I like that the dates on each file is shown as it provides information to the administrator if the file is updated. As for your issue downloading files with a watermark, there could be a couple instances of why this is happening but without further details I can only speculate. For security reasons, only users themselves can download files with watermark as the watermark is specific to each user. However, if you don't see an option to download files outside of our view as feature, please ensure download is enabled as both office & PDF files can be downloaded with watermarks. I do think that your customer service is probably your greatest strength and the people who work in that space should be rewarded for their work. It is a critical piece of our day to day activities and increases our productivity dramatically. Pros I love how easy is it to set up data rooms and add users with different tiers of access. It allows me to set up permission structures and then just worry about getting the right data in the proper folder. I also like how intuitive the software is - it allows me to onboard clients quickly. Cons I wish they would allow sessions to last longer - I'm in Firmex all day and find that I have to log in many times. I recommend to my friends who need to use a VDR. Pros It is very easy to create new folders and only add select groups to these folders. Cons We currently use a different platform for real-time document collaboration. If this feature were to be included Firmex, we could manage all of our ongoing document sharing in one platform - which would allow for easier integration and ongoing support.
