Fast, Friendly, and efficient the whole team has been a blast to work with, any updates I need are completed quickly, and that its explained so I can change later. Education about your software is important to them.

Pros

The ease of the software, the AI , and the all in one place, from scheduling, marketing, phone call, texts, reports, and payroll.

Cons

That I can not be super custom to my particular business, and that they don't have Chiropractic Yet, but once they do we are excited.

We recently transitioned from Square to , as our medispa required a more robust and comprehensive platform to support our growing needs. While the transition to a system as powerful as Zenoti can be complex, our experience was made significantly smoother thanks to Puru. He was incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and went above and beyond to ensure our team was fully prepared to go live. His support made a potentially overwhelming process much more manageable and gave us confidence moving forward with the platform. We're excited about the capabilities Zenoti brings to our clinic and grateful for the guidance we received during this important change.

Cons

What we liked less was the complexity of the program at first—it was a significant adjustment coming from Square. is a much more advanced system, and it took some time for our team to adapt. However, this adaptation period also highlighted just how powerful the platform truly is. With the right training and support, especially for our providers, we’ve come to appreciate the depth and flexibility Zenoti offers. It’s clear that this system will equip us with the tools we need to operate efficiently and grow our medispa practice.

Overall, my experience is positive, everything is professional, and platform offers many useful features once you get familiar with the system

Pros

The customer service has been excellent. The onboarding and setup support team were very helpful and patience throughout the whole process whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the support team was quickly to help made the transition much smoother.

Cons

The system can feel a little complex at first, and there are many features and tests to learn. It takes some time to fully understand and navigate everything efficiently.

Entirely positive! The tech team is the best and was able to help put out any inevitable fires that came up during onboarding. Highly recommend!

Pros

The onboarding tech team far exceeded expectations! Top notch! Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and quick. Migration of data was seamless and the tech team walked us through everything while staying with us the first couple of weeks to answer questions or help solve problems. Couldn't be more pleased!

Cons

No dislikes at all! The learning curve can be a beast to navigate but with their 24/7 tech support, live webinars, and education videos it doesn't take long to become proficient!

has been great! My partner and I have had several booking systems and Zenoti, by far is superior in terms of technology, features, reporting, assistance, etc... In addition, we have a direct point of contact Sargam Panwar, who has been beyond outstanding in the assistance that she has provided!

Pros

can almost 100% be configured to my business needs.

Cons

There are some features that would be helpful for my business that aren't available (yet). Such as Matinee pricing. The response time for a live agent through the chat box can sometimes be long.

My overall experience has been great. If i need help or have concerns they have a very user friendly chat feature that helps send directions on step by step to fix or change things that you may need.

Pros

Cons

Sometimes sending links for self services is difficult to navigate. Some of the step by step broke down directions are hard to follow but if i ask additional questions i usually get answers quickly

Great. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been so helpful and patient with us as we learn the system and get it up and going.

Pros

The migration of our data and files has been quite the undertaking switching over to with having over 11,000 guest profiles. Zenoti's migration implementation team made the experience great though. They really go above and beyond to help you transition. Especially helpful was \[sensitive content hidden\] as he spent countless hours walking me through how to use the system. He was amazing. The system is much more thorough and well thought out than our old Vagaro system (which was horrible by the way). We are very happy with our decision to switch over.

Cons

As of now we have seen no cons with the system or how to navigate around it. It seems relatively easy.

My overall experience so far with Zanotti has been that it’s complicated to do some things that are supposed to be more simple and that it’s been a struggle for my team and myself to learn and to adapt to. overall, this has been the most difficult program I have had to retrain and learn from scratch to do task that I’ve been doing for almost 17 years at this job. But the features that I do like are advanced and helpful. I just wish some of the simpler tasks that I’m used to doing and one of the main tasks we do at our front desk and guest services- booking appointments was more user-friendly and easier to navigate

Pros

What I like most is the POS system. Credit card is fast to connect for the guest and storing a card on file is convenient that they can use the reader and tap their card themselves. As I am used to having a convenient that they can use the reader and tap their card themselves. As I am used to having a hand key that information for every guest so I can appreciate that. also that you can message on eazy connect directly to a client from in their profile. I also like the reopen an invoice feature for errors to be corrected or adding product on for an artist, etc. for commission. opening and starting the day on the register is a breeze like no other since you don’t really even have to do anything you just turn the program on and the team loves that.

Cons

I absolutely am not a fan of booking appointments on especially rebooking a guest from their invoice. I find a lot of the features with booking to be not very user-friendly. I don’t like that The invoice goes away after I try to book an appointment and it’s not a simple thing to go back to when you need to pull up that guest invoice again. there are also a number of things that I do not like about with ringing up products on a ticket/invoice and that I have to re-enter the stylist initials over and over again. Also adding discounts are not simplified and can be tricky. And closing the register could be a little bit more seamless, and I really wish they would add coin rolls on the cash counts. As now we have to manually add coins from our coin rolls in with our accounts which I am not thrilled with.

Have not experienced any negatives yet. Of course, like every new system has its challenges , the implementation team has addressed them all.

So far my experience with has been fantastic. This system has all the bells and whistles! If you want to take your business to the next level - Zenoti would be the best way to go! Zenoti has so many moving parts so be patient with learning all the pieces. It takes time to learn it all. It will be worth it! The technology is light years beyond so many of the other systems I researched. I am very happy I went with them.

Pros

The staff support has been top notch! \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so amazing! He has gone above and beyond to help me figure this system out. Patience of a saint! This is the most advanced scheduling system I found for my growing business. I know it will help my keep business growing but at a much faster rate because of the ease and user friendliness for our clients.

Cons

It is a pretty advanced system so it takes time to learn it all. There is lots to learn! I am not techie by any means and I am getting the hang of it. Create the time to learn all the amazing things this system offers.

I went into something I had no idea what I was doing. \[sensitive content hidden\] basically held my hand the entire time, even had a call with me for an hour on her day off just so I could understand and make some changes to the program. I do want to mention \[sensitive content hidden\]….she is the reason I chose to begin with. She is such a kind, professional and beautiful human. Most corporations forget the human touch. This company did not in all aspects. When I was frustrated (my own issues) the team at zenoti was right there to explain, or, find a work around. Responses to emails were always timely. Thank you Zenoti Team!

Pros

There are so many different programs available. is one of those programs that is very user friendly and almost usable without too much training. It just makes sense how it’s set up

Cons

Not really any cons. Formatting forms was difficulty just because I had never done it before

Very thankful for the hands on help. Just went live two weeks ago, so far so good. Liking the interface and record keeping.

Pros

The onboarding team was excellent...\[sensitive content hidden\] was very patient with me and met with me 2-3 times per week. He was instrumental in our successful launch. The system is very robust and allows us to see every aspect of our business in one place.

Cons

The text credits add up fast and are expensive. Emailing records to guests could be simplified. University could be improved with better search function to find content within lesson videos.

As someone who's worked in Marketing for sometime, across many different booking platforms, I can attest to 's outstanding capabilities as a business and booking management software that streamlines everything... and also includes advanced marketing capabilities. We especially love the advanced marketing campaigns and target segmenting, and the advancements into AI has helped business and marketing operations immensely.

Pros

Really like the advanced target segmenting, automated marketing capabilities and advanced reporting. The system is very detailed and advanced from a booking and business management standpoint.

Cons

The leads capturing and tracking from any third party i.e. Meta ads isn't where it should be yet. But it will be improved in future updates.

Cons

Sometimes it was difficult to understand things like terminology. I wish the data transfer process was smoother...but that is also on part of the EMR system we are leaving.

My overall experience is that I am so happy I I switched to . It definitely was a learning curve, but the support I received made the transition super easy. The staff is so nice and very helpful with any issue I’ve had.

Pros

I love the ability to custom tailor my needs for my business. And I love the support I received from \[sensitive content hidden\]

Cons

It’s very clicky. Adding things is kind of a pain because you have to do it one by one instead of being able to both add. For example, I would love to be able to add add-ons to multiple services at one time instead of having to go through each individual service. I feel like the ability to search for educational videos I need in the platform is not easy for example I wanted to search add-ons when I typed it in the search bar nothing came up. So I had to go through all of the educational videos one by one to find the video I needed. It is definitely not super user-friendly.

Over the years that I have used they have gone from strength to strength in terms of their offering as a platform, always open to feedback and their support team are always a great help.

Pros

has been great for running our all our activity within our clinics, the most beneficial part though would be the seamless experience between clinicians using tablets and computers to complete digital forms and notes.

Cons

There are the occasional limitations on what we can do be most of the time they can be worked around or another solution found with the help of their support team.

I love how customers can book services and consultations from home. A great all in one platform for bookings, inventory management and reporting.

Cons

Complex interface: Because offers a wide range of features, new users (especially smaller teams) may find it overwhelming at first. Training is needed at the start.

Pros

Cons

The most challenging part was the onboarding process, which involved completing a large number of individual forms (excel sheets) each of them quite time-consuming.

Our team for onboarding was fantastic. We are very comfortable with the system thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for getting us prepared and answering any questions we have had along the way.

Pros

We can take care of almost all of our business needs in one place. Our providers have a user friendly app and we are able to customize so much to fit our business!

Cons

I do wish we could set up time frames for certain services to be bookable for specific dates. Such as an "August special" bookable ahead of time but only for 10th-17th for example.
