Platform & Staff Are Awful I’ve been with for about a year and a half, and it has been a year and a half of constant issues. Yes, the system is “robust,” but that’s honestly part of the problem. Simple tasks require navigating what feels like 40 different screens and toggling obscure settings just to get one thing done. That might be tolerable if their documentation was accurate—but it’s not. Their guides are outdated, showing features and settings that no longer exist, which makes an already complicated system even more frustrating. Support is a nightmare. You get passed in circles with no real resolution. And if you’re assigned to \[sensitive content hidden\] as your product manager, don’t expect help. Messages go unanswered. When he does respond, it’s usually “I’ll get back to you,” and then nothing. I have outstanding issues from months ago that are still unresolved with zero explanation. Trying to leave has been just as bad. I’ve requested my data to transition to another platform and cannot get it sent over. Every follow-up is ignored, including one sent to the legal team, as it is clear they are not holding up their end of the contract. At this point, it feels like you’re stuck in a system that won’t support you while you’re in it and won’t let you leave easily either. I pay close to $1,000 a month for this service, and in return I get inconsistent payouts, an overly complicated backend, and little to no communication when issues arise. If you value your business running smoothly, your time, your money, or even basic responsiveness from a company you’re paying—do not choose Zenoti.

Pros

Nothing. The system and staff are awful. This could have been easily a positive review, but when you ignore your customers and offer zero solutions, you get nothing but negative.

### "Zenoti France : migration chaotique, pertes financières et blocage injustifié des corrections (NF525)"

Mon expérience avec en France est négative. J’ai choisi ce logiciel pour structurer et optimiser mon activité, mais la réalité a été une source de complexité et de perte de performance. La migration a été chaotique, avec des erreurs de mapping qui ont nécessité un travail de reprise considérable. J’ai personnellement travaillé jusqu’à 18 heures par jour pendant deux semaines pour tenter de corriger les anomalies, avec en parallèle un blocage des réservations pendant une semaine, des clientes mécontentes et un impact direct sur mon équipe. Ensuite, des problèmes récurrents sont apparus sur les paiements en ligne, empêchant certaines clientes de finaliser leurs réservations ou leurs achats. Cela a entraîné une baisse mesurable du chiffre d’affaires. La gestion des données financières est particulièrement préoccupante. Zenoti se retranche derrière la norme NF525 pour refuser les corrections, alors que cette norme impose la traçabilité des modifications, et non leur interdiction. Il serait techniquement possible de permettre des corrections avec historique, mais ce choix n’a pas été mis en place. Cette position crée un blocage qui va à l’encontre d’une gestion comptable rigoureuse et du droit à l’erreur. En cas d’erreur en caisse ou à la clôture, il est aujourd’hui impossible de corriger simplement dans le logiciel. La norme NF525 est invoquée, alors qu’elle impose une traçabilité des corrections, pas leur blocage. Le système ne propose pas de solution technique permettant de corriger avec historique, ce qui pose un réel problème de gestion et de fiabilité des données. Par ailleurs, les outils de reporting ne sont pas intuitifs. Il est difficile d’avoir une vision claire et immédiate de l’activité. Pour analyser mes performances, je dois consulter plusieurs rapports distincts, puis exporter les données dans Excel pour les retraiter. Mon logiciel précédent permettait une lecture simple et directe des chiffres en un coup d’œil, ce qui n’est pas le cas ici. Enfin, le support client ne permet pas de résoudre efficacement les problèmes remontés, malgré des preuves concrètes fournies. Au final, cet outil a généré une perte de chiffre d’affaires, une dégradation de l’expérience client, ainsi qu’une charge mentale importante. Avec le recul, je comprends mieux l’intérêt pour l’éditeur d’imposer un engagement de deux ans. Malgré plusieurs demandes, je n’ai pas obtenu de solution permettant de récupérer mes données de manière complète et exploitable, ce qui complique toute migration vers une autre solution comme Mindbody. Cette situation interroge au regard des principes de réversibilité des données. Le blocage des corrections financières, fondé sur une interprétation restrictive de la norme NF525, pose également question sur la capacité du système à garantir une comptabilité sincère. L’utilisation de Zenoti m’a fait perdre du temps et de l’argent, de manière concrète et mesurable (dysfonctionnements, corrections manuelles, pertes de ventes). En l’absence de solution apportée à ce jour, j’envisage de saisir la DGCCRF afin de faire examiner ces pratiques, et d’engager les démarches nécessaires pour obtenir réparation du préjudice subi.

L’outil FRANCE présente un potentiel intéressant sur le papier, avant de signer le contrat. Certaines fonctionnalités sont pertinentes pour structurer une activité, à condition qu’elles soient correctement paramétrées et opérationnelles.

Cons

La migration a été mal exécutée, avec un mapping de données comportant de nombreuses erreurs, ce qui a compromis la fiabilité des informations dès le départ. Les paiements en ligne sont instables, avec des échecs fréquents et un impact direct sur les ventes. La gestion des cartes cadeaux est peu fiable et a entraîné des pertes de chiffre d’affaires. Le point le plus problématique concerne la gestion des données financières : FRANCE invoque la norme NF525 pour bloquer toute correction simple d’erreur. Or, cette norme impose une traçabilité, pas une impossibilité de corriger. Le système ne propose pas de mécanisme permettant de corriger une erreur tout en conservant un historique, ce qui est pourtant techniquement réalisable. Cela revient à empêcher une comptabilité réellement sincère. Un autre point problématique concerne les rapports et le pilotage de l’activité. Les tableaux de bord proposés ne sont pas intuitifs et ne permettent pas d’avoir une vision claire et immédiate des performances. Pour obtenir une lecture cohérente de mon activité, je suis contrainte de consulter plusieurs rapports distincts, puis d’exporter les données dans Excel afin de les retraiter manuellement. Ce fonctionnement est chronophage et inadapté à une gestion quotidienne. À l’inverse, mon logiciel précédent me permettait d’accéder à une vue synthétique et lisible de mes chiffres en un seul écran, ce qui facilitait la prise de décision. Dans sa configuration actuelle, le système de reporting de Zenoti manque de clarté, de logique et d’ergonomie, ce qui complique inutilement le pilotage de l’entreprise. Le support client ne fournit pas d’analyses techniques concrètes malgré des problèmes documentés.

Our overall experience with has been extremely positive. As a small medspa with four providers and one manager, the conversion process has been my sole responsibility, but I have never felt like I was doing it alone. The support we have received from the Zenoti team has been amazing every step of the way. Their weekly check-ins, responsiveness, training and willingness to help has made the transition feel much more manageable. We truly appreciate the guidance, patience, and support that has helped us feel confident throughout the process.

It will get easier. Right now I find it harder to schedule and rebook guests. When I add services to a ticket, it seemed harder. Also, I still am confused with live and Groovy Katz Salon. Training isn’t showing up anymore? I looked at a report that was giving me information and now the report is different. Where I was getting credit card fee’s and total credit card deposit…

The support before integration and the steps were very detailed and on schedule. The day we went live was hard but we made it. Our online scheduling has increased. I have learned to be patient with sending questions as they are addressed to me, passing these questions onto the message board. If I don’t understand, a live agent is easily available with helping. With Rocket Lane, the degree of help is answered with meetings set up to deep dive even further

Cons

Sometimes my questions were getting answered and then they just stopped. I had to learn to be patient in the beginning and was forced to ask the message board. The Aplus rewards don’t automatically show, you have to find them. Customer returning products is not specified for product returns and Aplus rewards and redeeming points.

Oversold and under delivered. I was incredibly disappointed with the "robust" system. If robust is another analogy for dated, burdensome and cumbersome. The system has so many features that it makes it incredibly difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, as they do not have phone support, only a AI bot and chat feature which is slow to respond. Unless you operate a multimillion dollar business with extreme need I suggest you look elsewhere.

There was a TON of features... If you want the option to do it all they can definitely find away to give you everything that you are looking for in an all in one system

But because there was a TON of features it made the system incredibly difficult to navigate. It was so over built that simply changing the pricing of a product required going into several different places to do so. It made it incredibly difficult to do the simplest of tasks and the system overall is incredibly dated in its backend, customer bookings and UX. Most of all I was most disappointed in the company's customer service. They spend an absorbent amount of time trying to get you to sign on however trying to get support after the initial implementation was next to impossible.

I highly recommend for anyone looking for an EMR system that is with the times, user-friendly and robust.

Pros

Working with the has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system.

Cons

Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if 's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager \[sensitive content hidden\] made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items.

I enjoy , and I keep learning more and more regarding what it can do ... all of its functions and capabilities. Customer service has been top tier as well. Very fast reliable clear assistance from the tech team.

Pros

has a lot of features I love, it is a lot of clicking sometimes but it really gets into the nitty gritty of the business. Many reports and formats, I also love the calendar feature which allows custom reports based on specific time frames. Performs well, pricing seems fair, AI is ever growing and can typically help before escalating to the tech team. And the tech team, great support! it doesn't matter how long it takes to troubleshoot, they'll keep at it until resolved. And the integrations like hyperconnect and Mia the AI agent, top tier.

Cons

A lot of clicking to get to something, seems like its being worked on as there's always a new update/rollout.

Stressful but the team were so helpful it became manageable. Weekly calls to go over all our questions and fill gaps in understanding system. Now enjoying how well we can manage packages and membership sales, we have our chart forms nailed down and can make changes with ease as needed. Liking alot that leads coming in through website sts firecylg integrated into zenoth. Easy also to message patients directly in the system

Many glitches with implementation, but that is to be expected when launching a new software. Some of the limitations with regard to reporting and invoicing, but we are working through those things.

is a great appointment booking and client management system. It is nice to have client communications, online booking, appointments, payments, marketing, and feedback all streamlined in one place. It is fairly easy for beginners to learn how to use. The support team is prompt and thorough when assistance is requested.

Pros

The customer support team is always very friendly, helpful and informative. Our account lead, \[sensitive content hidden\], goes above and beyond to make sure that I receive the assistance and information needed, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. I have asked so many random questions across all different subjects and \[sensitive content hidden\] always assists with a smile.

Cons

There are some system settings that can be difficult to work around sometimes. I wish we were able to adjust system settings and preferences based on the salon's needs.

Pros

All of the features and capabilities, ease of use, and the entire team is excellent. I truly appreciate the implementation team’s patience and expertise during the onboard process as well. I’m excited to have the online booking feature enabled and looking forward to getting more organized with patient management. I’m able to get rid of two other systems bc covers it all!

Cons

Figuring out where certain features were located was a bit challenging at first, even with training. I used the same app for 15 years so making new habits will also take time.

Pros

Our business migrated over to a couple of months ago and it has been a wonderful experience with all the great capabilities they offer especially for franchising. Our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] . is quick and efficient and lovely to work with. He has a clear understanding of our wants and needs and always finds. a solution for us. The zenoti team also provided a great training for us how to utilize the system and it is extremely easy to learn and navigate bookings, reporting, inventory, scheduling and payroll.

Cons

The beginning of the migration process was a bit difficult because they paired us with a team in a different time zone so communication was hard but this was quickly rectified and we were then paired with \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been absolutely amazing.

I would not recommend this product. It needs to have more advanced options and be able to evolve with an ever changing Aesthetic environment.

Pros

Scheduling was pretty user friendly and there’s a price check option to save time when a patient needs a quick check out or has an inquiry.

Cons

Turnaround time to have issues resolved takes days at times. No customer service readily available unless you use the chat bot but even then not too helpful.

Intergration and start up was hard for the first couple of years. We had a lot of glitches and moments when things did not work, but the last two years have been great.

Pros

I find it user friendly. \[sensitive content hidden\] is amazing at assisting me - her customer service keeps me sane.

Cons

The reports are a challenge at times especially when wanting information for a one-year period. The SSG also shows up oddly on my summary reports.

I would never recommend this system to anyone. They make you feel super important when you start with them, however, that quickly goes down hill once you are "all set up" in their eyes.

Pros

It has more depth communications, texting msging, auto emails, I like all this. But it is terrible to get all set up.

is probably the worse software for medispas. They don't tell you about the tremendous 4 month introductory to their system and how indepth the integration is. They have terrible customer service who never replies. I had a on boarding team, that team knew less than me about their own system. I would test certain aspects they said would not work, only to find out they work. Not to mention, their system is constantly glitching. I had major double bookings when I first came on with them, which was a simple change I had to figure out by myself over weeks, they could not figure it out. I am fully integrated with them now, but had I know all this, I would have never taken the leap. The worse software by far. Being full integrated, I also can never get a hold of customer service. It is a critical change, HOURS to reply. Plus, you don't have full access to the software, there are so many changes you cannot make yourself. The price is astronomical for a system that hardly works. You cant just make changes to invoices, you have to do 15 steps, to get the one you wanted. I was promised this would be better, faster, easier to use. Don't believe this. I wish I would have read all the reviews first

Incredible EMR System & Phenomenal Implementation Support has been a total game-changer for our med spa. The EMR platform is incredibly thorough, user-friendly, and designed to support every aspect of our workflow—from scheduling and charting to payments and follow-ups. What I love the most is that it’s completely customized to fit our specific needs. Every feature, form, and setting feels tailored just for us, which has streamlined our operations and elevated our client experience. A huge shoutout to the amazing implementation team— \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular were absolute rockstars. Their guidance, patience, and deep knowledge made the setup process seamless. They took the time to understand our business, offered expert recommendations, and delivered solutions that felt personalized and scalable. Pros

What I love most is that ’s EMR system is completely customized for my business—it feels like it was built just for me.

Cons

They have a lot of update on the way and their AI features are not yet fully released. I am looking forward to these releases.

is on the leading edge of technology and always looking to improve, The support team is very helpfull in my experience.

Pros

You can have access to multiple centers. Additionally, they continually strive to enhance their product. The education is excellent, the support is great, and they are willing to help.

Cons

Something the program is very complicated and not so user-friendly, and I would like to see a faster turn around time with our request.

Overall, much more user-friendly experience than other more outdated spa software programs. Still lots of room for improvement, but hopefully upgrades and updates continue on!

Pros

The company I work for upgraded to in 2020, and it has definitely been an upgrade from the program we used previously. There are always upgrades and enhancements being made to the program, but it is much more user-friendly than our old software. Being cloud-based has been a huge improvement!

Cons

Certain features don't necessarily make sense, or there are very specific ways you have to go about doing things to make them work correcrtly. Technical support is hard to come by and the tech support agents do not always fully understand the questions you're trying to ask.

Customer service for new company using was great. We had daily meetings and then weekly meetings

Pros

Appt. managagment, value for money, very easy to use. Customer support was wonderful. We were able to set up daily zoom meetings to get help.

Cons

n/a no complaints we have not had any issues with . It is always difficult to use a new system but this is very user friendly

Overall the product will help with customer engagement and help staff with retaining clients. The integrated zoom, email, and texting features are extremely beneficial.

Pros

The onboarding team was amazing and helped to taylor the system to meet our specific needs. The training options were valuable.

Cons

The product is more expensive than other options and does not offer some basic reporting options. There is no option for creating your own reports.

### "Thorough software"

\[sensitive content hidden\] were both helpful and followed up whenever we needed a push or guidance. It has been a lot to learn but helpful to have regular meetings.

Pros

I liked that it was comprehensive and covers everything from appointment booking, employee management, services, inventory, and includes forms. We were excited to have guidelines in the photo captures integrated in the forms. In our last software, we would have to upload photos from our devices that weren't always of similar alignment, so this was a gamechanger for us. has a search bar in case you aren't sure where adjustments should be made in the software.

Cons

It was not the most intuitive to use and has a learning curve. Setting up does take time, so if you have other obligations or clinic responsibilities, you need time carved out for it.

Very happy thus far!! Best software we have used is years!!! Excellent customer service, speedy, conscientious, and complete.

Pros

The assistance I received from my on-boarding specialists, \[sensitive content hidden\] The patience and professionalism they show towards me was indescribable. They help me way past onboarding time even when I had an issue with using the software.in my own. They truly care about making rhe client get and feel confident in using the platform.

Cons

I have been very pleased with the whole platform so far. I don't have anything negative to say. It has worked very well for our spa and our staff.

Pros

We recently transitioned from Square to , as our medispa required a more robust and comprehensive platform to support our growing needs. While the transition to a system as powerful as Zenoti can be complex, our experience was made significantly smoother thanks to Puru. He was incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and went above and beyond to ensure our team was fully prepared to go live. His support made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable and gave us confidence moving forward with the platform. We're excited about the capabilities Zenoti brings to our clinic and grateful for the guidance we received during this important change.

Cons

What we liked less was the complexity of the program at first—it was a significant adjustment coming from Square. is a much more advanced system, and it took some time for our team to adapt. However, this adaptation period also highlighted just how powerful the platform truly is. With the right training and support, especially for our providers, we’ve come to appreciate the depth and flexibility Zenoti offers. It’s clear that this system will equip us with the tools we need to operate efficiently and grow our medispa practice.

Fast, Friendly, and efficient the whole team has been a blast to work with, any updates I need are completed quickly, and that its explained so I can change later. Education about your software is important to them.

Pros

The ease of the software, the AI , and the all in one place, from scheduling, marketing, phone call, texts, reports, and payroll.

Cons

That I can not be super custom to my particular business, and that they don't have Chiropractic Yet, but once they do we are excited.
