Pros

The best feature of the software is the ease of use for Board Reporting and tracking tasks and assignments across our organization. The Risk Assessments modules in particular are built with enough pre-designed information to be robust; but also enough flexibility for us to customize our own unique situations and analyze them appropriately.

Cons

I haven't found an effective way of running "what if?" type scenarios ... that is, "we are considering implementing the following control, and it would impact our risk profile in the following ways ..." It is a highly manual process to go through each Risk Assessment and add the potential new control and then remove it if it is not adopted. I think the premium version allows the saving of multiple versions of the same Risk Assessments, which probably addresses that issue; but we are using the basic version of that module.

Pros

Tanto para pequeñas y medianas empresas, incluso solo para grupos de trabajo. El mejor producto de colaboración remota por su interfaz sencilla y estética. Me gusto mucho que es sencillo mantener a todos informados de que estas haciendo sin tener que preguntar, hace más fácil el trabajo desde el puesto de supervisión.

Cons

La aplicación no tiene muchas desventajas que hallamos visto. Pero creo que le hace falta un poco más de marketing.

Pros

Ease of use and to the point customer support would be the key success points. Templates are always there to get help and tutorial shows a lot to offer for beginners. We used the free trial for a project and got fruitful insights.

Cons

Cons would appear if you are to use other modules maybe, but the modul we tried revealed no staggering points.

Pros

Guided forms and questionnaires take you step by step in your journey to creating policies and their documentation.

Cons

For some 'thing/activity due' notifications, it's hard to figure out how to clear them when they are done.

Everything in one spot and can download certain items great links with info. A lot of good training in the beginning. Software easy to use. Excellent in my opinion.

The bank loves the product. Thinking about adding more modules.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do in the modules. I think it's a team issue tho as most of us do not watch the videos on the products.

Organization and support.

Pros

Excellent way to organize risk ratings, vendor management, business continuity, etc. Support for the software is top-notch. Software is being improved continually. Staff is very accessible and responsive. Excellent training provided live and recorded.

Cons

Takes a little time understand everything, but any software that does this much would take some time.
