If they ever have a problem with the application, I reach out to Performo and get a resolution quickly. I really can't say enough about how good their support is. Pros The support I receive from Performo is stellar. I have not worked with a vendor that has supplied such a high level of support before, and I support 30+ products. Implementation is a snap and the support team helps all the way. This is one less headache for a sysadmin to own.
