My overall experience was enjoyable and I feel relieved to have them by my side to offer my staff and clients the best technology.

Pros

We changed our software for the first time in 15 years, to Zenoti. They walked us through every step, guiding us and problem solving any challanges we had. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and I would definitely recommend Zenoti to anyone looking to upgrade their salon software and offer their customers the most up to date technology.

Cons

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Changing software is always hard, so it was nice to have their constant support.

Overall, zenoti has been helpful but there are some rather tedious features that take away from the user friendliness of it all.

Pros

I like how all the data is easily accessible in the reports and in general booking appointments is an easy process. During my onboarding, \[sensitive content hidden\], was amazing!! She answered every one of my questions in detail, even ones that may seem simple.

Cons

There are way too many options and in order to make one change sometimes it requires many steps. The permissions for each job can also be overwhelming.

I had to go through many setup specialists due to turnover until I finally got one who was absolutely wonderful. Thank you, Ivorn!

Pros

CRM and having all options in 1 program instead of many.

Cons

Setup is not user friendly. Zenoti U is very basic training.

I'm very pleased with Zenoti over the 3+ years of using it. There are some areas to improve on, but I'm happy to say I know that if Zenoti can do it and there's a majority of interest they will. I'm also very appreciative of the Zenoti team that supports us during transitions and tickets. \[sensitive content hidden\], specifically, has been very helpful! He is an amazing asset to the organization.

Pros

I like that its not stagnant. The updates and improvements I've seen over my 3 years using it have been amazing. Appreciate being heard!

Cons

Sometimes its TOO customizable. Security roles is an example. And I wish there was more integration between forms and inventory.

The amount of information and customization available can be overwhelming but once you have it set up with the help of your Zenoti success team, it makes every task from taking payments to getting reviews, so much easier. I appreciate their dedication to continuously growing and improving their software based on what their customers are asking for. If you're needing a software system that does it all, Zenoti is it!

Pros

The level of customization, AI developments have really helped with navigating the system, all in one program - from client communication, payment processing, reporting, employee scheduling and management, to goal setting and tracking

Cons

It takes a very long time to really understand the software and how it works/thinks which can be difficult for new team members

My employes struggle using the app compared to the desktop version. The app can be tricky to use and navigate at times.

Excellent. I was very pleased with the people we worked with to get it off the ground.

Pros

The onboarding process was very organized and easy to follow. The people were great to work with. \[sensitive content hidden\] was an amazing help - he has a wealth of knowledge about the Zenoti system and knew every answer off the top of his head. This would have been a painful process without his help. He was incredible! Very happy with him - he made it super easy to get migrated from our old system onto Zenoti.

Cons

It's a very robust (and sometimes complex) system, however \[sensitive content hidden\] made it easy to understand. He was a huge help.

At one store, the experience has been OK. At the second store it’s been horrific.

Pros

At one location they onboarded budiness. They are using it with success and generally like it.

Cons

At my second location they Will not onboard us despite we’re paying for the software for two months and despite I’ve emailed them and called them several times over the course of the last month with no response. I keep getting a promise of a response from the chat advisors but no one actually calls me. I have money in the system because I learned how to do the basics from my other store and I can’t get the money out because they won’t onboard you. You can’t put in your own bank information they have to do it. I can’t believe how many different people I’ve called and emailed and chatted with over the last month and no one will call me back just promises .

Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend. I was pushed to leave a positive review over and over. It was the only what they’d leave me alone.

Pros

Some of their reports were helpful and their metrics but overall it was clunky, confusing. Oh, their patient information pop up was nice.

Cons

Their report added a factor that made my payroll a disaster. I spent so many hours correcting payroll it was insane.

The team and processes they follow for each imlementation. The attention to detail is immaculate.

Cons

Their are some congifurations that are not as flexible with our enterprise and different workflows at each practice, but we are learning how to incorporate what we can!

I loved the journey to migrate to Zenoti for our PMS solution! The team, the software, all a great fit for us!

Pros

I love their implementation team! A joy to work with and always able to accommodate our needs. The product itself is wonderful as well. Great for enterprise platforms and single practices alike. So much depth to the software.

Cons

Some of the current workflows are less efficient than our old solutions. Forms, e-prescribe, etc. That being said, several of these features are being revamped or added in the near future. I will also add that the project management tools we used became a little cumbersome. They used 2 different tools that were different than the 2 we use in our business. Add in email and it can be a little difficult to ensure you are up to speed on all communications!

### "Horrible Wait time in Support"

Cons

Nothing works and it takes support FOREVER TO respond and complete open tickets. Service has gone WAY DOWN since we went live. WAY to much turnover and no one knows who is where or doing what. The support team is kind and nice, but they need WAY MORE staff. It is ridiculous that it takes LITERALLY WEEKS to get a resolution.

Zenoti transition was a big one for our practice, but we appreciate the many resources that Zenoti has available for us to customize to our needs. Any questions or concerns or reconfigurations we needed to work through to create a better process for our practice was addressed, coached and worked through by the team we were working with.

Pros

I can't express enough how much appreciation I have for our project management and onboarding team. We worked with project manager \[sensitive content hidden\] on the onboarding and transformation end and they have been so incredible from day one through the entire transition.

Cons

We had some hiccups throughout the process and some miscommunication issues when signing on, but the project management team worked with us through all of our issues and concerns.

Pros

We went Live with Zenoti July 2024. The Zenoti implementation and data transfer team was patient, responsive and dedicated to getting our practice up and running. \[sensitive content hidden\], the main project contacts, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I greatly appreciated their willingness to assist and ensure we were satisfied with the experience.

Cons

While we have only been Live a couple months I am finding some pitfalls. One main issue was with the transfer of data into a patient gallery. There is no way to create folders by year within the gallery. There is a lot of updates Zenoti could make to improve gallery functions/ease of use/finding information.
