As for creating sub folders, we do offer an excel folder structure document that can be downloaded from the data room. This can be customized to create an entire folder structure for you and then uploaded directly into the data room mirroring set structure. This will allow you to create a new folder immediately within the desired folder structure area. Here is a link to support this. We also have an excel template that can be customized to your due diligence folder structure. The excel template can be uploaded into the data room directly which will automatically create an entire index folder structure for you. We have made improvements to the platform recently in order to accommodate large uploads and downloads of up to 50 GB. Some of our competitors can only handle 5 GB upload/downloads. As for the speed of the platform, I would be interested to know when and where you experienced slowness. Since we are a web based platform, internet speed and connection does play a factor. Never been overbilled. The team provides a heads up if you are reaching storage capacity vs. simply upping your bill. I've never had a client unable to understand how to use or access the data room. Pros I love the ease of setting it up. Other products have more features as far as downloading and tracking, but everyone does bulk downloading so it is irrelevant. You get the key features you need: Accessed, % downloaded, ability to revise documents, etc. Cons I haven't had any issues with the software. The customer service is the best I've seen. Customer Support is always available and incredibly helpful. Pros The software is intuitive to use and has a user friendly interface. The ability to view the database as the potential partner would before going live is invaluable. I also appreciate the ability to open documents in separate tabs and keep the interface tab open. Cons Setting up permissions for a new project/group can be a little cumbersome if the directory is large but is intuitive after practice and the ability to copy groups/permissions saves time. When creating a group the content role and project role are defined by what they can and can't do within the project. It is the best software to store all the important documents at one place with keeping the transaction process smooth. I really liked that you have an option to add users without them able to see who all is in the data room. Overall, it is a great product. Cons I think the ability to delete users or groups from the data room. I am not sure if I can do that, although, I was able to deactivate the users. I hope this can be improved in the future.
