Love their customer service - everytime I got stuck they were there to help me!

Pros

I like the ease of the integration between BigTime and Quickbooks.

Cons

Invoicing at first was a struggle but now the developers are listening to their clients and updating to make like easier.

Reporting tool, This might be because I am a new user and not yet familiar with the capability. I have to download the available reports in excel to customize per our needs.

It's made life easier for the guys on our admin side. We can now have our techs from all over the country submit time and expenses without chasing them down.

Pros

I think it's really easy to use and has all the features we've been looking for. Love the QB integration and how I can customize to needs that our company have.

Cons

I'd like to have the ability to export select expense from a project to a PDF. My understanding is we can only export all expenses to PDF with photos attached.

Our implementation with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was a little bumpy, but once we really understood the software, we got it going. Overall, our experience with them has been good.

Pros

The integration with Quickbooks and the cost of the platform is what appealed to us most. However, we also love the ease of use, both for time tracking and invoicing.

Cons

There isn't the ability to add tasks/projects to multiple clients at once.

There is nothing that I do not like ! Recommend it 100%

Pros

Easy to use, I love that it makes tracking and exporting sales to Quickbook so so easy. The support staff are very helpful all the time to solve any issues that you can have . I love the ability to watch webinar and speak directly with customer service any time I have a issue .

Cons

You have to manually sync with Quickbook online but it is not a big deal for me so I am pretty happy with this software .

We have been using BigTime in our company for 2 years now and I am very happy with the ease of use and functionalities it has to offer. I use the timer to calculate the time spent on each project which saves a lot of time. I would recommend Big Time.

Pros

The ability to track your tie on the project basis.

Cons

The mobile app is not that user-friendly.

Pros

That it allows us to create and assign tasks for employees. We can also create budgets for time and costs which is helpful.

Cons

That the reports are difficult to create and the default ones keep crashing. The ability to post payments to QuickBooks would make the software much better.

Overall I have had a pretty positive experience with Bigtime and am optimistic that it will work out great for our company.

Pros

I like the time tracking capabilities, reporting features and budget tracking features.

Cons

The implementation was a little tricky and I don't feel very confident in the back and forth between Bigtime and the Quickbooks Desktop that we use.

It has saved a lot of time and increased the accuracy of our client tracking records. The customer support is easily accessible and very helpful.

Pros

We were able to tailor this software to meet the specific needs of our company. It has saved us time when doing the invoicing and schedule tracking. There are many helpful features and we are able to access the information remotely because everything is online. The customer service is outstanding!

Cons

Navigating the program takes some getting used to. It helps if you are an experienced computer user; some of my coworkers are having more trouble figuring it out.

Pros

What we like best about this product is its easy use and great integration with Quickbooks. The timesheet entry is very easy to learn and the reports are very detailed helping us streamline our invoicing. If we ever have a problem customer services is very attentive and responds quickly.

Cons

If we had to say anything negative maybe it would be that there are too many bells and whistles. Sometimes this makes it hard to just get to the information you need and what's most important for your business.

We recently switched our monthly invoicing process from Quickbooks Online to BigTime, mainly for the purpose of saving time with tracking projects by customer and the ease of this information flowing seamlessly in to the invoice. It didn't take long for all users to adapt to the new user-friendly system, and invoicing is so much easier to track now.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. All employees were able to get the hang of tracking their time through it in no time.

Cons

I originally didn't like that you could only send an invoice to one person at a time, but that functionality has been updated!

### "Perfect Time Tracking App"

Pros

Since we have recently expanded the writing team for several clients, it's critical that we can keep accurate track of the hours worked for everyone, myself included. With BigTime, we can track employee hours worked and get them paid easily. We previously used pen and paper to track and found that sometimes they were underpaid or overpaid, but BigTime fixed all of that!

Cons

There's nothing to dislike about it. The learning curve isn't very steep and you can track the time your employees actually spend working so they can get paid accurately!

BigTime helped us move from a manual tracking system to an automated one, saving a lot of time and expense for our Program Managers and Accounting team. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team were both patient and highly capable when listening to our needs and showing us how BigTime could meet them.

Cons

Reports seem to be set up for export to PDF rather than printing directly, adding one step to times when we need a printed report.

Reason for choosing BigTime

BigTime's feature set was most compatible with our services-oriented business for a small-to-medium size company. Their company seems well-established in the US and their service team is excellent.

I run a web dev company, and we're really happy with BigTime. They took the headache out of Quickbooks integration and allowed us to track time and expenses more accurately. We do our invoices in BigTime which get pushed right into quickbooks with the correct bill rates...etc which saves us LOTS of time at the end of every month.

Pros

Super easy to use Reporting on profitability and staff utilization is AWESOME! Helped us increase our billing efficiency

Cons

Better knowledge-base articles would be nice
