Amazing! Best Customer Service. Easy to use platform.

Pros

The CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Cannot say enough good things about this. I help run a team, and I also do training. I recommend Trumpia to everyone I train and meet! I left a similar texting service due to lack of customer service. I interviewed 5+ companies and found that Trumpia was the perfect fit! The customer service before I even signed up was amazing. The contact at Trumpia was very good at explaining everything to me and I am very very happy.

Cons

Sometimes directly texting one contact is annoying because you have to add them as a contact before texting them. Some platforms you can just send a text and type a number and its super easy. I do like that Trumpia is more concerned for safety!

My overall experience has been positive and when I needed some assistance Trumpia support was right there to assist.

Pros

What I like about having Trumpia is the option to have a second way to communicate technical issues or possible office closing due to weather. Most of the time we do this via email, but there have been at least 2 times where Microsoft was having an outage that email was down, so this allowed us to alert our users of the situation. We have looked at other competitors, but Trumpia cost was lower which proved to be a value for the money. The interface is easy to use. System is easy to learn.

Cons

I really don't have any cons to reports at this time. We don't need to use Trumpia all that much but like I said it has come in handy when we needed it.

We researched and started with Trumpia to use as a tool to communicate with our employees during emergencies and other work-related communications but found out the cost for what we needed it for was not cost efficient and work the ROI

If you have a large, complex organization with offices/customers across the US, the cost is worth all the features the system offers companies.

The cost of the program for a medium-sized organization or a company that is not looking to utilize all the features.

Overall, Trumpia provided what we needed at the time. The messaging was easy to facilitate. Adding and removing people was simple to follow. And if we needed to pull up past history information it was easy to find.

Pros

It was very easy to use. And the support team was very helpful. If we had an issue or questions, they were quick with helping us.

Cons

We do not have any cons for Trumpia that I can think. It was very easy to use and the help we received was always amazing.

Our experience with Trumpia has been great. If in the future we decide the new payroll provider is not what we thought it would be, I would consider using Trumpia again.

Pros

Our company used Trumpia to send out text announcements to employees on any schedule changes or announcements. It was a great solution for us in order for all employees to important updates.

Cons

There is not much I can say that we disliked about Trumpia. We only cancelled our account because we swapped to a new payroll provider that had the ability to send SMS updates to employees.

The platform is accessible and user-friendly, with no issues or bugs that we've experienced.

Pros

Trumpia has great sales tools and easy to use platform. The onboarding was seamless and the team is great at following up. Planning and sending our text campaigns is simple and effective.

Cons

As of yet we have not experienced any issue that would make us dislike the platform or the services that it provides to us.

Pros

This tool has been such a game-changer for our communication with our customers. Its a quick and easy way to get a message across to our customers. We love the product!!

Cons

The only issue we run into is blocked phone numbers. Sometimes when we're adding customers to the list, we run into an issue adding them because they have a block on their phone and we have to take extra steps to remove the block to add them.

I have thoroughly enjoyed and definitely have relied on Trumpia to promote events, deadlines, and other housing specific needs. I recently learned different tools to use within it that I believe will help me utilize it to its fullest potential.

Pros

The scheduling feature of the text messages has been the most useful for me to be able to plan out exactly when texts need to be sent, months ahead of time!

Cons

I struggled for a while to get an excel .csc properly uploaded where it would save a students contacts. I did a little bit of digging to find out how to use it and now it is not a problem.

My overall experience has been great so far. I’m very pleased with the overall support and experience using Trumpia and everything works exactly expected.

Pros

What i like the most about Trumpia is the intuitive layout, making navigation seamless and efficient. The design is user friendly allowing me to quickly find and do what I need. Additionally, the platform offers a wide range of features that I’m happy to have, making it a versatile tool for different projects. Lastly what truly make Trumpia a great tool is the support they provide. Whenever I run into any questions or issues, the support team has been prompt, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Cons

Honestly there’s very little to dislike about Trumpia. So far I have not ran into any major issues that would detract from my experience. The layout, features and support have all been excellent.

We use Trumpia as a white label and there really is nothing we can complain about. Great system, does exactly what we (and our customers) need, and the support is first class.

Cons

Filters can be a pain sometimes. But that isn't really on Trumpia. Laws are difficult and avoiding being flagged as spam can be difficult too.

Pros

We have been using Trumpia for our organization for nearly two years, and what stands out to us is the technical support and customer service. We have never had to wait more than an hour for our AM to respond (Jed), and they've been really quick to provide support and insight. The platform itself got a facelift with its interface a couple weeks ago, and the messaging and inbox runs noticeably smoother than before. The customization with the campaigns and keywords has also been instrumental in helping us with our internal staff communications.

Cons

The software at times can get buggy and laggy (less so now) - we've had to clear our cache or use the platform on Icognito mode at times.

Great people who are willing to help you be successful. The support team really does go above and beyond and is a differentiator among competitors.

Pros

Robust API with the ability to build a 2-way texting platform on top. The ability to text-enable a company landline or VOIP line is vital since we deal in the SMB sector.

Cons

There are some nuances that cause occasional bugs. Sometimes the source is on our end and sometimes on the Trumpia end. I also wish when my account balance fell below the balance I wouldn't have to contact someone to reactivate it for me so I can add more funds. Sometimes this can cause minimal delays and cause us to have minor downtime with SMS. We have processes in place to prevent this in the future, but it has happened a few times. (Mainly in our test environment).

Customer service is great. Process of list management and deployment can be streamlined. List management can be set up a bit more user friendly.

Pros

I like that I am able to re-enforce our email communications via SMS as well. Scheduling and link shortening feature as well as personalization options are great.

Cons

I think the user experience can be a bit better. I want to be able to see sent messages and currently, I can only duplicate them in order to see them.

The software has great documentation. It was very easy to setup and test a quick through the api. Very intuitive API wise.

Pros

The ease of use and availability make Trumpia one of our most essential communication tools. Messages can be sent from a computer, tablet, or phone. The straightforward platform is easy to navigate making Trumpia accessible to all levels of users.

Cons

We prefer the classic platform over the new version, however, since we are able to easily switch to classic when needed, this is not an issue for us.

I've been using them since 2014 and have been satisfied with the product. I do with their sales staff understood the product a bit better when I speak with them about options and updates.

Pros

When I decided to open my business and needed a way to run contests using a shortcode and online method for entries Trumpia was the easiest and least expensive way to white label my company. I didn't have to spend in the six figures to have a system developed. I integrated my own web address into their system and they helped me provision my own shortcode.

Cons

I wish they had more robust offerings with the ability to do more complicated contesting. Cannot do some basic instant win and other type contests using this platform.

Reason for choosing Trumpia

Cost and ease of use. This product is extremely easy for a first time user or white label user.
