So far so good! Just spending a lot of time trying to learn the system as quickly as I can so I can make it work for us better.

Pros

This system is very powerful and there are a lot of great things we can implement to help run our business efficiently. Also, the training documents are great! Also, our on-boarding team has been very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has helped us so much!

Cons

It's a lot to learn all at once. So not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're coming from another system that's very basic, this can feel overwhelming. Just like with anything, the more I use it and dig into the system, the more comfortable I feel with it.

Pros

Robust, all in one platform that has many features to help my med spa. The system is highly customizable which was very important for me as a business owner.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit steep during the onboarding process. Some features require lots of training and support.

Overall, once it's set up and running, Zenoti is very easy to navigate and with the help of support, especially with Ivorn's help, it's incredibly straight forward to use.

Pros

Once all set up, the UI interface is beautiful to interact with. They have what seems a configuration for everything you need.

Cons

The setup is heavy and very detail intensive. To make Zenoti work, you need to go through their university and consult with their documentation almost all the time. There is a lot of information to go through.

Comprehensive solution for my aesthetic practice electronic health record. Many EHRs for med spas require multiple supporting platforms, Zenoti has everything in one place.

Cons

The system is so comprehensive that it is difficult to learn, I am starting to understand most of the tasks I will need as an owner and provider, but there is a steep learning curve.

Overall, my experience with Zenoti has been great. I have found the Zenoti team to be very patient as we onboard and learn how to navigate through all that is offered.

Pros

All-in-one solution for scheduling, marketing, billing, and inventory.

Cons

Zenoti offers so much, it can sometimes be overwhelming and hard to remember where to find things, but the help chat is a great resource. There is also Zenoti University and opportunities to attend webinars.

Customer support and transition went very well. Working directly with \[sensitive content hidden\] made it go off without any major headaches. The platform is easy to use and the help videos are extremely detailed. Online booking has tripled since implementing 1 month ago...clients love it. Managing both patients and their appointments is very streamlined. Love the data tracking!!

Cons

Sometimes there are a few too many clicks needed to get from point A to point B, but nothing we haven't gotten used to.

Very seamless transition with a great customer service/product team to help us every step of the way. Their team has been very patient with all our questions, and their AI bot is helpful in real-time when we have urgent questions. We've been using Zenoti for almost 8 weeks and overall our transition went smooth and our front desk team is enjoying using Zenoti and find it's much more user-friendly that our prior system.

Pros

One-stop shop for our Medspa operations, from scheduling, to guest management to photos/EMR to marketing.

Cons

Limitations on transactional text communications with guests, as we cannot send the same text to multiple guests as part of our follow-up efforts. It must be sent individually, which slows down our efficiency.

The system offers a wide range of features that we’re excited to explore further, and the support we’ve received during the onboarding process has been nothing short of outstanding. We’d like to particularly commend Purva Dindore, who has been instrumental in helping us transition to Zenoti. Her deep knowledge of the platform and her ability to understand our unique workflows have been invaluable. Purva has shown incredible patience and kindness throughout the process, always taking the time to ensure we’re comfortable with each step. Her insights into optimizing our operations within Zenoti have already proven beneficial. Although we’re still in the early stages of going live, we’re confident that Zenoti will be a game-changer for our clinic. With the continued support of Purva and the entire Zenoti team, we’re looking forward to fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities.

No publishable feedback option. We moved from Pabau to Zenoti for a variety of reasons, however one feature we loved and helped build our business was the internal reviews being shared publicly (with client permission).

Overall great. I am very happy with the product thus far (Live for 1-month). The two men who helped me with set-up ( \[sensitive content hidden\]) were amazing and extremely patient...My only negative is that no one mentioned how hard and how much time will be needed to start-up Zenoti.

Pros

Now that it is done, it is an all-in-one product. Love it!

Cons

How HARD it was during set-up. As a single owner, working fulltime and trying to get his up and running, I wasn't told up front how much time it would take for me to dedicate for start-up. It was way too much and during the sales call, it should have been mentioned.

Pros

Zenoti is very robust software and our businses was able to use as a one stop shop for our business needs. Really appreciated the reporting capabilities as well as the built in marketing for emails and texts to our guests. Support team was very responsive and helped to quickly answer questions and provide resolutions.

Cons

Implementation was a bit intense, but that is to be expected considering the customization Zenoti allows for each business.

It's very time consuming to learn but it can do a lot. a bit of a learning curve.
