Cons: No customer service, check out the complaints at the BBB.nothing, don't buy! It doesn't work and they aren't even based in the U. S. No phone number to call except for sales, very shady!

We also have a support center, a LiveChat service and a hotline you can call - all of which are support channels should you need anything at all. We are also based in New York - and have offices internationally too. And after reviewing your case, I can see that you requested to cancel after you were billed - not before. Comments: We sell Flok to our merchants and sales have been soaring. This is a great software for all business. Easy to use and user friendly. I would recommend this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Set up easy loyalty programs at first and get used to how it works. Then you can do more intricate programs to keep your customers coming back.

Pros: Ease of use and results.

Overall: This is an incredible way to market your business and to get your customers returning. In this day and age, everybody is expecting some sort of reward for doing business with you and this is a fantastic way to reward them. Customer service is incredible I highly recommend this business.

Pros: Price. Ease of use. Web interface. The device in store to alert customers. Ability to communicate with customers via SMS. Integration with social media.

Cons: Could use some work on their SMS messaging, but that's about it.

Overall: Both Flok and FiveStars pursued me for use of their loyalty system. I chose Flok because of their price point. Every business watches their dollar and Flok offers a low annual fee with TONS of features. They send you literature, flyers, cards, and a sensor to put in your business to detect customers. Their dashboard is easy to use and their integration with Facebook is great.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're willing to invest a small amount of capital dollars and truly USE this product, it WILL build business and customer base.

Cons: Got zero customers form it!!

Overall: They sign you up do not go over details and auto renewal. And do not tell you that the free box that makes the APP work is $100 if not sent back....

Cons: Horrible customer service. No one uses them .

Overall: I signed up for "LoyaltyBlocks" who then changed their name to flok. They have almost no users in Atlanta as far as I can tell. I never met anyone who has heard of them. The app did nothing for my business and when i cancelled they said I missed my renewal date and they would not refund the annual charges. My renewal date was march, i received the bill in April and disputed it in May. They sent an email to the wrong address and tried to use this to fight my dipsute of the charges.
