Pros: I like that its been around for a while and is very easy to use. We use it very often and is hands on.

Cons: I think thee yearly annual maintenance agreement is to high. It's hard to incorporate this system into newer technology.

Pros: Navigations are quick and you can make changes to information as you input. Customer maintenance is great.

Cons: Lags often and force closes. Reopening takes time. I dislike having to re-do settings that dont save.

Pros: They have come along way from the initial software and now that its on the cloud and can be accessed anywhere is great.

Cons: The price for what you get is very expensive and the yearly maintenance fees are big. The tech support is a little slow.

Its expensive but you get what you pay for

Pros: I like how organised it make me - it not only ticks all my payrol criteria it covers all my HR criteria too. Super easy to upload back up from out accoutant when we brought our payrole back in house. Links into Nest pensions

Cons: Lots to learn - cant get rid of history so if staff have left it wouldn't allow me to remove them. It caused a bit of a problem when trying to start up a new system from the accounts back up but support was great!!

Overall: Its made me super organised and freed up a lot of my time :-)
