Over all is and has always been a top notch tool to use

Pros

I like everything about Elite. We have been using it for a very long time and it's growth/evolution over the years has been just amazing. Just when you think it's as good a product as it can be they come up with something else. Truely a product that is growing and evolving wit the times at hand.

Cons

We have issue occasionally where Elite and our in house system don't communicate very well together. This is probably more of an issue with our in house (MAM) system, but never the less is one of the few issues we have..

Overall, it's a very helpful system when it comes to keeping deliveries organized. I am able to add pickups which is very helpful.

Pros

I enjoy tracking my driver and getting an eta of when the parts are going to be delivered as well as knowing when he will be back to the shop.

Cons

I feel like it could be more user friendly it took me about 3 months to get comfortable using the system.

Very satisfied and happy with all the options and how it keeps all deliveries very organized and ready to be dispatched.

Pros

Very flexible that will adapt you your business. Never lose sight of the orders from your customers. Keeps all deliveries organized so no confusion when dispatching It integrated well with any computer system

Cons

Coming from not having any system, it did take some time to adapt to all the tools available through Elite extra.

Reason for choosing Elite EXTRA

More options and ease of implementing. It was Cloud based.

New site additions/changes in routes are done quickly. Our account team is responsive when we need add new locations.

Pros

Driver Delivery and re-routing for customer pickup and drop offs. Also creates efficient routes saving time and money.

Cons

Nothing. Even our drivers that aren't using mobile devices easily can use the application on cell phones.

THE WAY THE SYSTEM TRACKS THE DRIVERS THROUGHT THE TOGGEL THE TRACKS PROGRAM. AND THE ABILITY TO REROUTE IF SOMETHING CHANGES.

Cons

AT TIMES THE GPS DOES NOT DO AN EFFECIENT ROUTE. TAKING THE DRIVER IN A LONGER ROUTE THAN IF IT USESD A DIIFERENT ROUTE

USED AS A COUPLE DIFFERENT JOBS, AN ALL-AROUND GREAT SYSTEM TO UTILIZE. THE REPORTS FUNCTION IS VERY HELPFUL TO FIND FLAWS IN EVERY DAY OPERATIONS

Pros

SIMPLE LAYOUT EASY TO USE. THE TRACKING FEATURE IS VERY HELPFUL FOR OUR TEAM AND OUR CUSTOMERS FOR EVERY DAY USE.

Cons

COULD BE A LITTLE MORE VISUAL FRIENDLY. THE VERY LIGHT COLORS CAN CAUSE A SLIGHT EYE STRAIN SO BREAKING THAT UP WOULD BE NICE.

I generally route our delivery drivers on a daily basis and overall, I am happy with the software. It allows us to keep a close eye on driver location and customers appreciate being able to track their deliveries. I recommend to other locations not currently using Elite Extra.

Pros

Overall format is easy to use and fairly intuitive. I like that any combination of letters can be entered in the Ship To field to designate an invoice as delivery.

Cons

There really isn't much I dislike about Elite Extra. If I had to pick one, built in GPS would be nice to have while in the app.

It's a good system once I learned all the ins and outs. A little time consuming at first but once I had a system figured out it helps us keep customers happy with the knowledge they receive via email of their deliveries and helps keep my drivers organized and more efficient on their deliveries.

Pros

Being able to track my drivers progress on the assigned routes

Cons

The slow transition from our DBS to Elite, it holds up drivers when I have hot deliveries and drivers standing around.

We have been able to control our vehicle expenses by using the most effective routing for our deliveries. There is no more wondering where the drivers are at or why it is taking so long to complete a run, and the customers, and customer know within a few minutes of receiving their parts.

Pros

Allowing us to quickly and accurately track our deliveries and making everyone more productive. Our drivers seem to like it because it is easy to use, and it helps them be more efficient by organizing their routes to deliver to our customers, and if any problems arise, we can look back on history and photos to verify they did or did not receive. Customer support has been extra helpful when needed.

Cons

The only thing I can think of it takes 5-7 minutes to get from Dealertrack to our screen to dispatch.

Overall I've been impressed and Elite Extra is a step up from our previous routing software. As someone who has to hand the transportation responsibilities for multiple warehouses, it makes my job easier when the routing software is straightforward to use and can be taught to new drivers quickly

Pros

I think it's intuitive and easy to teach others. The driver detail report is the report I most use and appreciate.

Cons

I wish that the driver pin number was listed as a column on the drivers page. I often have to add temporary drivers and it'd make it easier to see what pin numbers have been used and what is next in the sequence.

So far, it's been decent and helped us stay more organized. There seem to be more upsides to this program than downsides.

Pros

Keeps tabs on drivers and helps us keep our routes more efficient. It also helps keep tabs on the driver's speed limit which will ultimately keep them safe on the road.

Cons

All backorder tickets are manifested before initial ticket. I also do not like how the phones won't work for a driver who needs to switch vehicles.

The program is relatively easy to use. I don't recommend it for more complicated routes. I recommend it for efficiency for routes that are one type of product. I.e. packages, propane.

Pros

It makes it nice for simple deliveries. The routing is nice and takes the guess work out of finding the very best route.

Cons

Refined fuels simply is too complex for the programming. It does not have the ability to add in different products for one delivery. Refined fuel trucks have multiple compartments on a truck. This works better for routes like simple deliveries of one product or packages.

Very positive. It has given us a digital safety net for making sure we are getting all of our deliveries out the door.

Pros

The driver interface on the app allows for tech challenged drivers to easily learn the app. We have a handful of drivers that do not use computers or smart phones outside of work. They have no issues with using the app.

Cons

Nothing that was not our doing. It took us some time to get up and rolling, but that was despite the support from Elite Extra. They have done more than they needed to in assisting us.

Overall this has helped us in so many way. Keeps us efficient with orders and keeps the drivers going.

Pros

It helps us keep up with orders better and the drivers. I like that we can control the screen. It also helps us send messages to drivers when they can't answer the phone.

Cons

There is nothing really not to like about it. I would love for it to have a way to send the customers a copy of the returns and core returns.

overall, a good system but could be a little more user friendly from the admin side (reports, adding/removing drivers, etc.)

Pros

Real time tracking and estimated arrival timing is great. It helps a lot with planning driver dispatching.

Cons

Reports... There are a lot of reports but I can not seem to get them to populate the requested data correctly or you get a generic summery and not details i.e. voided/ marked delivered orders. App issues.... App on iPhone will get stuck refreshing on waiting for order. clearing cache or restarting app does not fix this. reinstalling app fixes it but is hard being we have MDM. just frustrating.

My experience has been great and when the web site was updated and changed i was able to call and got help right away.

Pros

Real time driver tracking and delivery location history. It's nice to look back and see where the driver left the delivery and what time and date.

Cons

Some times the delivery times don't update properly. It hasn't happened in a while. I think the issue has been fixed.

I've been using Elite over 10 years now and the experience has been top notch. Through multiple changes in inventory systems, fleet systems and other systems, Elite has always stayed the one constant as there is no need to change from it. Truly a top-of-the-line system with good people running it.

Pros

The system itself is really well designed. Every tool you need to be successful dispatching and then some. Always adding and improving, the system itself is very reliable and if any issue arises, usually very minor and often not even an Elite issue at the core, the team at Elite is on it immediately! Can't say enough about how good Elite EXTRA is.

Cons

Really can't say I have any cons to list. The system is that good.

I would like it if the customers could check when the drivers will be arriving to their location. etc. Tracking number for customers.

Pros

Elite Extra is so easy to use and great for tracking the driver's routes. When the customers call and ask when a driver will be at the customer location we can provide the time

Cons

I wish the drivers could adjust their routes on the go. Change the route on the phones when a customer needs a delivery earlier than originally scheduled.

EVERYTHING I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT BUILDS THE ROUTE FOR YOU. THEN ITS JUST MINOR TWEEKS TO THE ROUTES TO FINALIZE THEM.

Cons

NOTHING EXCEPT NMAYBE WORK ON THE PICK UP PART OF THE AUTO ROUTE BUILDING. WHAT I MEAN IS, WHEN PUTTING IN A PICK UP IT HAS A NACK OF PUTING IT IN THE WRONG ROUTE.

Tracking deliveries after the fact. Photo stored online. Additionally, I like the driver tracking feature

Cons

Non-intergraded map. requires app swapping for maps not not use the coordinates feature that the website has.

I’ve been using Elite Extra for the past 11 years and it’s been a great software. I’ve seen it evolve over the years and having such a strong support team has been amazing. Best customer service I’ve experienced.

Pros

Elite Extra has changed the way we do business and has created a stronger relationship with our customers. With the ability to capture photos and signatures, it has made everyone’s life easier.

Cons

At the moment there really isn’t one negative thing to say about Elite Extra. It’s user friendly and straight to the point. If anything, we as the user need to be better at cleaning up our own processes internally to make Elite Extra run smoothly.

Overall great experience. I used Elite at my last dealer and brought them onboard with my current dealer group. I would recommend this service with just one or multi-group dealers.

Pros

Elite Extra has allowed us to increase our delivery area, by consolidating deliveries from our multiple brands into zones, to reduce time wasted

Cons

Does not always put the deliveries in the order that makes the most sense. Needs some attention and adjusting before dispatching routes

Great program I recommend it all the time. It has saved me from customers saying they did not get the part, and saved phone calls in asking when it will be there

Pros

I am pretty happy about everything it does for us and keeps on getting better. We save time not finding that 1 person they might want to sign for it

Cons

Some times the phone App does not keep up with the user and when you skip a delivery it does not move the rest down for you is what I am hearing
