The overall experience has been good I don’t quite understand why we can take a picture and attachments and then have difficulty being able to see the picture in full view you have to do quite amount of manipulation.

Pros

The thing I like most for me is the link to the map quest or Google maps. Using an Apple phone I have relative ease and getting to the comments field and adding attachments or services

Cons

The ability to edit in some cases limited selections, And I have to ask why the selections are necessary. difficulty getting to the field area to make an edit such as customer phone number, updating address ,adding second contacts… Etc.

Started using this software a few years ago and has exceeded all my expectations. Starting another company and this will be my go to

Pros

Ease of use and set up. Also tracking, email notifications, easy use with QuickBooks integration.

Cons

Really can’t see any cons. I issued I have had were my fault or fixed with support ASAP.

Lot of times service trucks were not able to receive updated information or send information back to office

Pros

that we could track jobs and get information to service trucks

Cons

system would not connect a lot of time and when putting information in in the field it would up date losing information we were typing in. will admit some of our problems with system were employees not remembering how to operate system

We are using it to dispatch hvac service calls. We are using it for invoicing. Overall, it's ok. I don't love it but I don't hate it.

Pros

It communicates with Quickbooks. I like that emailing invoices is easy. I like the documentation that appears in notes when someone completes a task.

Cons

Having to move back and forth between the customer and the schedule tabs to find information is a royal pain. It isn't very intuitive. There have been several times when it was very slow. I would like to see the schedule appear on an iphone just as it does on the tablet. When I have attempted to search for help online, I have been unable to find what I was searching for.

### "It's a Breeze once you get the process down"

The benefit of being able to work from basically anywhere, I use my phone most of the time if I'm not in the office, but If I'm at home, my personal home computer does the job. I've been in the hospital, on vacation, traveling and I have been able to set up work for my techs back on site.

Pros

I like that I can run my business from home on days where I just can't get in, if it's bad weather, sick kid, or just a personal day, I can still do my job by logging in from home

Cons

It was a learning curve in the beginning, but I think I can definitely call myself a pro right now, and my technicians even like it. The ease of using the Ipad for all their calls has just been perfect

RazorSync has provided a great starting platform for how to schedule and assign jobs to our technicians.

Pros

I enjoy the fact that this software is easy to use and everyone can access it and stay on the same page with the click of a button.

Cons

I don't like how I cannot assign more than one technician to a work order without having to duplicate the order. Also, I don't like the fact that the status of where the technician is i.e "En Route" or "Onsite" does not update immediately until after the status is changed again.

### "RazorSync User"

Overall it works fine. Need some tweaks to make more user friendly.

Pros

Ability to have information for a customer in one place and ability to sync with Quickbooks.

Cons

There are a few quirky things about the functionalities that could be fixed, such as having to make sure the start and end times for the quote have to be set to a particular value in order for service items to be included in the service request once converting the quote. Also, if a work order is set to complete and you sync with Quickbooks it automatically creates an invoice. Neither of these were mentioned in training.

It has been a great asset to to use this with out technicians. Again, we aren't using it to it's full capacity but hopefully will get to that soon.

Pros

This program is very easy to use for basic functioning. The more you put into it the more you can get out of it but even with basic information it works just fine for us.

Cons

The one thing I wish we could do with this program is that when you click on something for it to open up as another page and not lose your place of where you're at at the moment.

### "Game changer for our business"

I run a WISP (Wireless Internet Service Provider). Before I joined the installation department was using SharePoint to send out the techs calendars. We have no been a customer for 1 1/2 years and couldn't be happier. It makes everything so simple for us. It does have it's quirks at times but we can typically work through those issues with no down time.

Pros

Merchant processing. Instant updates. Easy to use. Inexpensive. Good response time from customer service. Never out of service.

Cons

It took some tweaking in the beginning to work for our company and as updates roll out we find ourselves changing things up but overall that's hardly a con.

Pros

We have found the address database is up to date, which has helped finding correct addresses in new subdivisions. Also, having the history speeds up return calls for additional service. Being able to see on the map where future jobs are helps is effeciency of scheduling.

Cons

I wish there was a way to break the visual of the maps and service tech into groups. Such as when more than one service coordinator uses the system and only needs to see their areas, or when the service department is broken into different geographical regions.

Razor Sync is easy to use. It has allowed my business to become more versatile and has opened the door for superior communication to our customers. All of our technicians are able to document what is going on with a customers HVAC system without running out of room on the invoice. We are able to generate additional forms and attach pictures to assist us with being extremely thorough and document all of our work.

Pros

Allows the company to be transparent with the customer.

Cons

The only con I can think of at this time is that the mobile users are not able to utilize the quoting feature. However, they reassure me that it will be available soon.

Pros

Easy to use, nice that we can attach sub-contractors tickets and pictures to the ticket.

Cons

I cannot look back more than a few days to see where I’ve been in case I need to answer a customers question or if I may have left something behind, this is important. It would be nice to have reminders to clock in and “are you sure you want to clock out” warning.

Cons

JIT setting is SO ANNOYING!! Also don't like customer names being sorted first last, should be able to set as last, first. Wish invoice #s would be same as QB.

Pros

I like that I can follow a work order from creation to invoice easily. I like the customized way razor sync was able to set up our database.

Cons

There is no way to track the invoices that are emailed out. Meaning I cannot see an outgoing mail.

After researching and trying a number of applications we selected Razorsync. I can say without hesitation this is the best app for the money. We have been using Razorsync for over two years and we are completely satisfied.

Pros

Ease of use. Easy to create custom forms. Technicians like the app and there is a very short learning curve. The reports we generate from Razorsync for our customers have become a vital part of our business. Customer support is excellent. New versions with added features are consistent.

Cons

Like with most apps, the integration with other apps is not as easy as it sounds.

I literally replaced a human being employee and I'm able to remotely run my business as long as I have a cell signal.

Pros

Ease of use, cloud based, can send reports with pics of receipts, finished work, etc.

Cons

There are a lot of steps to go through to navigate the app.

The initial set up. I didn't find there was enough support. Took a long while before I was comfortable enough to solely rely on this program

We love Razor it has bad a world of difference.

Pros

That the tech can take photos, option of billing as well.

Cons

How it "jumps" on the customer page under invoicing. You click on one invoice and it will jump to a random one. It takes twice as long to marked invoicing "paid".

scheduling, photo uploads and notes, calander

Cons

data useage/operation speed complicated to set jobs up simply, certain steps work sometimes but not others, slightly different process from mobile to desktop, not being able to edit files uploaded from computer, not being able to upload certain types of documents from phone that you can from desktop, searching through older customers/jobs is tricky sometimes.

Like ability to move customers around easily. In our business this occurs often.

Pros

I have only been using for 6 weeks. Learning the process to set appointments was easy. If you forget to complete a field, it won't upload, but rather tells you what you are missing. Plenty of room for notes so technician is well informed before going to customer's home.

Cons

I have only been using product for 6 weeks and haven't found any cons yet.
