The business owner and other employees swore they could never use a computerized system effectively and that records were better kept as hand written. RepairTrax quickly showed them otherwise. Pros Developer is very responsive. The software will work for most types of repair shops out of the box. We used it for a truck repair shop and needed a couple of tweaks to suit our unique needs. Easily done. Cons A bit of a learning curve to use it effectively. It took us some getting used to and it really won't stop you from doing dumb stuff if you want to.
