easier.

Pros

Time card apps/services alone charge far more for just that feature!

Cons

I'd like to see a 'reminder' feature added, and service requests that can go infinitely into the future instead of the current 3 year limitation.

Can't show employees busy on schedule without creating a work order. For example, if he is doing an estimate.
