We were able to sign up several students before we even opened. The computer system takes some time to learn, but the courses provided are extremely helpful in the aiding of that learning process. Billing process is phenomenal. Site is rather slow quite often (on mobile, desktop and different WiFi). Desperately need automated email/SMS communication for booked classes. Pros Very easy integration process. Great support in the onboarding phase. Cons Email/SMS communication for booked classes. Students are able to book 12 weeks out and get 0 reminders. Pros Kicksite has a very intuitive user interface. Cons Some work flows are connected they way one would. For example, having to change screens locations in Kicksite between vault and recurring billing.Not being able to add a vault to a prospect can mess up your stats because sometimes trial people buy a gi, but don’t stay. They were converted to a student to have their card entered. But if they don’t stay it looks like you lost a student.
