### "Elite EXTRA Makes Daily Work Easier and Saves Me Time"

Elite EXTRA has made it much easier to locate information and save time, especially when getting an ETA. I also like being able to search in different ways like invoice number, PO number, VIN, or customer or business name. The main frustration is having to sign in every day, or not returning to the login screen after getting booted out. How are others dealing with the login experience while keeping day-to-day work moving smoothly?

Pros

Elite EXTRA is amazing. It makes things so much easier to locate. It saves me so much time with the aspects of my job.

Cons

The only thing that I dislike about EXTRA is that I have to resign in every day or maybe that is doesn't return to the log in screen when it boots you out. The day to day interface is wonderful though. Everything has worked remarkably.

It's helping my team create automation and improving workflow. It also allows for indirect communication between team members, salesmen, and customers at a deeper level. We can pinpoint where we are in production and execute at a higher level.

Pros

Auto route building and zoning customers has really helped improve our workflow. Being able to step away from the computer means other work can still get done. Assigning our customers to these zones also gives us deeper insight into our cash flow and makes it easier to see which routes need to be optimized.

Cons

Some features don’t feel fully integrated, since there are multiple apps for different functions. Having a single all-in-one app would make things much simpler for vehicle maintenance, picking orders, and dispatching.

We have had a strong experience with Elite Extra. The visual workload view allows us to quickly understand delivery volume and status, which improves planning and decision‑making. Overall, it has improved visibility, efficiency, and communication across our delivery process.

Cons

Elite Extra works well overall. One improvement area would be more precise ETA modeling for routes, especially the ability to flag deliveries that are scheduled too closely together. Additional sensitivity to traffic impacts would help ensure routes are realistic and reduce last‑minute adjustments.

Me gusta muchísimo la función de auto routing de Elite EXTRA, porque así ni siquiera necesitas tener una persona con amplio conocimiento en la zona donde vas a hacer los envíos. Los envíos caen al sistema y automáticamente crea la ruta, optimizando tiempos y gastos. Además, es tan dinámico que, si un cliente cancela, la ruta se reconfigura de la misma manera, lo cual es buenísimo. También me impresiona el seguimiento de tracking en tiempo real que es espectacular.

Cons

No fue fácil la traducción, especialmente el tipo de moneda y algunas unidades de medida. Sin embargo, con el apoyo del soporte, logramos superarlo rápidamente. Fue solo un breve período de adaptación del personal mientras usamos una moneda diferente a la local, y tuvimos que capacitar a la gente para familiarizarse con algunos términos.

Elite EXTRA gives me easy access to invoices and payment validation, and lets me track my drivers in real-time.

Pros

I love the orders page and being able to save my filters, so for any report, I can just hit that filter and everything I need pops up. I also like the fact that when a customer pays by check, I can switch the order to COD so that I can validate the check.

Cons

Sometimes I'm not able to change an order to COD when needed, which means I have to make adjustments on my deposit form or create a fake order to validate a check. Also, the chat isn't visible the next day, so I miss messages from drivers after I leave work.

Been with Elite Extra for quite a few years now and love the product and the support. Any time we do have an issue they respond very quickly.

Pros

Ease of set up and ease of use. Great product if you need to streamline your delivery processes. the software really does implement well with our DMS.

Cons

NO real issues. the Mobile app could be better and i think it will as time goes on. It is fairly new still.

I’ve been using Elite EXTRA Delivery Dispatch for a while now, and honestly, it has made a huge difference in how we run our deliveries. The platform is super user-friendly, and what I like most is how easy it is to track drivers and routes in real time. Instead of constantly calling or texting drivers to see where they are, I can pull it up instantly and know exactly what’s going on. The dispatching tools are flexible, and it’s really cut down on wasted time and mileage. Customers also appreciate the accurate ETAs and updates, which makes us look more professional and reliable. On top of that, their support team is top-notch every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. If you’re running deliveries and want something that’s reliable, easy to use, and backed by great service, Elite EXTRA is worth every penny.

Pros

What I really like about using Elite EXTRA is how much easier it makes managing our deliveries day-to-day. The route whiteboard is a game changer it gives me a clear picture of where everything stands at a glance. I also really value the notifications that go out to customers once their deliveries are made; it saves us a ton of follow-up calls and gives our customers peace of mind. The on-time reporting and overall reports make it simple to track performance, and the dashboard ties everything together in a way that’s easy to understand. It feels like everything I need is right there in front of me, which makes the whole process run smoother.

Cons

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need. I usually base staffing decisions on both the volume of merchandise moved and the number of deliveries made, but without being able to filter that data, the numbers get blended together and make the algorithm I use less accurate. Having a way to separate those categories in the reports would really help us plan more effectively.

I believe there is lots of potential with this app. It creates a place where we can see all of our orders and when they were delivered. It makes it very easy to track certain orders down. Though there were a few issues at first, they seemed to die down and improve. But there are still a few issues that I deal with daily which can easily be fixed on my end, but I believe these issues should be fixed on the Developer side.

Pros

I like how the auto dispatching works with our system to implement routes in an organized manner. Though it doesn't get it right 100% of the time, a vast majority of the time it gets it selected to the correct route.

Cons

The part that I don't like particularly, is when I am trying to put a stop onto a different route using the arrow. When I do this, it goes away for a second, then immediately comes back onto the route. From there I have to exit the route I'm editing, go to the stop that I need to change, and change it from there. It seems that this is not working the way it is intended. It is pretty annoying dealing with this when I have multiple drivers over my shoulder waiting to be dispatched. It causes a delay in the dispatching process which means drivers get out later. Drivers get mad, I get mad, and my boss gets mad. Also, when I put orders on hold and release them, they disappear until I refresh the screen. Sometimes it takes 2 refreshes. Some days are worse than others as far as how long it takes to show back up. The last issue I have with it, is when I am trying to add a stop to a route using the + button. It will show up on the route then immediately come back off, then I have to exit the route I am trying to add it on and add it using the arrow (which takes multiple tries sometimes).

The customer support we receive has been top notch. We are in the software all day every day and are in a next-day delivery model, so quick resolution of any bugs or issues is very important to us when they happen.

Pros

EliteExtra is fantastic for route optimization, communication and oversight with delivery drivers, and electronic POD functions for our customer service team. We manage 5 dispatch sites with dozens of drivers and dispatchers. It is easy to onboard new employees into the software and get them utilizing it quickly which helps our customer service team and our tracking of order deliveries. PODs allow us to prove deliveries to our customers when any issues arise.

Cons

I wish there was more openness around taking customer ideas and turning them into features within the software.

Our experience with Elite Extra has been positive. The tool of elite extra has given us more visibility on how efficient our drivers are during their routes / has given us great POD information for the deliveries to leave at customer locations. Many of our drivers have enjoyed using the driver app, and it has helped onboarding new staff members.

Pros

Elite Extra provides our company the ability to dispatch and track our drivers in real time. The Delivery Network option on Elite Extra has allowed us to accommodate more customers without having to purchase additional vehicles. Elite Extra is a valuable business tool that helps provide a better customer experience.

Cons

One drawback of elite extra is that the sometimes the orders in our business system do not populate in the site because the API has issues sometimes.

What I like most about Elite EXTRA is the great customer service and their commitment to continued software updates and product improvements. I also really appreciate the ease of adding stops to routes on the fly, as well as the intuitive graphical interface, which makes designing and adjusting routes very simple and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I like least about Elite EXTRA is that the traffic data and maps used for calculating ETAs are often not as accurate as I’d like. This can make it challenging to rely on route completion times. I would really value having more up-to-date mapping and improved ETA accuracy, ideally leveraging some of the newer mapping platforms available.

I've been using Elite Extra for the past 13 years. It's been nice to see how it's evolved and gotten better with each update roll out. It's been extremely helpful for our internal team and our customers. They like the ability to receive updates on their delivery orders in real time.

Pros

The best thing about Elite Extra is the reports that are available to us. Really informative information to help make business decisions.

Cons

The Delivery Network has been problematic at times when we attempt to use. Although we know it is not directly connected with Elite Extra.

Great because if I have an issue then I call and the issue is given the top priority and fixed as fast as they can resolve it.

Pros

Easy to use. Customers can get on the spot location times. I have the ability to help the driver when they have issues with locating the customer. I can see when there are traffic incidences and help the driver avoid them.

Cons

Internet issues can cause delays. Not their fault but it is an inconvenience. Sometimes we have orders that do not show up on the screen, so we have to call to try to get the problem resolved. For the most part my issues mainly come from computer glitches.

With this system to track and keep up with multiple drivers and being able to get our local drivers in and out quickly has changed our timing drastically in a positive way. A must have!

Pros

Dispatch management- truly keeps our drivers on a more efficient route, Ease of use, we also love being able to track eta and the MPH our drivers are running.

Cons

sometimes GPS doesn't track 100% but it's in the vicinity of where the driver is located. Updates do help and some of this may be caused by network issues.

Elite extras game changer. I love being able to navigate and add multiple cell calls and being able to change my route on the fly.

Pros

It’s a very handy tool to be able to go back and look at pictures at previous draw off parts for customers. It is our company thousands of dollars by being able to attach pictures to our customer drop off.

Cons

I really don’t have any issues with elite. Only thing that happens from time to time is the app will kick me out automatically. Then I have to log back in. Not sure if it’s the app or could be me losing reception and some of the areas I deliver.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WITH ELITE EXTRA HAS BEEN POSITIVE. IT HAS PROVED TO BE AN ESSENTIAL TOOL IN OUR PARTS DELIVERY AND TRACKING.

Pros

I LIKE THE EASE OF ROUTING DRIVERS AND BEING ABLE TO SEE ORDER DETAILS FROM THE DISPATCH PAGE. I ALSO LIKE HAVING THE DRILLDOWN HISTORY ON ORDERS TO VERIFY THE DETAIL OF DELIVERY IN CASE THERE IS A DISPUTE.

Cons

THE GEOCODING IS SOMETIMES OFF, MAKING IT NECESSARY TO GO IN AND REROUTE THE MAP TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE. ALSO, I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN A DRIVER IS LOGGED IN, YOU CAN'T GO IN TO SEE OR CHANGE ANY DETAILS IN THE DRIVER SET-UP.

Quite positive. Does what's advertised on the tin, just needs refining to maximise it's capability and make it a little easier to use.

Pros

Easy to plan vehicles routes based on job location and weight. The returns process is handy as you can easily link to previous orders. The driver app is straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

Generally a little buggy across the board. Some tasks need to be completed twice to register. Difficult to flag this with Elite Extra team as completely random and mostly just a minor inconvenience.

Pros

Routing Drivers in an efficient manner, being able to give a customer a real time delivery schedule. History of deliveries with pictures is a game changer.

Cons

Tough question, have not really experienced a downside. System is always available, never any downtime.
