Pros

I've used more self-explanatory and user-friendly time entry applications before, but once you learn this, it's very easy to use and navigate.

Cons

It is very intimidating the first time you use it, and one would probably not be able to navigate it easily without someone first showing them how.

Training and assistance have been spot on. Our company works a little differently than your typical company, and the rep worked with us through the process of customizing the program to meet our needs.

Cons

It was a little more complicated to set up than we envisioned, but once the initial setup was done - it works great!

Training, Customer Service, Integration with Quickbooks. Once it is set up, it will be a great asset to our business, so that we can track profitability of jobs.

Cons

Getting it all set up to launch has been a struggle for me, mainly due to my own personal issues and trying to understand what information is necessary.

Interface is modern and straightforward Mobile capability was a big plus with the team and management

Cons

Some limitations when not linking to Quicken Took a few trial and error entries for projects to reflect accurately, but a little bit of playing went a long way

It's easy to use and can generate report very easily, I am able get a realistic view on how much time we spent on each project. The fact that the report can be adjusted per project and the period of time, it's very flexible.

Cons

I don't have too much complaint about this product, it is very easy to use.

Ease of reporting hours spent each pay period and invoicing customers.

Pros

Very detailed reporting capabilities. I like that we can report time by customer, country, city and type of service provided. This is going to give us a lot of insight into our business.

Brea did an excellent job of giving us an overview of the software. She walked us through the product features with the perspective of how a CPA firm would want to see it done.

Pros

It is well suited for our exact needs as a CPA firm.

Cons

Now that the first onboard is complete I'm not quite sure where to start to get going.

Would have worked and integrated with Intuit. Looked like it was going to cost less than its competitors but it will not.

Cons

Pricing was opaque and misleading, sales people were pushy. Got inconsistent answers about the cost from the sales people, who emailed and called us.

Various reports and easy navigations. Also time tracking is easy to use by users, admin and other staff users.

Cons

not really any problems, may be need to add FAQ as per issues faced by various customers. Otherwise software is great.

Pros

Every easy and intuitive. Very simple process. Easy to log time and separate tasks.

Cons

That you have to go to a different page to submit the time sheet. A way for there to be an option to submit on the time sheet would be nice.
