Recruitive Software are an amazing company. They have helped me achieve so much from posting my jobs to all the sites I could want to advertise on, to tracking my candidates and making the whole process of recruitment tonnes easier. I would definitely recommend anyone within the recruitment industry use this product for all of their recruitment needs.

I have tried a few other solutions whilst at other companies but none have worked as well as Recruitive software. It's a really easy system to navigate and we have had great internal feedback on user experience from our hiring managers. The fact that the software is all branded to match our business and it has the same look and feel as our website, bringing a complete 360 recruiting experience. The customer service and support is excellent and I would highly recommend them. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to set everything up as we required some bespoke work to make the solution work for us, but it was all handled smoothly.

Pros

Ease of use, great, modern interface, customisation to fit our needs and its a complete recruitment solution.

Cons

Candidate records fairly limited compared to some software I am used to.

From implementation through to the go live, Recruitive is very supportive all the way. I would highly recommend this recruitment software provider.

Pros

Easy to use, its already integrated with over 1,800 UK Job boards so i do not need to buy multi posting software on top. The ongoing support is amazing, simply phone up one of your appointed staff members and they support immediately. First class and would highly recommend.
