I believe there is lots of potential with this app. It creates a place where we can see all of our orders and when they were delivered. It makes it very easy to track certain orders down. Though there were a few issues at first, they seemed to die down and improve. But there are still a few issues that I deal with daily which can easily be fixed on my end, but I believe these issues should be fixed on the Developer side.

Pros

I like how the auto dispatching works with our system to implement routes in an organized manner. Though it doesn't get it right 100% of the time, a vast majority of the time it gets it selected to the correct route.

Cons

The part that I don't like particularly, is when I am trying to put a stop onto a different route using the arrow. When I do this, it goes away for a second, then immediately comes back onto the route. From there I have to exit the route I'm editing, go to the stop that I need to change, and change it from there. It seems that this is not working the way it is intended. It is pretty annoying dealing with this when I have multiple drivers over my shoulder waiting to be dispatched. It causes a delay in the dispatching process which means drivers get out later. Drivers get mad, I get mad, and my boss gets mad. Also, when I put orders on hold and release them, they disappear until I refresh the screen. Sometimes it takes 2 refreshes. Some days are worse than others as far as how long it takes to show back up. The last issue I have with it, is when I am trying to add a stop to a route using the + button. It will show up on the route then immediately come back off, then I have to exit the route I am trying to add it on and add it using the arrow (which takes multiple tries sometimes).

My overall experience with Elite EXTRA has been very positive. I really appreciate their excellent customer service—the team is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need support. I also value the continued software updates and product improvements, which show their commitment to evolving the platform and making it more effective for their customers.

Pros

What I like most about Elite EXTRA is the great customer service and their commitment to continued software updates and product improvements. I also really appreciate the ease of adding stops to routes on the fly, as well as the intuitive graphical interface, which makes designing and adjusting routes very simple and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I like least about Elite EXTRA is that the traffic data and maps used for calculating ETAs are often not as accurate as I’d like. This can make it challenging to rely on route completion times. I would really value having more up-to-date mapping and improved ETA accuracy, ideally leveraging some of the newer mapping platforms available.

I recommend this to all my other dealer friends. The number of times we have gone back and looked at photos, have saved us a ton of headaches

Pros

Easy to use, once you are shown the ropes Once we got the barcodes on our invoices, it's super-fast for my driver to create a route and hit the road.

Cons

Reports are not customizable, and have issues with auto generation Admin users used to be able to create driver templates, but that privilege was removed by Elite, not sure why?

Great because if I have an issue then I call and the issue is given the top priority and fixed as fast as they can resolve it.

Pros

Easy to use. Customers can get on the spot location times. I have the ability to help the driver when they have issues with locating the customer. I can see when there are traffic incidences and help the driver avoid them.

Cons

Internet issues can cause delays. Not their fault but it is an inconvenience. Sometimes we have orders that do not show up on the screen, so we have to call to try to get the problem resolved. For the most part my issues mainly come from computer glitches.

Elite extras game changer. I love being able to navigate and add multiple cell calls and being able to change my route on the fly.

Pros

It’s a very handy tool to be able to go back and look at pictures at previous draw off parts for customers. It is our company thousands of dollars by being able to attach pictures to our customer drop off.

Cons

I really don’t have any issues with elite. Only thing that happens from time to time is the app will kick me out automatically. Then I have to log back in. Not sure if it’s the app or could be me losing reception and some of the areas I deliver.

I have been very happy with Elite EXTRA and constantly tell other people about it. I won't ever go back to not using this platform in the wholesale business. It is a huge gamer changer and even with a smaller store like us it helps us tremendously. For bigger stores that have multiple drivers I can see it being a huge benefit that would cut down on overhead costs.

Pros

Extra elite has been a game changer in the wholesale delivery business. I love being able to gather our deliveries and make routes easily on one dashboard. They are constantly updating and making the platform better and more efficient. It has improved our delivery times, increased transparency, and given our customers an easy way to track their deliveries and returns. The returns process is very easy to use and saves a lot of time going back and forth between customers. Customers are also given a dashboard where they can pull invoices, credits, and set up alerts for ETA and follow the driver on the route.

Cons

The only thing I find a little hard to use is the driver app. It can be a little confusing for new drivers. This may also be just user issue.

Overall, I am very pleased with the system. We have 8 locations that are up and running, with the last one going online a month ago. So, we are starting to get some actionable feedback from the reports that will help us with efficiency, cost savings, and driver accountability.

Pros

The wide capabilities of the system and the EXCELLENT support that is provided. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been outstanding with top-notch guidance and assistance. He has made the entire experience quick, easy, and painless.

Cons

Getting acclimated to the interface and navigation for each screen. I would like to see more consistency with the controls. Getting back to the dashboard is a different icon on several of the pages. It took some time with the system to get comfortable with the navigation of the pages.

I had a great experience with Elite EXTRA. It really enhanced our accountability and performance. Ultimately, it helped us provide our customers with a better experience and the logistic and customer service team with up-to-minute knowledge on where and what the customer orders were doing.

Pros

I really liked how adaptable it is and we could integrate into most of our operational processes and software.

Cons

Training staff to be knowledgeable and operate the phone software was a challenge. It definitely had more to do with the personnel learning than it did the software, but some phones did prove to resist the integration.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH ELITE EXTRA HAS BEEN POSITIVE. IT HAS PROVED TO BE AN ESSENTIAL TOOL IN OUR PARTS DELIVERY AND TRACKING.

Pros

I LIKE THE EASE OF ROUTING DRIVERS AND BEING ABLE TO SEE ORDER DETAILS FROM THE DISPATCH PAGE. I ALSO LIKE HAVING THE DRILLDOWN HISTORY ON ORDERS TO VERIFY THE DETAIL OF DELIVERY IN CASE THERE IS A DISPUTE.

Cons

THE GEOCODING IS SOMETIMES OFF, MAKING IT NECESSARY TO GO IN AND REROUTE THE MAP TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE. ALSO, I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN A DRIVER IS LOGGED IN, YOU CAN'T GO IN TO SEE OR CHANGE ANY DETAILS IN THE DRIVER SET-UP.

With this system to track and keep up with multiple drivers and being able to get our local drivers in and out quickly has changed our timing drastically in a positive way. A must have!

Pros

Dispatch management- truly keeps our drivers on a more efficient route, Ease of use, we also love being able to track eta and the MPH our drivers are running.

Cons

sometimes GPS doesn't track 100% but it's in the vicinity of where the driver is located. Updates do help and some of this may be caused by network issues.

Routing Drivers in an efficient manner, being able to give a customer a real time delivery schedule. History of deliveries with pictures is a game changer.

Tough question, have not really experienced a downside. System is always available, never any downtime.

Pros

We have been using Elite EXTRA as a group for a number of years now, and we love it. The returns automation feature seems to be the biggest enhancement overall that we can offer to our customers.

Cons

When you have a great program, and professional staff who are highly skilled at representing the features and benefits of it, there isn't much to say is my least liked about it. Elite EXTRA has given me no reason at all to dislike or find anything wrong with it.

Our experience has been great! Elite Extra has a great product, and a great support team, they are ALWAYS available and willing to help. \[sensitive content hidden\] is great, \[sensitive content hidden\] really understands our business and the challenges we have, he is always open to listen and work with us to find the best solution.

Pros

Elite Extra really helps our customers track their returns and see the progress from pick up to receiving their credits. It also allows us as a Dealer to set the parameters that our customers must follow regrading when they can and cannot return parts based on the purchase date.

Cons

Elite Extra is a great tool! The ONLY negative about having hundreds of customers using Elite Extra is the turnover in the Body Shops, causing us to spend time getting new users set up at existing customer locations.

I enjoy real time tracking. Also to go back and show customer where there truck was with copies of maps.

Cons

Can take awhile to upload pictures. Would love it if you could turn down resolution to make picture upload faster.

Difficult. It seems like we have to do work arounds to do the simple tasks that we like to do, like combining a few orders on a truck and sending it out.

Pros

logging out at the end of the day. The driver's app seems to be the best part of the whole platform.

Cons

It rearranges things we put in there. Time slots are difficult to work with. combining orders in time slots can be challenging.The online pages aren't very intuitive.

Elite offers competitive pricing for features offered with a strong ROI. It is user friendly with options and features that appear to be geared toward the automotive aftermarket. Regular software updates ensure protection against potential vulnerabilities. Dispatching is streamlined through real-time vehicle locations and route optimization features. Elite has improved route efficiency, reducing fuel costs and enhanced customer satisfaction through accurate ETA's. Automation has helped reduce our teams workload

Cons

small icons on some screens. That is really all I can think of at this time. System and support are top notch for our industry

I love the customer support, the innovation, and how easy it is to utilize. We were the first dealership in our area to use it within our industry and we now have our competition on it as well.

Pros

I love a one stop shop for our deliveries and returns. It makes communication between the customer and our dealership. It has also streamlined our delivery service making it easy to tell customers where their product is at or when we can have their parts to them.

Cons

My largest issue is when something is manually put in, the system recognizes it as a "pickup" even if it is a manually entered delivery for what ever reason. Moving from "Will Call" to delivery could be made much more simple as well.

Pros

Trackability, easy to set routes and see where our deliveries are at anytime from any of our team members!

Cons

The driver should be able to change the route on the fly when obstacles arise, allowing them to make the best real time solutions without having to get dispatch involved.

we have loved using this product and the integration within our internal business system and really cannot imagine making deliveries without it.

Pros

The ability to track where my driver is at any given time, with an ETA on when he will be arriving at next stop and the ability to give a customer access to see when their delivery will be made.

Cons

I would like to see some requirements that a driver must complete before moving to next stop ie. how payment was collected and amount collected if a COD invoice, a picture of product delivered.

I've been over getting Elite Extra set up for our location since day 1, and can honestly say, its been easy, and overall great for our location. It helps new employees with their routes and getting them familiar with it much faster.

Pros

Elite Extra was very simple to initially set up and get rolling. It gives the company and customers a real time of when our driver will be delivering parts to them. Overall I feel it has grown our business some with setting up our routes in the best way.

Cons

I haven't found a Con of Elite Extra yet. Customer service has bent over backwards to ensure their product runs smoothly and meets all our needs.

While the onboarding process has been very well received, we have run into the issue of trying to hot shot parts and being unable to appropriately dispatch from the road. If that issue was alleviated, I would have no complaints!

Pros

From the start of the process, all the representatives from Elite EXTRA have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative. The app is very easy to use for our drivers and the web based site is great for our dispatcher.

Cons

The one area that I find lacking is the ability to dispatch from a mobile device. I understand most companies do not have a dispatcher that will work mobile, but we often have to use our dispatcher for "Hot Shot" deliveries and she struggles to dispatch from a phone.

Elite Extra has been a fantastic solution for our needs. The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

Pros

With the Elite Extra delivery system, I can keep deliveries organized with minimal effort from my employees.

Cons

I have noticed that the Elite Extra Program can be a bit too complex for some of my employees, there seems to be a steep learning curve. I have seen great improvement with this over the last few years though.

Cons

Searching for the right report, sometimes the words we use doesn't match the name of the report, but we've worked around that and figured out what we need to know monthly.
