Decent, customer service is good. .

Pros

All my deliveries in one place. Nice to see them all in the one spot to make a better educated decision.

Cons

You do not work well with Nexpart as you sold it to us that you did. We get way to many excuses and Elite just stops working on fixing it.

New site additions/changes in routes are done quickly. Our account team is responsive when we need add new locations.

Pros

Driver Delivery and re-routing for customer pickup and drop offs. Also creates efficient routes saving time and money.

Cons

Nothing. Even our drivers that aren't using mobile devices easily can use the application on cell phones.

Have used it for years, great tool for deliveries. Can keep history of deliveries saved for tracking later.

Pros

Dispatch Management has worked so well. You can keep track of personal and estimated time arrivals help.

Cons

My least favorite thing that I can think of while using it for over 10 years, would have to be the texting feature.

I would like it if the customers could check when the drivers will be arriving to their location. etc. Tracking number for customers.

Pros

is so easy to use and great for tracking the driver's routes. When the customers call and ask when a driver will be at the customer location we can provide the time

Cons

I wish the drivers could adjust their routes on the go. Change the route on the phones when a customer needs a delivery earlier than originally scheduled.

The program is relatively easy to use. I don't recommend it for more complicated routes. I recommend it for efficiency for routes that are one type of product. I.e. packages, propane.

Pros

It makes it nice for simple deliveries. The routing is nice and takes the guess work out of finding the very best route.

Cons

Refined fuels simply is too complex for the programming. It does not have the ability to add in different products for one delivery. Refined fuel trucks have multiple compartments on a truck. This works better for routes like simple deliveries of one product or packages.

Overall I recommend for anyone with all day deliveries. The more stop you have the more effective it is

Pros

Tracking deliveries after the fact. Photo stored online. Additionally, I like the driver tracking feature

Cons

Non-intergraded map. requires app swapping for maps not not use the coordinates feature that the website has.

Very positive. It has given us a digital safety net for making sure we are getting all of our deliveries out the door.

Pros

The driver interface on the app allows for tech challenged drivers to easily learn the app. We have a handful of drivers that do not use computers or smart phones outside of work. They have no issues with using the app.

Cons

Nothing that was not our doing. It took us some time to get up and rolling, but that was despite the support from . They have done more than they needed to in assisting us.

Overall I've been impressed and is a step up from our previous routing software. As someone who has to hand the transportation responsibilities for multiple warehouses, it makes my job easier when the routing software is straightforward to use and can be taught to new drivers quickly

Pros

I think it's intuitive and easy to teach others. The driver detail report is the report I most use and appreciate.

Cons

I wish that the driver pin number was listed as a column on the drivers page. I often have to add temporary drivers and it'd make it easier to see what pin numbers have been used and what is next in the sequence.

Clicking on a customer to add to the route easily. Changing the route around for the drivers if they need to avoid traffic.

Cons

Sometimes it will reject orders that were just added onto the route, then I need to add them back into the system.

it has been excellent. customer service when needed has been spot on and quick to help. the site itself is very easy to navigate.

Pros

the way it routes my delivery trucks in the most optimal way. also, my customers receive a POD file with photos.

Cons

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. it has man our morning routine streamlined and deliveries are so much faster.

I USE EVERY DAY. I WOULD RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO DOES DISPATCHING WITH DRIVERS. IT IS SUCH A GREAT PROGRAM

Pros

EVERYTHING I LOVE THE FACT THAT IT BUILDS THE ROUTE FOR YOU. THEN ITS JUST MINOR TWEEKS TO THE ROUTES TO FINALIZE THEM.

Cons

NOTHING EXCEPT NMAYBE WORK ON THE PICK UP PART OF THE AUTO ROUTE BUILDING. WHAT I MEAN IS, WHEN PUTTING IN A PICK UP IT HAS A NACK OF PUTING IT IN THE WRONG ROUTE.

It's a good system once I learned all the ins and outs. A little time consuming at first but once I had a system figured out it helps us keep customers happy with the knowledge they receive via email of their deliveries and helps keep my drivers organized and more efficient on their deliveries.

Pros

Being able to track my drivers progress on the assigned routes

Cons

The slow transition from our DBS to Elite, it holds up drivers when I have hot deliveries and drivers standing around.

My experience has been great and when the web site was updated and changed i was able to call and got help right away.

Pros

Real time driver tracking and delivery location history. It's nice to look back and see where the driver left the delivery and what time and date.

Cons

Some times the delivery times don't update properly. It hasn't happened in a while. I think the issue has been fixed.

Overall - it is a great tool that meets our needs at a reasonable price. It has made a significant difference in our delivery logistics management.

Pros

The people at make all the difference. They are responsive, helpful and available when needed.

Cons

The user interface is manageable once teams have been onboarded but that is the hardest part for people to get adjusted to. Simple tweaks could make a world of difference in onboarding.

Alot of features. If you need to do something it is probably there. Returns were something we struggled with before elite. Now the drivers know when there is a return

Cons

Alot of features. Hard to find the feature that you are looking for. support is always able to guide me to what i need.

My experience with elite is good overall. For the most part everything goes pretty well. I have nothing really to complain about.

Pros

To see where the drivers are and when they will return, and let the customers know about what time drivers will be arriving.

Cons

Sometimes it takes the drivers to the wrong places, it will tell them they have arrived and it is 5 miles away.

My overall experience has been a pretty smooth ride, and honestly I would recommend this application to any future businesses out there.

Pros

I like the transparency and how easy it was to get set up to track delivery drivers and routes the most efficient way.

Cons

Overall, I don't actually have a big complaint with Elite. If I did have to comment, I would say that the biggest thing I have is - is that routes aren't immediately reflected to be routed. It takes a minute or two. By then, my drivers are already out the door.

Satisfied with no complaints. Since taking on , we have been happy with the outcome and company is satisfied.

Pros

Ease of usage. Anyone in the company use it. Customers support is very helpful. All training videos were helpful!

Cons

Not 100% accurate. Bread crumbs trails are hard to read. Reporting is not easy to gather and analysis.

Great program I recommend it all the time. It has saved me from customers saying they did not get the part, and saved phone calls in asking when it will be there

Pros

I am pretty happy about everything it does for us and keeps on getting better. We save time not finding that 1 person they might want to sign for it

Cons

Some times the phone App does not keep up with the user and when you skip a delivery it does not move the rest down for you is what I am hearing

WE CAN KEEP AN EYE-BALL ON THE PARTS AND DRIVERS TO MAKE SURE STUFF IS HAPPENING

Cons

COST OF THE SYSTEM. IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOUR COMPAMY WOULD PROVIDE LUNCH FOR MY TEAM TWICE A YEAR. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE MORE FOLLOW-UP WITH A REP. TO MAKE SURE WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM. UNSTEND OF ME CALLING AND GETTING UPSET, TO MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN.

I think its great , once you use it for some time it is so easy to work and it does what its suppose to for our store. I hope we continue to have it for my company

Pros

What I like the most is you can have real time tracking time on the drivers and get notifications when they have violations with driving. I also like how the apps for them to be accountable by taking photos when making it to a delivery and having an area for personnel to sign when they receive the delivery for now cause of confusion and someone saying the delivery never came.

Cons

I think the maps could be more updated. It kind of gives early 2000s grand theft auto map and not newer age 3D maps.

Cons

Dependent on internet and Mobile devices. If you lose cell service update may not sync in real time.

We've been using EE for over a decade now. For the most part, it just works everyday as expected. New delivery personnel can easily download the app to their device and get started immediately with little training required.

Pros

Easy integration into our existing business system. Low cost entry point to get started. Started out as a small midwest business like ourselves.

Cons

It's only accessible through a web browser. Web based apps will never be as robust as a prpgram installed on a PC.
