Pros: Developer is very responsive. The software will work for most types of repair shops out of the box. We used it for a truck repair shop and needed a couple of tweaks to suit our unique needs. Easily done.

Cons: A bit of a learning curve to use it effectively. It took us some getting used to and it really won't stop you from doing dumb stuff if you want to.

Overall: Transformed repair shop records from a paper system in disarray to a organized, searchable database on the fly without impeding business operations. The business owner and other employees swore they could never use a computerized system effectively and that records were better kept as hand written. RepairTrax quickly showed them otherwise.
