Cons

Integrations are trickier then they appear at face value. It does not have as many bells and whistles as other platforms

Pros

Great program, love that it can track time to invoicing services to clients and vendors and management can track timing to allow for cost analysis. thank you.

Cons

Needs more options in invoicing. Lack of options but a great product, other than that program works great!

Pros

The ease of time tracking for employees and the detail they can fill in for each client. The fact that all time is captured for each client is the biggest Pro.

Cons

The sync with Lacerte didn't work for us as it duplicated clients that were imported from QuickBooks.

I just had an issue syncing a project to BigTime from QuickBooks. In the same day I received support and solved some very complex problems. My IT person (Nancy S.) was the best! She taught me so many new things and was very supportive in the situation.

Pros

Tracks my employees hours with accuracy.

Cons

Sometimes it works slowly.

Very usable. Nice integration with QuickBooks. Excellent customer support. Back end integration provided means to deposit expenses either into an AP account (for reimbursement of personal expenses), or to liability account (for expenses paid using company credit card).

Pros

Well thought out. Continuous sync capability with accounting software. Good customer support. Value.

Cons

Mobile apps are well advanced, but not all the features on the desktop interface are available as of yet.

Pros

I like the customizable reports and templates. The various ways of invoicing are helpful and allow us to customize invoicing depending on our clients' needs.

sometimes I need to transport bills into word in order to get the spacing and font correct. I wish I could do everything inside the program

Brea was very helpful and tech support has been responsive. This software is new to us but has taken the time to do billing down to 1 hour from 10 hours. We know know at a glance were projects stages are and who is tasked to work on them.

This software has the capability of doing everything we were looking for and I think as we begin to fully utilize the features, will bring economies and information we didn't expect. I do like that it tracks my time

Cons

Sometimes difficult when I need to reclassify time and need to go to my company and reject time so I can correct. I am wasting too much time.I waste too much time, I guess I have to continue to learn how to use effectively. I need to view more webinars.

We are new clients of BigTime; your software is completely different from the one we used previously. I really was lost and frustrated, but was lucky enough to contact MaryPat Holtrop. Her customer service is outstanding. Every time I have a problem, and this is quite frequently, she's there for me. She has a very calming, soft voice and she has the patience of a saint. She's very good at explaining the process and is willing to go over things several times if necessary. She is a credit and an asset to your company.
