Also, they worked with me to create a quarterly payment plan. Cons Hard to set up multiple accounts under the same company. I would recommend and have done so, this system to others. Pros Trumpia has been a great tool for us in communicating with a vast group of vendors. We use the Trumpia platform for price changes in our grain markets. We seem to have very little issues. This system is very easy to use and seems to be the best value for our money spent. Our assigned representative is very responsive when I do have a question. Cons The templates feature is not very intuitive. It is easy to incorporate a template. Its a quick and easy way to get a message across to our customers. We love the product!! Cons The only issue we run into is blocked phone numbers. Sometimes when we're adding customers to the list, we run into an issue adding them because they have a block on their phone and we have to take extra steps to remove the block to add them. I recently learned different tools to use within it that I believe will help me utilize it to its fullest potential. Pros The scheduling feature of the text messages has been the most useful for me to be able to plan out exactly when texts need to be sent, months ahead of time! Cons I struggled for a while to get an excel .csc properly uploaded where it would save a students contacts. I did a little bit of digging to find out how to use it and now it is not a problem. I’m very pleased with the overall support and experience using Trumpia and everything works exactly expected. Pros What i like the most about Trumpia is the intuitive layout, making navigation seamless and efficient. The design is user friendly allowing me to quickly find and do what I need. Additionally, the platform offers a wide range of features that I’m happy to have, making it a versatile tool for different projects. Lastly what truly make Trumpia a great tool is the support they provide. Whenever I run into any questions or issues, the support team has been prompt, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Cons Honestly there’s very little to dislike about Trumpia. So far I have not ran into any major issues that would detract from my experience. Customer support staff is knowledgeable & professional. Transparency and ease of use of the site most certainly seems to be the highest priority of Trumpia. Pros Ease of contacting Support and the use of the site has been a pleasant experience. The team members I've spoken to have been congenial, knowledgeable, and professional. Cons I have not had any experience to date that would be considered as a "least liked". August 27, 2025 5.0 My team and I had an outstanding experience with Trumpia, from the initial meeting to set up our Online Sign Up to the days leading up to our use of the workflows. We used Trumpia for nearly 2,000 student move-in appointments and it was mostly a seamless process! Pros The ease of setting up a workflow and connecting with the Trumpia team for real time and ongoing support. Daniel's communication and follow up was awesome! Cons The dynamic lists could be more user friendly. Specifically, it would have been helpful to see the entire list or to be able to toggle between pages while keeping selection of contacts. The team at Trumpia is both accessible and responsive. Everyone has be very positive. Pros Everyone from Trumpia has been on point from the sales rep, technical sales support to the on-boarding and support team. The team has been available and responsive in helping me get things customized and up and running. The New UI and workbench is very nice and somewhat intuitive. Cons Online Support resources could be improved (More Videos and adding a Technical On-Line Wiki). At one point, she had Trumpia's \[sensitive content hidden\] sit in on our call to explain some features on how we could get more out of the texting resources they offer. Pros We changed to Trumpia because we were unhappy with our old text and email service because it was impossible to make changes to our plan and I could never get support staff on the phone to help. When we switched to Trumpia, they customized a plan specifically for our needs and their support staff has been outstanding! Cons When we contracted with Trumpia, they were in the process of switching over to a new operating system so it was initially a bit confusing on how to run reports or find certain features. I felt like I was calling their support staff frequently. However, as they have continued to make improvements with their new system, I now find it very easy to navigate. Reason for choosing Trumpia I liked that they offered flexibility, training and customer support. June 12, 2024 5.0 Pros We use Trumpia as a white label and there really is nothing we can complain about. Great system, does exactly what we (and our customers) need, and the support is first class.
