We are able to manage our day very easily, as well as track any customer notes and office notes so everyone involved knows what is going on at all times.

Pros

Ease of use. The ability to complete a request from open to invoice easily and the ability to designate bill to and service to addresses, as well as the trackability for repeat customers and problems.

Cons

The mobile version Service request vs Call gets a little complicated switching through screens, to try and find information. Additionally, I don't like that I cannot email more than one customer at a time, an invoice when the job is completed.

Keeps history of work orders GPS Tracking of technicians Can be used on different devices in the office and field

Cons

Not easy to do searches The notes section in work orders needs two tabs, one for actual notes for the job, and the other for changes in the appointment.

Pros

I found it quite useful to close out work orders and have a copied emailed to my office staff and the customer right from my phone.

Cons

I have had to major issues with the software. Almost every problem encountered was due to lack of user knowledge about the software.

Overall, its note a bad platform, but we chose to go into another direction due to the complexity of the interface.

Pros

Good service, with many features and ability to adapt to a growing company.

Cons

A bit confusing. The user interface takes some getting used too, and the marketing features (SMS, email) are very limited.

We can schedule techs and have them in real time get updates to their schedules

Pros

The price. We would switch if it was more expensive to something more robust.

Cons

There is glitches that take too long to get fixed. I have spoken to people about a glitch that has been on the iphone app for 8 months and it's still not right. There is not a good way for customers to schedule themselves online with a block schedule. I would like 4 customers to be able to schedule themselves for an 8-12 timeframe but they can't. The customer needs to select an exact appointment time.

If you have around 7 users and a fairly standard work flow, this is the best solution out there. It is simple to use and its offline capabilities come in handy.

Pros

The solution is very aesthetic and very simple to learn and use. Scheduling, Dispatching, Invoicing and Customer Management is top notch in this solution.

Cons

The reporting and route optimization feature is pretty rudimentary. The Schedule page becomes hectic if managing over 7 field reps and in general when managing 7 or more reps you find yourself creating workarounds.

Helps make my employees more organized. They used to lose client sheets and forget to do jobs. Now they have all their jobs in a list and clicking on the job allows them to open the map to get there.

Pros

It syncs with QuickBooks Online very well, it is an app so my employees don't have to have a good internet connection to input info, clicking on the address opens maps which makes my employee's life easier.

Cons

Sometimes it freezes while syncing and sometimes it duplicates items on work orders. After reinstalling the app everything usually works again. Customer service is helpful fixing issues.

### "Great software for the value budget"

Pros

I used them for about 2 years in my last company of 6 technicians. It was very user friendly. The qb. The user interface and ability to look up consumer information was awesome! Dashboard inside the office, to use on the desktop was very helpful. Changing things & adding users/roles was simple.

Cons

Quickbooks integration was a hassle. It was batched, not live. Errors or changes make it difficult to keep up with. Updates were a pain. They didn't use to offer customizations of the platform which limited your ability to tailor it to your business.

We've learned to roll with the punches that razor gives, hopefully it gets better before it gets worse.

Pros

Best part about the software is the ease of access with the app and website, it is accessible through many outlets which is nice.

Cons

Constant need to sync on the app. If something is edited and not immediately synced, it is dumped. The app can also be difficult to make new work orders with, it is not entirely user friendly.

### "Good solution for scheduling"

Pros

Amount of detail I can put into the system about customers' jobs. Maps, and being able to see where our techs are. I like how it syncs with QuickBooks Desktop - I find I'm doing most of the billing in RazorSync, which then transfers to QuickBooks.

Cons

Do not like how the customer list scrolls down, would be better if it had a scroll button on the right of the names list all the time rather than when you get to the bottom of the first screen. I need to get to the bottom 4x to get to the end of my list. Not at all easy to use on a phone, tablet is necessary.

Overall has been a great business tool that makes your life easier , helps you keep track of records and create invoices.

Pros

The software makes organization easier, invoices are easy to keep track of, reports and documents are easily assessable .

Cons

Too many error reports and no way to clear the errors without having direct access or administrative access. Have to delete and re-install app to clear error codes.

We like Razorsync have been using it for 4+5 years now. Fairly easy and does what it's supposed to.

Cons

Synchronization can take a long time at times. Could use some updates to keep up with the times and competition.

1) Cloud based 2) Ease of use after you understand the flow 3) Saves time

Cons

1) I have yet to find a material pricing download that is user friendly that works with this software...Still looking 2) Somethings can be difficult to understand why they flow the way they do.

Being able to keep track of previous invoices and having all my customers info at hand.

Pros

I like everything about the software. I am thrilled that we came across Razor. This software saves a lot of time and paperwork . I really like the fact that all my customers info is in one place. No more writing down on paper .

Cons

My least favorite thing about the software would be I can't delete a customer that already has had an invoice created or had a service call request. Also if we have a husband and wife in separately you can't match them together.

Pros

Its very detailed and has a lot of key features to choose from. We all stay connected using this software.

Cons

There are a lot of different screens and navigating from screen to screen may be timely. I find myself opening the software 2 times. 1 for digging thru customers and one for seeing the schedule.
