Pros

All in one place we can manage schedules, inventory, sales, payroll, appointments, discounts, etc. It is very convenient to have the functionality all in one place

Cons

Small bugs seem to be an issue with Supersalon and we typically need tech support to resolve, are unable to troubleshoot ourselves. Software updates also tend to create unintended consequences and we have to get tech support to resolve

Recently had an issue and was fortunate enough to get \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for Technical Support. Incredibly talented individual with a strong customer service talent. Problems will occur. When they do, we would all hope to have \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] as the guy on the other end of the phone.

Pros

It's a work horse on a daily basis and truly grinds out the business

Cons

Would appreciate improved inventory management capabilities

### "A New Receipt printer"

I have had super salon since it became super salon. A very long time. Had a very old Star printer. As we had to upgrade from windows we kept the old dinosaur printer. And got it to work. Well I decide it was time to purchase a new one before it quit working and purchased another Star. When I called for help in connecting I was warned there could be issue's. We got it to work(this was a a sunday) Monday morning discovered the cash drawer wouldn't open. Called got that fixed. The new printer has a cutter and it didn't work. I called on Tuesday talked to Rafael Blando he tried to get it to work. But then let me know it wasn't compatible with super salon. Told me what kind I needed and also referred me to Jeff for other brands. When we used the cash drawer again it wouldn't open. So I called Super Salon back. Not sure who I talked to then but became very frustrated. He just keep saying I didn't have any virus protection I needed that, he couldn't fix any thing until he did a virus scan. We were busy the salon was open and I just needed the cash drawer to open. So I said I would have to call back. When I called back I asked if there was a way I could talk to the first person who had helped me that morning. That person is Rafael Blando. In less than 5 mins. he had the cash drawer working! He listened. and fixed the problem! He's AWESOME! I am a computer dummy :) They give me anxiety LOL From the first time to the second time it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Again Mr. Blando. I am exchanging the printer and will call you when I install the right one if we have problems.

Pros

Access to back office and being able to see almost real time operation numbers. I also appreciate having the ability to lock out certain areas of supersalon to keep unwanted changes from occurring. Security is very important.

Cons

Inventory reports are not helpful and tend to be more complex then necessary. Also when adding in new products it takes several clicks to get through the process.

Readily information available for multi-location hair salons

Pros

Up to date information that is readily available any time of day. Customer Service is typically very quick.

Cons

It's difficult to get customized reports and the report generation takes a long time. At times we've had trouble getting compatible equipment such as receipt printers. The problems worked itself out but longer than we wished.

Great Customer Service from Esteban Vegan. He assisted with the transition of credit card processors. Both times he was prepared up front and made the move vey easy. I would recommend him highly. he was very personable too.

Cons

Availability for phone technical support. At times the wait or wait for a call back is very long. This is difficult for a high traffic business. .......

Easy to use and fast. No downtime from . We are saving on an average of 2hour's per center per day since we started using all reporting from Zenoti. Helps us improve customer experience & generate additional revenue with help of marketing module.

Pros

iOffice includes reports to efficiently monitor every component of your business. Having an experienced support team who is readily available and is a bonus!

Cons

Like any software advancements and updated need to happen in order to stay current. On the reporting side it would be nice to have more reports available in CSV and readily available to auto-email at set dates/times.

My experience with SuperSalon has not been good. If I had another vender to use, I would.

Pros

4 or 5 reports are beneficial. (i.e.: daily sales; salon dashboard, ect)

Cons

9 out of 10 times support is terrible. Hold times are extremely long, even on the outage line. If you leave a message no return calls happen. Now and again I do deal with someone, tonight who is a ray of sunshine in the group.

Daily operations is easily done

Pros

Ease of use in the back office, being able to do most things from my laptop and not having to be at each individual POS (when having 15 locations)

Cons

Once in awhile when new versions come out, bugs have to be worked out ( doesn't happen that often). They are a couple glitches when tied into credit card processing but hopefully will be fixed soon!

I get a pretty accurate view of operations and sales.

Pros

Software is easy to use. Well categorized and tabulated. The learning curve is not very steep and I have found it fairly easy to get my managers using it to analyze their business.

Cons

We still have a ways to go in terms of charting, graphing and analysis tools. The .csv dump was a good start, but there is still a lot to analyze.
