We were very impressed with their website introducing all the features. The quality of training and ongoing customer support has been fantastic. After all our first time user kinks and several phone calls, Campsite staff has stayed very patient and understanding. Our camp families were appreciative of the new program and loved the easy registration process. We are excited to ease into our upcoming camp season with all the continuing updates!! With the number of camper & staff leads that come in, it's nice to keep all of that info in one place so that I can stay on top of it and not lose what could be a great addition to our camper community or staff. The Campsite database is amazing, the reporting is awesome, it even keeps financial info together. The biggest disappointment I see is the program side. Our feedback from families was that this was an improved experience from our prior online registration tool. It was also helpful to include the sale of merchandise with the enrollment options, which doubled our sales from 2015. When the help team does not pick up right away, I always get a call back withing 10-15 minutes. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
