No more paperwork everything is online. I can clearly find out if any of my students have any medical conditions etc GDPR was made so much easier Staff always friendly and helpful

Pros

This software is really easy to use. I now have all my customer and student details online and all they had to do was fill in a few details at the click of a button. Setting up my link with all the details and forms I needed was really easy, and the Dance Biz staff were always contactable and helpful. No more paperwork!

Cons

When creating my online form for my customers there were some thinks I might have liked as a selection that weren't there yet, so some parts could do with a refresh. But I was still able to find a way round what I needed, so other then that no complaints.

So far I have been happy, It does take a little while to remember how to work out the different areas for the features to work but I'm sure over time this become easier. The customer service has been great and I've been able to book an appointment to ask questions and go through the system

Pros

The ease of getting around the system with still lots to learn which I find has been a trial and era process for me.

Cons

I was struggling with invoicing and getting the correct features to work. There was some training which I attended so hopefully this will help going forward.

overall my experience so far only having used it for two months is great. The customer service is fantastic, especially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who has guided me through how to use all the functions I require for my business.

Pros

I really find that the invoicing and schedule functions are really helpful for my business. It's easy to use once you know how.

Cons

The waitlist feature, is there an easier way to get them from there into a class when space?

Easy to use, even for someone not good with recording things electronically!

Pros

Unlike some software I have previously used for recording children’s attendance it is very clear and easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes did not save updated information! Could sometimes be hard to log in, this may have been due to poor internet connection within the school.

I have found the support for this product outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. Natalie has been so helpful she responds to emails in a timely manner and if you call she will walk you through the steps needed.

Pros

I love the ease of the software, the ability to email one class or a couple of classes, ability to split the students into exam and non exam kids so that I can email them individually. I love the online registration and the integration with my website. It has saved me so much time!

Experience has been great so far, I'm a fairly new user but the programme runs really well and the customer support is excellent.

Pros

It has freed up so much of my time, makes enrolling and invoicing very easy.

Cons

Having to manually add some items but I do understand why this has to happen.

I ask myself everyday how I managed without this program. Being busy in the dance room, I struggled to find the time to do all of the necessary book-work as I am not overly confident with technology so doing simple things takes me a long time. This program has allowed me to focus more on my classes as I am not needing to be in the office as much. If I need any help at all, the technical staff are so generous of their time and are willing to provide help where their clients need it.... We are very thankful this program allows us to do more of what it is we love. DANCE

Customer service is outstanding but I wouldn't recommend the Ezidebit integration as a payment option

The team have been so amazing and helpful through every step of the process and they are always just an email or phone call away which has been so important to us in setting everything up and learning the system. We couldn't be happier and look forward to more simplified admin and class scheduling
