"A Complete Platform for Efficiency and Growth"

**Overall:** Zenoti helps me solve many key aspects of running my business, especially when it comes to legal protection and operational control. It allows me to create and manage digital consent forms, automate messages, and implement systems that ensure tasks are verified more than once—whether by staff, management, or even clients—adding an extra layer of accountability. One of the biggest advantages is having everything integrated into a single platform. Being able to manage operations, client communication, documentation, and marketing in one system saves me significant time and reduces operational costs, making the business more efficient overall.

**Pros:** Zenoti is a comprehensive, all-in-one software solution designed to support the full operational needs of a medical spa. It provides everything required to efficiently manage daily business activities while delivering a seamless and elevated experience for clients, staff, and administrators. From an operational standpoint, Zenoti simplifies scheduling, client management, and service tracking, allowing for a highly organized and efficient workflow. For management, it offers advanced reporting, performance insights, and centralized control, enabling better decision-making and business growth. For staff, the platform enhances productivity and communication by streamlining appointments, service notes, and client interactions in one secure system. Zenoti also plays a key role in supporting compliance and protecting the business by maintaining proper documentation, digital records, and secure client data management. Its paperless environment eliminates the need for physical files, reducing clutter and improving organization across the entire practice. Additionally, Zenoti’s integrated marketing tools—including email and SMS campaigns—allow for effective client engagement, retention, and growth, making it a powerful platform not only for operations but also for scaling the business. "Awful product & Awful customer service"

**Overall:** Platform & Staff Are Awful I’ve been with Zenoti for about a year and a half, and it has been a year and a half of constant issues. Yes, the system is “robust,” but that’s honestly part of the problem. Simple tasks require navigating what feels like 40 different screens and toggling obscure settings just to get one thing done. That might be tolerable if their documentation was accurate—but it’s not. Their guides are outdated, showing features and settings that no longer exist, which makes an already complicated system even more frustrating. Support is a nightmare. You get passed in circles with no real resolution. And if you’re assigned to \[sensitive content hidden\] as your product manager, don’t expect help. Messages go unanswered. When he does respond, it’s usually “I’ll get back to you,” and then nothing. I have outstanding issues from months ago that are still unresolved with zero explanation. Trying to leave has been just as bad. I’ve requested my data to transition to another platform and cannot get it sent over. Every follow-up is ignored, including one sent to the legal team, as it is clear they are not holding up their end of the contract. At this point, it feels like you’re stuck in a system that won’t support you while you’re in it and won’t let you leave easily either. I pay close to $1,000 a month for this service, and in return I get inconsistent payouts, an overly complicated backend, and little to no communication when issues arise. If you value your business running smoothly, your time, your money, or even basic responsiveness from a company you’re paying—do not choose Zenoti.

**Pros:** Nothing. The system and staff are awful. This could have been easily a positive review, but when you ignore your customers and offer zero solutions, you get nothing but negative.
