The company overpromises and under-delivers.

Pros

The staff was courteous and prompt answering emails.

Cons

The service I received from Social Made Simple was EXTREMELY disappointing. I received 5 leads in 2 months at a cost of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] per lead! They had no suggestions to get better results except "run the ad for a longer time." Right! Keep pouring money down the drain. They did allow me to cancel the 3 month contract but wouldn't refund any of my money which I thought was only fair which such horrible results. This wasn't "disappointing results" it was disastrous results that they took no responsibility for. Be very cautious.
