It was difficult to get the information we needed into the defined fields. Pros Being able to pull up reports and have access to the lists they created. Cons Cannot find items or work orders easily. Pros Easy to use, clear, well organized. All 12 modules required and the PM module is outstanding, Mat. module is state of art and amazing in tracking inventory and reviewing of transaction. The work request and work order generation is excellent. The reporting is very satisfactory. Cons The software speed is slower than expected specially when dealing with work orders module. The remark when have multi storekeepers the security is not granted. Some KPI,s not available like OEE. I could manage different size of sites under the same login. It's one time payment web based system! And no limitation on sites, locations or assets. the Cleaning Module is fantastic and very practical. My maintenance department is managing all its work with this software including stores and purchases.
