I highly recommend for anyone looking for an EMR system that is with the times, user-friendly and robust.

Pros

Working with the has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system.

Cons

Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if 's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager \[sensitive content hidden\] made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items.

Pros

Appointment management, support, and all systems in one place. The onboarding team was very attentive, friendly staff who worked hard to make my transition easier

Cons

Multi-functionality, yes, it is great to have multiple ways to do things, but it can be confusing when you start out.

I enjoy , and I keep learning more and more regarding what it can do ... all of its functions and capabilities. Customer service has been top tier as well. Very fast reliable clear assistance from the tech team.

Pros

has a lot of features I love, it is a lot of clicking sometimes but it really gets into the nitty gritty of the business. Many reports and formats, I also love the calendar feature which allows custom reports based on specific time frames. Performs well, pricing seems fair, AI is ever growing and can typically help before escalating to the tech team. And the tech team, great support! it doesn't matter how long it takes to troubleshoot, they'll keep at it until resolved. And the integrations like hyperconnect and Mia the AI agent, top tier.

Cons

A lot of clicking to get to something, seems like its being worked on as there's always a new update/rollout.

Oversold and under delivered. I was incredibly disappointed with the "robust" system. If robust is another analogy for dated, burdensome and cumbersome. The system has so many features that it makes it incredibly difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, as they do not have phone support, only a AI bot and chat feature which is slow to respond. Unless you operate a multimillion dollar business with extreme need I suggest you look elsewhere.

Pros

There was a TON of features... If you want the option to do it all they can definitely find away to give you everything that you are looking for in an all in one system

Cons

But because there was a TON of features it made the system incredibly difficult to navigate. It was so over built that simply changing the pricing of a product required going into several different places to do so. It made it incredibly difficult to do the simplest of tasks and the system overall is incredibly dated in its backend, customer bookings and UX. Most of all I was most disappointed in the company's customer service. They spend an absorbent amount of time trying to get you to sign on however trying to get support after the initial implementation was next to impossible.

Customer service for new company using was great. We had daily meetings and then weekly meetings

Pros

Appt. managagment, value for money, very easy to use. Customer support was wonderful. We were able to set up daily zoom meetings to get help.

n/a no complaints we have not had any issues with . It is always difficult to use a new system but this is very user friendly

Everyone was so helpful along the way and my questions were always answered quickly. I was always given detailed instructions on how to do something. Now that we are used to the system, we are finding it very helpful.

Pros

We love the robustness of . We also love the reposts and data that can be gleamed from it for business growth. And the customer support - that has been amazing! Being able to ask questions at any time and have an answer is so helpful.

Cons

It was confusing at times and may be a bit more than what we need at times as we are a small salon. There were definitely some frustrations with switching over the data but we got there in the end.

Overall, a strong platform that supports a professional, scalable practice. There’s a learning curve, but it works very well once set up.

Pros

Very comprehensive and designed well for medical aesthetics. Online booking, EMR, memberships, and packages are all integrated and create a seamless patient experience.

Cons

Setup is time-consuming, and some settings are difficult to find or configure. Not the most intuitive but the support team is great

I wish I was more involved from the beginning to have a better grip on the system. He was always there when I needed him and he is an excellent teacher for sure!

Cons

It's difficult to navigate. Alot of puzzle pieces to this program. a ton of moving parts, not simplified enough for me.

Overall, my experience is positive, everything is professional, and platform offers many useful features once you get familiar with the system

Pros

The customer service has been excellent. The onboarding and setup support team were very helpful and patience throughout the whole process whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the support team was quickly to help made the transition much smoother.

Cons

The system can feel a little complex at first, and there are many features and tests to learn. It takes some time to fully understand and navigate everything efficiently.

Intergration and start up was hard for the first couple of years. We had a lot of glitches and moments when things did not work, but the last two years have been great.

Pros

I find it user friendly. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing at assisting me - her customer service keeps me sane.

Cons

The reports are a challenge at times especially when wanting information for a one-year period. The SSG also shows up oddly on my summary reports.

Pros

can be customized to do almost anything we need! This allows our clinic the flexibility to run our business and client care exactly how we wish!

The fact that there are so many customizations makes the system a little tricky to set up, but this flexibility is also it's strength.

While the transition to a system as powerful as Zenoti can be complex, our experience was made significantly smoother thanks to Puru. He was incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and went above and beyond to ensure our team was fully prepared to go live. His support made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable and gave us confidence moving forward with the platform. We're excited about the capabilities Zenoti brings to our clinic and grateful for the guidance we received during this important change.

Cons

What we liked less was the complexity of the program at first—it was a significant adjustment coming from Square. is a much more advanced system, and it took some time for our team to adapt. However, this adaptation period also highlighted just how powerful the platform truly is. With the right training and support, especially for our providers, we’ve come to appreciate the depth and flexibility Zenoti offers. It’s clear that this system will equip us with the tools we need to operate efficiently and grow our medispa practice.

has been great! My partner and I have had several booking systems and Zenoti, by far is superior in terms of technology, features, reporting, assistance, etc... In addition, we have a direct point of contact Sargam Panwar, who has been beyond outstanding in the assistance that she has provided!

Pros

can almost 100% be configured to my business needs.

Cons

There are some features that would be helpful for my business that aren't available (yet). Such as Matinee pricing. The response time for a live agent through the chat box can sometimes be long.

My overall experience so far with Zanotti has been that it’s complicated to do some things that are supposed to be more simple and that it’s been a struggle for my team and myself to learn and to adapt to. overall, this has been the most difficult program I have had to retrain and learn from scratch to do task that I’ve been doing for almost 17 years at this job. But the features that I do like are advanced and helpful. I just wish some of the simpler tasks that I’m used to doing and one of the main tasks we do at our front desk and guest services- booking appointments was more user-friendly and easier to navigate

Pros

What I like most is the POS system. Credit card is fast to connect for the guest and storing a card on file is convenient that they can use the reader and tap their card themselves. As I am used to having a convenient that they can use the reader and tap their card themselves. As I am used to having a hand key that information for every guest so I can appreciate that. also that you can message on eazy connect directly to a client from in their profile. I also like the reopen an invoice feature for errors to be corrected or adding product on for an artist, etc. for commission. opening and starting the day on the register is a breeze like no other since you don’t really even have to do anything you just turn the program on and the team loves that.

Cons

I absolutely am not a fan of booking appointments on especially rebooking a guest from their invoice. I find a lot of the features with booking to be not very user-friendly. I don’t like that The invoice goes away after I try to book an appointment and it’s not a simple thing to go back to when you need to pull up that guest invoice again. there are also a number of things that I do not like about with ringing up products on a ticket/invoice and that I have to re-enter the stylist initials over and over again. Also adding discounts are not simplified and can be tricky. And closing the register could be a little bit more seamless, and I really wish they would add coin rolls on the cash counts. As now we have to manually add coins from our coin rolls in with our accounts which I am not thrilled with.

So far my experience with has been fantastic. This system has all the bells and whistles! If you want to take your business to the next level - Zenoti would be the best way to go! Zenoti has so many moving parts so be patient with learning all the pieces. It takes time to learn it all. It will be worth it! The technology is light years beyond so many of the other systems I researched. I am very happy I went with them.

Pros

The staff support has been top notch! \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so amazing! He has gone above and beyond to help me figure this system out. Patience of a saint! This is the most advanced scheduling system I found for my growing business. I know it will help my keep business growing but at a much faster rate because of the ease and user friendliness for our clients.

Cons

It is a pretty advanced system so it takes time to learn it all. There is lots to learn! I am not techie by any means and I am getting the hang of it. Create the time to learn all the amazing things this system offers.

I went into something I had no idea what I was doing. \[sensitive content hidden\] basically held my hand the entire time, even had a call with me for an hour on her day off just so I could understand and make some changes to the program. I do want to mention \[sensitive content hidden\]….she is the reason I chose to begin with. She is such a kind, professional and beautiful human. Most corporations forget the human touch. This company did not in all aspects. When I was frustrated (my own issues) the team at zenoti was right there to explain, or, find a work around. Responses to emails were always timely. Thank you Zenoti Team!

There are so many different programs available. is one of those programs that is very user friendly and almost usable without too much training. It just makes sense how it’s set up

Cons

Not really any cons. Formatting forms was difficulty just because I had never done it before

The most challenging part was the onboarding process, which involved completing a large number of individual forms (excel sheets) each of them quite time-consuming.

My overall experience has been great. If i need help or have concerns they have a very user friendly chat feature that helps send directions on step by step to fix or change things that you may need.

Pros

My account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] is always ready to help me figure things out even if he doesnt have an answer immediately, he follows up with me and supports me and the business with whatever we may need. I recommend

Cons

Sometimes sending links for self services is difficult to navigate. Some of the step by step broke down directions are hard to follow but if i ask additional questions i usually get answers quickly

Over the years that I have used they have gone from strength to strength in terms of their offering as a platform, always open to feedback and their support team are always a great help.

Pros

has been great for running our all our activity within our clinics, the most beneficial part though would be the seamless experience between clinicians using tablets and computers to complete digital forms and notes.

Cons

There are the occasional limitations on what we can do be most of the time they can be worked around or another solution found with the help of their support team.

has multiple benefits. Once you get passed all the technical work that goes behind creating a service or making sure boxes are checked, Zenoti offers a lot of marketing, communications, and opportunities for a business.

Pros

I appreciate the patience \[sensitive content hidden\] had with me during the hypercare weeks. It was a huge transition into for myself and Amaraah Haus, but they answer every question and extended further assistance if they didn't have an answer right away. Thank you!

is a load to take in. It's something not easily transferable to employees and requires a lot of attention to train coworkers.
