The BigTime software product is relatively easy to use and it is simple to navigate through the projects and track time accurately and efficiently.

Pros

Syncs in real time and is always up and ready

Cons

The size of the webpage window is not optimized for the resolution of my laptop screen (1380 x 800) and sometimes I have to scroll in order to enter all the information for a project. Sometimes it jumps around and I find that I'm entering data in another project line. Would be best if everything fit in the space of the browser screen size.

The biggest benefit is better invoicing on our services because the time is entered and then integrated into quickbooks.

Pros

Pulling the time tracking into QuickBooks and then creating invoices with the time and what was done for that project. I also love the reports. We can now track our time doing all the extra services for a client and see if we are making enough money or just breaking even.

Cons

At times it is confusing especially the integration with QuickBooks. It is a very in depth program and I feel I have to tackle the whole thing at once. I feel the more information per client the better reports we will get back so it just takes time and a learning curve to get to that .

Pros

We like how easily you can track budgets with each project. Also, like how easy it syncs to Quickbooks.

Cons

We just started using the program, so right now it feels a little overwhelming with all the set-up.

### "Great Mobile time tracker"

Big Time is very user friendly tool to enter work time. Its mobile/ app feature enables to enter the time on the go. Its comparability with different platforms such as Quick Books helps track the budgets as well which comes in handy. They are also providing API access to synchronize it with other platforms such as Salesforce.

### "Big Time Software "

We have been using Big Time software for a couple of years now. It is a great internal time keeping system which our employees can access from anywhere which is convenient. They are also able to submit expense reports. We are currently working on integrating the software with our billing system to ease the process. Support has always been helpful. We highly recommend this product.

As I mentioned before, we are still in the process of implementing and training. We have has a very positive experience with Big Time so far and look forward to using it daily.

Pros

We are in the process of implementing the software, but the training and support we have had so far has been fantastic. The software seems to be intuitive and is very user-friendly.

Cons

We have no complaints so far. Our experience has been very positive.

The software is easy to use and integrates with quickbooks seamlessly. We have upped our productivity just by reducing time entry.

Cons

We would like to be able to add customer and items into bigtime that then sync into quickbooks. It can be difficult to create a new item in the middle of workflow.

### "Great for billing, expenses, and timesheets."

Invoicing, expenses, timesheets, and keeping track of employee time off.

Pros

Keeps track of billing, expenses, and timesheets in a simple, easy to use manner. It's easy to view all employees records and keeps track of PTO as well.

Cons

Every now and then we need to disable and enable the sync with our QB. Customer service walks us through the issues.

Service was way more responsive in the past, it has taken a plunge as of recent. Impossible to reach them, Beware.

Pros

Ease of use and connections to other platforms. User interface is pretty straightforward. Time billing is very good, engagements are simple, but perhaps someday will be upgraded.

Cons

Integrations can be a bit tricky (not unique to bigtime but no exception either). No way to backup data if and when things break (and they do) you can be in trouble.

It's great when time-tracking projects as it reduces manual tracking. It also produces reports which provide a general but good financial overview. Its integration with QuickBooks is also a great feature.

Cons

I think it's quite straightforward in its use but it would be nice if the invoicing could be more customizable.

Pros

Ease of use for employees entering time and expenses making our backend payroll processing more efficient.

Cons

Great product. Would like a bit better responsiveness when calling tech support. Can't always reach an associate immediately. However service provided from support is impeccable when connected.

I like the reporting. I can generally find the right reports.

Pros

Software is very easy to use. I have had no trouble using this software and would recommend it to others.

Cons

I have no cons expect perhaps on the reporting. Having all the reports is very nice, but sometimes its hard to find the one that i need.

As a new user, I have not experienced first hand all that BigTime has to offer. But Sylvia, who guided us through the Onboarding process, was able to successfully show us all the capabilities that BigTime has to offer so far. The ease of tracking hours, expenses and invoicing will help save the company money in the long run

Cons

As a new user, I do not have any complaints about the software.

It has so far been a pleasant experience and I am enjoying using the site and its functionality.

Pros

Ease of use is a plus. The support and knowledge base is great.

Cons

It would be great if every screen was exportable and if the customer had the ability to alter what they are seeing. Some screens are not too user friendly and I would love to be able to move boxes, make some smaller and some bigger.

### "BigTime Great Customer Support"

We have been using BigTime for about a year and a half now and it integrates great with QuickBooks online for expenses. We primarily use it for Time Logging and Expense reports but use a ton of the reports for other information we track outside of the App.

Pros

Very easy to use and intuitive. Customer Service has been very responsive when we have contacted them.

Cons

Only because I haven't actually used it I am not sure how well the upload of time to QB will work. I am going to start playing with that soon.

Pros

Easy to use and implement into an office. Integrates with Quickbooks and allows small office to have affordable project management sofware.

Cons

Easy to delete things in the system. I had to roll back our system to a back up to recover a project.

Pros

Easy to use, simple yet able to detail what is needed to enter in time and expenses. Finding it east to manage my time using it throughout the day, each day. The mobile app makes it portable and able to keep current on my entries.

Cons

Still learning how to track projects in the most efficient way but I need to spend more time working with the reports.

Overall the fact that everything's integrated into one platform makes Bigtime a great timesaver for any organization.

Pros

Bigtime is great in that it's super feature robust and serves as an integrated platform for time tracking, task assignment as well as financials.

Cons

Sometimes the task assignment workflow can be a little clunky and seems to generate some unnecessary email clutter.

Difficulty handling large number of projects. When projects are made inactive in QuickBooks the information is not reflected on Big Time.

It has been confusing at first but paying for the premium level and having a dedicated solution support, rep has been tremendously helpful

Pros

BigTime has been great given that we have never tracked time and as we slowly integrate this into the company culture, we don't have to have the full infrastructure built out day one, it is adaptive and can scale with us

Cons

I think some of the buttons to finalize items aren't the most overt (I would simply love a "SUBMIT" button for Timesheets)
