### "User interface is very good"

Pros

I like the user interface, it is very much easy to use and less complicated. I can see every single in a very easy manner and its process of showing data in chart form is very pleasing.

Cons

Almost like all parts of the user interface but I think the icons of each section could be better I mean its needs to modify a little bit so it can look premium product to the consumer.

It would be beneficial if WESS could offer more flexible pricing options to accommodate businesses with different budgets. WESS's software is fantastic when accessed through ipad, desktops or laptops, but I would love to see more seamless integration with a mobile app. Having a mobile app would enable us to manage our salon on-the-go and stay connected, enhancing our overall efficiency

CRM can save a lot of time retrieving information. Last time depend on manual records, very messy and cannot generate reports

Pros

Customer information can easily accesible 24/7/365 from any computer , anywhere with wifi. Can generate many reports regarding sales, products, packages for reference and decision making

Cons

We wish WESS can bring back telephone support. Whatsapp support take a long time typing and diificult to explain the problems. A quick 5 minutes call you can help settle this issue imediately instead of a few hours text exchange and still not solve the problem.

Everything I wanted was here, no other system does what this can. As a business owner, I love the convenience of this booking system, but it is so much more than that. I use all of the features, the marketing emails, inventory management. This company has really put together something special and my salon is growing because of it. Favourite Features: Employee Commission, Payroll, SMS & Email Marketing, Appointment Scheduling, Cloud-based Accessibility, Customer Relationship Tools, Inventory Management How WESS help my business? Improved customer satisfaction, Increased number of clients, Saved time & Revenue growth.

Cons

At first, it feels hard to learn a new system, but it is not a big problem, as WESS team always provide a good support.

I have seen a lot of salon websites, but none of them is like wess. I would love to have a salon website that is easy to manage and easy to use. wess is that website. i can have my online booking, appt scheduling, inventory management, invoicing, and more all in one place. ı can also use a scheduling app to set up my bookings for the day.

Pros

I have been using this app for quite some time now. the interface is very easy to use. ı can easily create and manage my appointments. i can send appointment reminders to clients via text message. ı can also easily see my client's available appointment slots and book an appointment. ı can also easily manage my inventory and take orders. ı can also easily keep my clients updated with the status of my services. ı can also easily pay my invoices from this app.

Cons

i didn't have any bad experience about wess.
