Pretty new at the business so still learning, but it seems to have the power and functionality needed.

Pros

Reliability and pretty user friendly; this is the only software I have experience with for my business, so I have nothing to compare it to.

Cons

The user interface seems a bit dated and frumpy.

Sometime certain areas are slow and could be a quicker and less steps to get the same process done

Pros

The support is really good. If I have a serious problem that impacts our ability to use the software we are pushed to the front of the line.

Cons

The reports are garbage. We were told 3 years ago that new reports were just 3-6 months away. Every time I ask, I am told basically the same timeframe. I have reached the point where I don't believe they will ever happen and we are just being strung along. It also still doesn't reliably communicate with TSYS.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] by far the best tech support I have worked with. His knowledge, promptness and concern about getting things fixed is unsurpassed. Whatever you are paying him is not enough

Pros

Easy to use, reports are great \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is fantastic!

Cons

Sometimes the software goes down. Actually the frequency of down time has increased dramatically the past 2-3 years. It's taking longer to get a tech on the phone

Pros

It gives us the best real-time analytics for our stores to easily keep up with them

I dont know of anything yet that I do not like

Cons

I've to authenticate my comp regularly, thats all. This spoils the flow, though customer support steps in and helps..its sometimes, annoying

It was a bit complicated and difficult to use in the beginning.

Pros

This is by far the standard for Supercuts. Is easy to use and integration with CC and Regis is good

Cons

Limited reporting, lack of payroll integration, several bugs, cost is high

Pros

user friendly, ongoing updates keeps it relevant to the salon environment, company is open to suggestions for amending/adding reports. viewing it from my phone is convenient. using the ioffice feature and the back office feature allows me to be there virtually.

Cons

a few reports are not available but overall not too many issues. tech support needs more level 2 or higher techs; sometimes the level 1 techs are not as knowledgeable.

Cloud based capabilities, quick glance dashboard reporting, and marketing capabilities.

Pros

Ease of use, analytics, management of KPI data, dashboard and overall functionality. The development and product team are on top of feature enhancements, you don't have to wait years for feature updates like most software companies. Marketing feature is great and provides ways to reach customers based on specific targets of the business.

Cons

reporting - too many options, should scale down and/or provide reporting packages to streamline the use of reports. Capabilities of configuring target segments and discounts.

We worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] on setting up our Zenoti software and I can't speak highly enough about the both of them.The Zenoti platform is robust, to be sure, so prepare to spend a significant amount of time to set it up. That said, we couldn't have asked for a more attentive, organized, and thoughtful team to work with.

Pros

very robust KPI tracking, does everything from inventory, scheduling, timesheets, texting to patients.

Cons

time it takes to customize the software. It's very robust but will take a minimum of 2 months to set up.

Great, needed and easy to use product to run the spa and Zenoti was a prefect fit.

Pros

Easy of use. After training by the Zenoti team, working with Zenoti has been easy on a daily basses. I was really happy to have such a supportive and helpful implementation group. They made setup breeze and got us up running quickly. The software has been a great addition to the spa and has been helpful in making thing run smoothly.

Cons

Has been good work with and meet our needs to no complaints.

The customer representative was extremely helpful in transitioning our credit card provider change from the heartland to Tsys. He stayed back extra hours to help us complete the setup so that we could be operational the next day without glitches. He also gave us several suggestions about the POS settings to use it better. We are really happy with our experience.

Pros

Back office access to POS. Different reports to understand business better.

Cons

Not having access to database to be able to write our own queries.

Pros

Speed, easiness, the way it interconnect all the salons in the group

Cons

some things are awkward, it doesn't always recognise the services when you type them

Reason for choosing ZENOTI

Finding a software to cater for a group of salon is tricky. I was nervous before the move, but the demos and chats I had convinced me to go for the switch.

The payroll reports make calculating hours and commissions for pay checks easy, Able to download information for sales to QuickBooks. Numerous reports are available to help schedule staff and review sales

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to find what I am looking for but fortunately customer staff is always very helpful Would like a little more flexibility to allow customization with setting up employees and changing reports
