### "My Caterham review of the Kicksite software "

Kicksite has truly been a godsend. I love the fact that it does so much on its own. My favorite thing is how easy it is to create reports for staff and for the clients, as well. I also love how it tracks the clients progress and changes in belt color. A definite must to have in your business.

Pros

Kicksite has been a pleasure to use. They have great tools in the software, as well as the communications, the merchant services and reports... they all are awesome. What I like the most is the client section of the software. The second a prospect comes into the software through either the website or manually through your staff, as a prospect, they are already in software and you can create an appointment for when they want to come in and try out your classes. And from there, you can turn a prospect into a student. Basically, its very easy and saves us a lot of time in the office.

Cons

Not too much that I don't like. I'm sure as time goes on, there will be things I'd like to improve personally. But I have no complaints at this time.

Kicksite has been very helpful to us setting up the school.The students love that they have a log in number.It has made joining our school a pleasant experience for everyone.

Pros

Kicksite has a very intuitive user interface.

Cons

Some work flows are connected they way one would. For example, having to change screens locations in Kicksite between vault and recurring billing.Not being able to add a vault to a prospect can mess up your stats because sometimes trial people buy a gi, but don’t stay. They were converted to a student to have their card entered. But if they don’t stay it looks like you lost a student.

Has a lot of great features, had a very hands on sales guy who did great answering questions. Team did a great job helping to transfer student base from old CRM to kicksite. Hoping to see more developments in the future

Cons

scanner system for attendance was not reliable, does not have POS system set up have to use landing pages, limited customizing with landing pages

### "Streamlined and easy to use"

We don't know how we survived before kicksite! Now we're streamlined, billing is a breeze, mass emails are a breeze, and we have more time to focus on the students themselves. Improvements are being made constantly to make the program more intuitive, and we appreciate that our suggestions are used as the program is upgraded. Students love the access to their own account and our document and video library! Monthly renewals used to take me a couple days to finalize, email, wait for a reply, and now they're all done and emailed in less than an hour and members can sign electronically. Kicksite has made our school's administrative duties so easy!

Pros

We used to have multiple sources of information to manage student memberships, attendance and billing. Kicksite puts them all in one platform, which makes things so much easier to manage. No more entering the same information over and over, managing multiple email lists, etc. We've reduced our paper files to virtually nothing since everything is contained right in a student's kicksite account.

Cons

It's tough to find something that we don't like-there are a few quirks that we had to get used to, such as event invitations (belt testings, tournaments, etc.) can only be sent to one email address and not multiples.

Kicksite offered all of the functions we needed - mass emails, events, memberships and billing.

Maggie (and ALL staff) have been extremely attentive and professional especially at times when I was not my best self.

Inventory (not sure if it's a user error or lack of education on use) - would like a order list once inventory levels reach a set amount. Email - after reviewing the tutorial, I am able to create more aesthetically pleasing emails, however, going through the time and effort of uploading pics into Flickr is a pain. ATA communication link. Not sure entry of testing results is efficient yet. I will try to use it again after August 26 testing, however, a video tutorial would be nice. I have to submit a Tiger testing, then ask headquarters to hold before shipping certificates, then submit a MAK and Adult testing. I don't see a way to do that at kicksite. Website Dojo communication link. I am getting leads from my website and having to enter them separately into kicksite. I'd like them to communicate.

I dont have many cons with Kicksite. The only con would have to be on me . I dont utilize the features anywhere near as much as I could/should.

Kicksite has made running my school fun again. I no longer have all of the daily tasks that I once did. Now, Kicksite handles all of these important, but time consuming, tasks for me. Kicksite streamlines the daily activities in my school to the point that I get time to work on my business instead of in my business. With Kicksite's inventive processes for tracking attendance, posting events, testing registration, and managing prospects, my school runs more efficient than ever. The communications feature is probably my favorite aspect, from the automated messages that are distributed without prompting to the group message that can be targeted to any of my groups or the entire study body. Kicksite is without a doubt the most user friendly software that I have ever used. Setup was simple and easy to manipulate with changes, and the staff is ALWAYS there to help when the need arises. It would be extremely difficult for me to return to the way I did things in the past.

I have tried several Martial Arts management systems over the past 25 years... and I must say, that not only is KickSite superior on nearly all fronts, their customer service and customer training are second to none! This web based program is Incredibly easy to use and has many features that I use every day to improve my student management, my retention, and my marketing! If I have questions, I get answers within 24 hours... and I feel heard and educated when I get off the phone with them! I love the fact that I can access ANY of my students at ANY time with my smart phone! Highly recommended!

Kicksite is a great system to work with and offers a lot of options for your business. In the different pages it combines several features which makes it user friendly, and easy to understand. Some of the reports and calculating the numbers that we needed were not available, but Kicksite is always making changes and improving the site. The customer service is always there to help and to take your suggestions. Kicksite is always growing and is one of the best business solution systems on the market today.

As a martial arts consultant I am afforded the opportunity to visit schools around the country and help them improve their operations. Without fail schools that do not have a good CRM system in place are doing twice the work to get half the results. That's why we use Kicksite to run our school. Its flexibility is unmatched and very easy for the entire staff to use. One of the things I like the most is their customer service and being able to call them for training anytime we need it. If you you want to grow your school you have to have the software that will support it. I highly recommend Kicksite, check them out, you'll be glad you did.

I like the ease of using the software, the customer service is great, and that students can go on and manage their profiles. I don't like that clients can't update their own credit card, that I have to go in and physically do it(they can add a new card, but I have to be the one to change it). Also, that when I freeze a student, I have to delete their billing and then re do it when it's time to unfreeze them. Another dislike is I can't freeze an entire family, I have to freeze each student individually. Other than those minor things, I am very satisfied with the service kicksite provides. Thank you

Kicksite is a great product for martial arts schools. It allows student tracking and communication as well as billling if desired. It could use better email tracking to see if the emails were opened and auto text messaging for absent students but overall it works very well.

The billing and financial part of this software is super easy to use and understand. Love that we see what credit cards are expiring, and whose billing is expiring on the dashboard. Makes it easy to keep up with payments. Memberships and programs are easy to use and understand. Again the dashboard makes a big difference in knowing who needs extra attention, whether it be an expired membership, a birthday, or an attendance issue. It's like having a drawer full of paper files right at your finger tips.

Pros: Kicksite's program is really in tune with what our business needs. The customer service is fantastic and they have been very responsive to our needs. I really do like how this product does make it easier to know what is going on with my academy. We are busy and don't always have time to do everything. The keeping track of inventory is my hardest part because I don't have time to enter the inventory in all the time. I wish there was an easier way but all and all this is the best software I have used by far.
