It's going, part of our day to day operation here. I used it every day to track orders, organize delivery runs and provide customers with ETA information.

Cons

Not super easy to find POD on manually added deliveries. When POD is needed but the order was entered manually, not real easy to find the POD

Overall, I am very pleased with the system. We have 8 locations that are up and running, with the last one going online a month ago. So, we are starting to get some actionable feedback from the reports that will help us with efficiency, cost savings, and driver accountability.

Pros

The wide capabilities of the system and the EXCELLENT support that is provided. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been outstanding with top-notch guidance and assistance. He has made the entire experience quick, easy, and painless.

Cons

Getting acclimated to the interface and navigation for each screen. I would like to see more consistency with the controls. Getting back to the dashboard is a different icon on several of the pages. It took some time with the system to get comfortable with the navigation of the pages.

Pros

Ease of use and UI. Dashboard and reporting are an invaluable tool to have while also being able to quickly see where drivers locations are. Provides client real time tracking and keep our business moving.

Cons

No real gripes since using the product. End users are very satisfied with the product/dashboard/reporting. Only real wish is maybe for a way to have salesman be integrated with the product so they can better manage their specific customers properly and provide them with accurate delivery times.

Overall very good, its a huge time saver for me. There have been some minor problems here and there as to be expected with any software, but the team at Elite EXTRA is always very quick to resolve these issues.

Pros

Route optimization, automatically sending each order to billing upon delivery (integrated with our ERP system, Epicor Eclipse), attaching photos to each order in Eclipse is also great

Cons

Using Bing as a default route planner. Our drivers override this and use Google in their phones to get the most time efficient route, but on my end when dispatching the route the times and miles are often incorrect.

Elite has been a great tool for our operations. They are extremely quick to respond if we have an issue or a question which is rare because it is user-friendly and very stable. It actually took a while to come up with cons

Elite offers competitive pricing for features offered with a strong ROI. It is user friendly with options and features that appear to be geared toward the automotive aftermarket. Regular software updates ensure protection against potential vulnerabilities. Dispatching is streamlined through real-time vehicle locations and route optimization features. Elite has improved route efficiency, reducing fuel costs and enhanced customer satisfaction through accurate ETA's. Automation has helped reduce our teams workload

Cons

small icons on some screens. That is really all I can think of at this time. System and support are top notch for our industry

This has saved us money when a customer can not locate their order delivery or says they did not receive their order.

Pros

I like the access to POD confirmations and the routing capabilities. Customer who call in looking for an ETA can easily be handled.

Cons

I have not yet found anything I do not like. This product does exactly what I need it do. Would recommend this program.

VERY GOOD OVERALL, CUSTOMER INTEGRATION IS GOOD BUT SOME THIRD PARTY DELIVERY HAS LEFT US HIGH AND DRY

ABILITY TO HAVE LIVE TIME FEEDBACK ON ROUTES AND OPTIMIZATION OF ROUTES HAS ALLOWED US TO BE MORE EFFICIENT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

Cons

SYSTEM INTEGRATION IS LIMITED AND HAVING THE ABILITY TO HAVE THE SAME CUSTOMER SET UP FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AND ROUTES WOULD BE BENEFICIAL, THIRD PARTY DELIVERY HAS BEEN UNRELIABLE

I think its super easy to use for the most part, super quick cust service response times and I can easily export info to excel to use for comparisons in reporting and accounting type scenarios.

Pros

I like that its easy to see the diff in timing for setting routes up when moving stops around, helps to best set up route for drivers.

Cons

I dont like that you have to set up the stop in a route to see the location for the customer, it would be nice if there was a way to see where cust located to know which route to best assign to without having to already assign then remove and put on the one best suited for it.

its a good experience the app works well and easy for the drivers to understand what they are doing and how to get to the location for delivery

Pros

eas of dispatch and load organizing. seeing a list of loads needing to go out under the asset scheduler being able to send my guys an electronic dispatch

Cons

the fact that i have to unmanifest and remanifest a load to move it around for delivery dates. and the fact that i cannot easily see specific orders. i wouldl ike to see the loads in a monthly view aswell

Pros

We have been using Elite EXTRA as a group for a number of years now, and we love it. The returns automation feature seems to be the biggest enhancement overall that we can offer to our customers.

Cons

When you have a great program, and professional staff who are highly skilled at representing the features and benefits of it, there isn't much to say is my least liked about it. Elite EXTRA has given me no reason at all to dislike or find anything wrong with it.

I love the customer support, the innovation, and how easy it is to utilize. We were the first dealership in our area to use it within our industry and we now have our competition on it as well.

Pros

I love a one stop shop for our deliveries and returns. It makes communication between the customer and our dealership. It has also streamlined our delivery service making it easy to tell customers where their product is at or when we can have their parts to them.

Cons

My largest issue is when something is manually put in, the system recognizes it as a "pickup" even if it is a manually entered delivery for what ever reason. Moving from "Will Call" to delivery could be made much more simple as well.

I really enjoy how easy it is to use. Helps keep track of orders coming in and out. The app makes it easy for the drivers to make deliveries.

Cons

I could use an app for my outside sales personnel to review and answer customer questions, such as when they can expect a delivery, instead of calling in to the warehouse and having someone look it up.

we have loved using this product and the integration within our internal business system and really cannot imagine making deliveries without it.

Pros

The ability to track where my driver is at any given time, with an ETA on when he will be arriving at next stop and the ability to give a customer access to see when their delivery will be made.

Cons

I would like to see some requirements that a driver must complete before moving to next stop ie. how payment was collected and amount collected if a COD invoice, a picture of product delivered.

Elite Extra has been a fantastic solution for our needs. The robust tracking system and reporting tools have significantly improved our operational efficiency, and the online training resources have been an excellent tool for our team.

Pros

With the Elite Extra delivery system, I can keep deliveries organized with minimal effort from my employees.

Cons

I have noticed that the Elite Extra Program can be a bit too complex for some of my employees, there seems to be a steep learning curve. I have seen great improvement with this over the last few years though.

My experience has been great! Helps us do our jobs much more efficiently. Lori Liddell is very helpful and always helps out immediately if we have a problem or question.

Pros

Delivery ETAs and proof of deliveries. Its nice to see where my drivers are at and coming up with ways of fitting in stops by visually seeing the map of where they're at.

Cons

Can't quite think of anything, but there's been times where the site was glitchy and or running slow.

COULD BE A LITTLE MORE VISUAL FRIENDLY. THE VERY LIGHT COLORS CAN CAUSE A SLIGHT EYE STRAIN SO BREAKING THAT UP WOULD BE NICE.

I generally route our delivery drivers on a daily basis and overall, I am happy with the software. It allows us to keep a close eye on driver location and customers appreciate being able to track their deliveries. I recommend to other locations not currently using Elite Extra.

Pros

Overall format is easy to use and fairly intuitive. I like that any combination of letters can be entered in the Ship To field to designate an invoice as delivery.

Cons

There really isn't much I dislike about Elite Extra. If I had to pick one, built in GPS would be nice to have while in the app.

So far, it's been decent and helped us stay more organized. There seem to be more upsides to this program than downsides.

Pros

Keeps tabs on drivers and helps us keep our routes more efficient. It also helps keep tabs on the driver's speed limit which will ultimately keep them safe on the road.

Cons

All backorder tickets are manifested before initial ticket. I also do not like how the phones won't work for a driver who needs to switch vehicles.
