July 17, 2018 5.0 Pros JOBIQO provides us with an easy to use and flexible job board-technology based on drupal. We were looking in many other players on the market, but we decided to go with JOBIQO, because it allows us to work independently and when we need help, JOBIQO provides a fast and friendly customer-support. JOBIQO is also always improving the technology and the interface for their customers. Cons I really have not any cons. I have been responsible for client-webprojects myself and have seen a lot of trouble in this field. So for me, the most noteworthy experience was, that setting up our sites with the jobiq-team was as smooth as a project can get: timely, relaxed and getting the job done. I love working with them. They are all nice, ready to help and professional on all aspects. The tool itself also has a lot of potential Pros It is very flexible, admin can set up a lot of thing in the administration. It is really easy to use; for all roles (applicant, employer and admin). Good search engine, clean and modern design. Cons I think Jobiqo could improve features especially on employer side, I was missing a few employer's tools such as (message center, testing, process workflow from interviewing, assessments, comparison of candidates... to final negotiations with candidate (offers...). Pros Jobiqo provides a fully flexible job board software that was tailored and customized to the specific needs of our division. We appriciated the personal service quality, the flexibility of the software and the reliable delivery in time and cost. The SEO options helped us to increase the organic search traffic to our site. Jobiqo already upgrade our site to Google Job Search and proactively consulted us on the impact of this new feature. They are great to work with and have outstanding project management processes. We are just launching our beta now so our feedback is based on their work in getting our site up and running. That experience has been excellent: well organized, thorough, and efficient. At every level of team member we have interacted with, from CEO to developers to project managers, they are a pleasure to work with and we now consider them part of our own team. Pros We were looking for a solution that would grow with us and Jobiqo offers the best combination of off the shelf features and ability to add custom features as we uncover what our members want. Cons Jobiqo is built on Drupal so the administrative interface is less user friendly than a platform like Wordpress so it's a tradeoff between customizability/security vs. ease of maintenance. Reason for choosing jobiqo We were seeking a customized solution from an experienced company to speed up time to market and reduce our learning curve. On top of it, it is a tool which is constantly developed further and therefore always up to date to the latest state of the art in the field. Cons the candidate pool and the underlying processes could be made more simple for everyone involved if the feature talent pool isn't used. But that is basicly all to complain about. The price varies per imployment so that is a great deciding factor to count in. Pros The most impactful features for me would definitely have to be the easy on the eyes interface and the job matching engine, being able to search by resumes and many more features I can't think of right now. Cons For our purposes some parts of the menustrcuture are not necessary and might lead to confusion with regards to new users.
