I can easily make itemized quotes to send customers as well as bill them. When tax time comes around, aynax makes my job so much easier. I can pull up any expense information or the total we made for the year and use that on the tax returns. I absolutely love how we can add our business logo to anything we send to our clients as well as our contact info. Pros I love how it keeps track of all business expenses, payments, and even shows late payments and if clients are viewing the invoice. You can send invoices and quotes via email or print them off. You can easily add your business logo to the invoices and customize it. The invoice totals up the amount at the end so you don’t have to! You can even go in and see how much you made within a certain time frame. You can use this program on your phone or computer! Cons Can’t really say anything negative about it. It makes my business easier Reasons for choosing Ayanx Small Business Accounting It wasn’t expensive and I can access it on any platform. Love the paid feature Pros This softwares invoices are clean and look amazing. The accounting is easy. I love using this. They dont rip you off and the invoices print out awesome. When someone pays in full it says paid on the invoice so you dont have to use a dumb stamp or anything. Cons I wish they would further create software to run an entire business such as apartment management software. Something similiar to landlord tracks or yardi but more simplified and better daily management of the complex. The ease of use of the program is great for my small business. They are adding more accounting features which is wonderful. It is great that my customers are able to pay the invoices online with just one click. The Estimate to Invoice feature saves me so much time. The Customer Service is great! quick and precise answers when ever I need it. I highly recommend.
