CampSite cut our costs in half and have fully delivered on their customer service guarantees. Anytime I have questions they are more than happy to field my questions and very timely about responding with a solution. We couldn't be happier. Pros It's very straight forward and easy to navigate. Most functions can be figured out with very little exploration and any administrative errors can be easily corrected. Cons I haven't found anything to dislike to this point. Pros So easy to use!! User friendly and so great to have ALL the information needed at your fingertips! We had previously been on all paper forms for our medical/registration/bunking - everything at our camp essentially and this made it so much better! Cons A few “customization” things we wish we could change but nothing major and easy to work around! September 10, 2019 4.0 We have solved a lot of issues starting with our member experience and in house reporting. The accounting of children and the history and statistics we have at finger tips. Pros Reporting, Ease of use for our families, Customer support, attendance module Cons Financial Reporting and accuracy. We have had struggles with the reporting and accuracy of the numbers being different in different areas. I am very happy with the purchase of Campsite software. The support is excellent. The reports you can generate are flexible and can be easily modified and customized. Enrollment and billing is easy. Invoices are sent via e-mail (no more mailing invoices). If there is something I need and don't see, they never say "oh we can't do that" they say "let me take it to the team and see what we can do"... Pros Flexibility and Ease of Customization of Reports Cons Wish the font was a hair bigger when printing reports. Not the worst thing, I could always export it to excel if needed (but would be nice). Cons Uploading documents is limited to one document at a time. Can't personalize CampSite based medical documents such as the immunization form, health history form. Not able to create new fields or edit fields including making them mandatory is a problem for licensing and accredidation. December 4, 2018 5.0 CampSite has changed our working experience, as well at the customer experience for our camp. We look more professional, can keep track of so much more, and have increased the safety and security of our campers. Pros We love how easy it is for us to use CampSite for keeping records, taking attendance, running reports, and doing everything that we used to do manually with 100's of versions of spreadsheets and lists! Cons There are still some areas that can be improved in the functions of certain things, however they are VERY responsive and always putting out updates, so these things are constantly improving. Pros Super user friendly. Appreciate the constant updating. Cons The camper information form we use would be better served if we could run/print them based on group & week rather than all campers. Setting up camp for next year is easy and can be done in minutes. Also, when we contact support, we get a reply in a timely manner. Cons I would like autopay to be processed automatically rather than manually going in and processing the payments. Additionally, I would like parents to have access to their receipts online rather than contacting us to obtain it. They seem to have trouble locating it on the site. Used to take me about 15 minutes to register each camper. Now it takes less than a minute. Parents love it too. Cons I think that the look of it is not very exciting. The cork board is BORING. Cons The billing component doesn't match 100% with how we have done things in the past making it a little difficult to maneuver. The software was an upgrade from our previous provider and the customer service has been top notch. Pros It is comprehensive and allowed my camp to do new things. Mobile capabilities were epecially helpful. Cons When building the site for our camp, we did not have the amount of flexibility to arrange and create fields that we thought we would.
