Scheduling service calls for our technicians. Also, in the 'more about you' section, under Industry.. Seems like something like 'appliance repair' which is what we do should be there... Even HVAC, and plumbing isn't listed... I would have thought that would be the three most popular users of this software

Pros

We like the interface mostly, as the admin I like being able to tell where my techs are at . The PC experience is easy enough to use and all info is simple to find.

Cons

Its a bit 'clunky' at times. Alot of scrolling between different fields and panels seems unnecessary. The mobile app is also a bit slow to use. Lots of different clicks just to set up one service request. I would be happy to explain if someone were to call me.

No lost tickets, dispatching with techs in the field

Pros

Prior to razorsync we did all service tickets on paper and then we had to manually enter them into quickbooks. We had issues with tickets getting lost, not turned in, being hard to read and uninvoiced. With razorsync having the module that allows us to import invoices it saves us so much time and no lost money.

Cons

I wish the functionally was a little easier for technicians to use. It can be confusing with service Calls and multiple work orders in one call. It was a little challenging for our techs that are not computer savy to pick up. I wish notes saved automatically. We have lost info because clicking done was forgotten

RazorSync has made scheduling much more streamlined for us. There are a lot of features that they offer and you can pick and choose what works for you.

Pros

RazorSync makes scheduling and keeping track of our customers easy. I like how easy it is to look up customers and put them on the schedule.

Cons

I don't like that you cannot mark addresses as "inactive" or something along those lines. For some of our customers that makes their list VERY long.

We have been more successful at collecting payments and tracking paperwork. Overall I would say it's a great experience.

Pros

RS is a great way for dispatch personnel to get work order information to technicians cutting down on paperwork and possibly missing papers

Cons

Information get lost sometimes between mobile and desktop versions. And too many notes for every little movement or change

Pros

Cost, versatility, functionality. The software is unique and has everything that we currently need at a very reasonable cost. Comparable software is higher priced and does not give you as many or as desirable features.

Cons

Sometimes the software crashes. Some technicians have more issues then other and have to remove the app and re download

Good but needs to improve in areas described above.

Pros

Features are awesome and integration to QB is as well.

Cons

The field app locks up daily it seems. The merchant services should include customer names with data when it is transferred to QB to make reconciliation in QB much easier.

I most like the search engine for my clients. Really easy for my to find clients

I can not set field agents for the same time on two jobs

### "Great Product! Even Better Price"

the product has remained robust and useful and we really liked it. However I believe recently the company was purchased or expanded and the customer service level has dropped

Pros

It is easy to use and extremely useful as well. We can do everything from service request to invoice from the office or the desktop for a fraction of the cost of others and with all the bells and whistles we need

Cons

We need to customize our terminology more. So that our customers are speaking the same language we are which isn't always available inside razorsync

This is an all encompassing cloud-based platform that allows my company to manage 80% of our business - invoicing, scheduling, contact with field reps, integration with Quickbooks, and more!

Pros

I love all the improvements they have made over the last 3 years. This program is so user friendly and fairly versatile.

Cons

The are a few quirks or updates that don't mesh with our business needs, but we strive to work around those items. I also have the ability to request the engineering team to consider changing anything that doesn't work on a broad sense.

Pros

RS offers a solution that follows each of our projects from start to finish - no need to jump around to a multitude of platforms.

Cons

The product is feature-rich and that sort of gets in the way of a smooth-running platform if you’re looking for on-the-go ease.

CSV File does not transfer all info wanted.

This product has made our company more efficient and has helped us grow quickly with few growing pains!

Pros

Ease of use. This software is so simple to use and was by far the easiest software of its kind we tested to set up and get running. It took about 4 mins to import all of our 1500 customers and we were up and running. Customer service is the most important part of our business and Razor Sync hits it out of the park, they are always there to help should a problem arise or if you have a question.

Cons

Limited routing ability, but I'm told they working to improve it, don't like the weekly job calendar view, a few to many steps to schedule recurring services with pricing.

Easy to use, keeps track of everything..

Cons

Time clock to easy to clock out accidently and not realize it.. entering parts when selecting a part used it backs all the way so if you have more parts needed under one sub category you have to start from beginning everytime. Sometimes when typing in a field if you accidently hit outside of field it will close and you lose what you typed.

### "Razor Sync - Great Product and Pricing for Small Service Oriented Bus."

Pros

The program is easy to use even for those who struggle with the computer. I have been using it for over 2 years and my staff love it. All my techs use iPads in the field and they can see their daily job load, complete while at the job site and have the customer sign the iPad accepting the completed work. Once they do this, we are able to generate an invoice and get this out to them via mail or email. The best thing about RS is their responsiveness to questions. I no sooner send a request for clarification then my phone starts ringing. The guys/gals are knowledgeable and speak ENGLISH. Pricing is very good as well. I can adjust up and down as my tech compliment changes and can reduce my overall costs just like that. There's no contracts or long term relationships.

Cons

The product could be a bit more easier to use to assign jobs via an iPad. Sometimes the app crashes.

Pros

Has some really good feataures, fairly easy to customise, report generation is OK

Cons

cost is a bit too expensive for small businesses forms could be a bit more versatile, need a few more options

I loved being able to track our techs movements in the field and the accuracy it gave us for ETA's, etc.

Cons

When you have an issue or suggestion to make the software better for your business you have to wait a full year for the new software release, other software and make the changes immediately.
