I have been with Kicksite for over 4 years. My overall experience is incredible. The value of this program is amazing. The cost is scalable for each school size. I started using Kicksite with under 100 students and have grown to over 100. The costs associated with Kicksite are well within the market budget for similar programs. This system and staff are 1st Class! The support, functionality, and efficiency are just awesome. I cannot recommend Kicksite enough. I have tried several other CRM systems in our industry and Kicksite is #1.

Pros

Too many positives to count. Very user friendly. Everything I need is a click away. The class, student and membership management is great. Easy email and messaging too, I can send a text and/or email all at the same time and by rank, by group, program or individually. I can run any report with ease. Events and promotions sections work amazingly. Cash management is effortless. I have absolutely utilized the Media Library to our benefit. It does take some time on our part to get them created and uploaded but once, especially if there is a lot of content. But once it’s done... It’s so sweet! Easy to do and adjust just takes our time. I did it over several weeks and I can remove, add or adjust videos and documents as I need. I have each rank progression set up to only allow those of the particular rank to view the material (Ie. Videos, pdf sheets). I also have specific Leadership, Competition Team, Instructors and others programs all having their own media library folder. It’s all within Kicksite system. It is so nice! Parents and Students can utilize the web-based App on their phone, tablet, computer and train extra at home, outside or wherever. Once a student earns their next rank, I can do an Event Belt Promotion and approve those who passed. Those who move up in rank within the system automatically are allowed to access the next rank material. Simple and done. I love it. Kicksite makes my job of managing my classes, communicating with my parents and students is so easy. I can get on my phone and send a quick email and/or text at any time within a min.

Cons

Nothing really. The Learning curve was simple. Staff are wonderful to work with and repsond quickly to any questions I have. Nothing is too small or too big. Their dev (Development) team is constantly looking at ways to improve and takes customer feedback well.

Has a lot of great features, had a very hands on sales guy who did great answering questions. Team did a great job helping to transfer student base from old CRM to kicksite. Hoping to see more developments in the future

scanner system for attendance was not reliable, does not have POS system set up have to use landing pages, limited customizing with landing pages

The mindbody transition was a bit more intensive than anticipated. Possibly due to how we set up Mindbody. The video size upload for students access is limited to 1.5 gb which was unfortunate to learn after the fact.

So far good, but much of it will be determined in the coming months as we prepare to open.

Pros

Kicksite has simple and effective ways to get in contact with prospective students. It has made marketing through social media simple. We were able to sign up several students before we even opened. The computer system takes some time to learn, but the courses provided are extremely helpful in the aiding of that learning process.

Cons

When it doesn't work properly. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out. I sent a ticket in today.

Great overall experience. Billing process is phenomenal. Site is rather slow quite often (on mobile, desktop and different WiFi). Desperately need automated email/SMS communication for booked classes.

Pros

Very easy integration process. Great support in the onboarding phase.

Cons

Email/SMS communication for booked classes. Students are able to book 12 weeks out and get 0 reminders. This fills classes and creates lots of "no shows" preventing new students from signing up.

Kicksite has been very helpful to us setting up the school.The students love that they have a log in number.It has made joining our school a pleasant experience for everyone.

Pros

Kicksite has a very intuitive user interface.

Cons

Some work flows are connected they way one would. For example, having to change screens locations in Kicksite between vault and recurring billing.Not being able to add a vault to a prospect can mess up your stats because sometimes trial people buy a gi, but don’t stay. They were converted to a student to have their card entered. But if they don’t stay it looks like you lost a student.

I dont have many cons with Kicksite. The only con would have to be on me . I dont utilize the features anywhere near as much as I could/should.

Pros

I like Kicksite mainly because of ease of use. It's intuitive and makes sense. The onboarding was superior to any that I've experienced in the past. The staff is very attentive and so willing to help.

Cons

So far, I have found absolutely NO cons. The whole process to get me from Zen Planner to Kicksite was seamless and completely wonderful.
