Pros The CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Cannot say enough good things about this. I help run a team, and I also do training. I recommend Trumpia to everyone I train and meet! I left a similar texting service due to lack of customer service. I interviewed 5+ companies and found that Trumpia was the perfect fit! The customer service before I even signed up was amazing. The contact at Trumpia was very good at explaining everything to me and I am very very happy. Cons Sometimes directly texting one contact is annoying because you have to add them as a contact before texting them. Some platforms you can just send a text and type a number and its super easy. Pros What I like about having Trumpia is the option to have a second way to communicate technical issues or possible office closing due to weather. Most of the time we do this via email, but there have been at least 2 times where Microsoft was having an outage that email was down, so this allowed us to alert our users of the situation. We have looked at other competitors, but Trumpia cost was lower which proved to be a value for the money. The interface is easy to use. System is easy to learn. Cons I really don't have any cons to reports at this time. We don't need to use Trumpia all that much but like I said it has come in handy when we needed it. We were so happy to do business with them and would encourage others who are considering to work with them to do so. You will certainly not regret it. Pros The product is stellar and far superior than any other on the market but what I loved the most was the care and support of the Trumpia team. They were incredibly kind and took various meetings with us as we learned the platform. Cons There's a little bit of a learning curve but the Trumpia team was always available to assist. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about Trumpia. If in the future we decide the new payroll provider is not what we thought it would be, I would consider using Trumpia again. Pros Our company used Trumpia to send out text announcements to employees on any schedule changes or announcements. It was a great solution for us in order for all employees to important updates. Cons There is not much I can say that we disliked about Trumpia. We only cancelled our account because we swapped to a new payroll provider that had the ability to send SMS updates to employees. Pros Trumpia has been incredibly easy to use, making it simple for our team to quickly communicate with staff, families, and the community. It's clear they value their customers' success. Cons The only challenge we've encountered is the limitation on the number of user logins, especially with the MFA requirement. As our organization has grown and more staff need access, managing logins has become a bit cumbersome. We used Trumpia for nearly 2,000 student move-in appointments and it was mostly a seamless process! Pros The ease of setting up a workflow and connecting with the Trumpia team for real time and ongoing support. Daniel's communication and follow up was awesome! Cons The dynamic lists could be more user friendly. Specifically, it would have been helpful to see the entire list or to be able to toggle between pages while keeping selection of contacts. Additionally, the platform offers a wide range of features that I’m happy to have, making it a versatile tool for different projects. Lastly what truly make Trumpia a great tool is the support they provide. Whenever I run into any questions or issues, the support team has been prompt, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Cons Honestly there’s very little to dislike about Trumpia. So far I have not ran into any major issues that would detract from my experience. June 12, 2024 5.0 Pros We use Trumpia as a white label and there really is nothing we can complain about. Great system, does exactly what we (and our customers) need, and the support is first class. We have never had to wait more than an hour for our AM to respond (Jed), and they've been really quick to provide support and insight. The platform itself got a facelift with its interface a couple weeks ago, and the messaging and inbox runs noticeably smoother than before. The customization with the campaigns and keywords has also been instrumental in helping us with our internal staff communications.
