Pros The fact that it integrated to our management system, the ease of use and real time visual of tour fleet. Cons Hope in the near future the product development will provide a request that I have put in for a while, the ability of having to see a different color vehicle icon on the tracking map after a driver is not moving for a given time would help tremendously for our hot shot delivery operation. Switched from [Dispatch Science](https://www.capterra.com/p/159918/Dispatch-Science/) Dispatch Science did not have the capacity to do on demand integration with routed work in the manner that we wanted. Their support is helpful and responsive. I feel like for the best benefit, our company needs to repeat the onboarding/training process in order to best utilize the program. Pros I love the order tracking features. The PHOTO POD and signature capture are great! Cons Trying to migrate to "SCHEDULED RUNS" and driver self-dispatch proved to be pretty difficult. We can see where they are at all times and can easily add additional pickups or reroute them depending on where they are. Their customer support is always ready to help, and setup was simple with almost no hiccups. It took our team 1 week to get used to the new procedure but they have been in love with it ever since. Pros Elite EXTRA is easy to use and provides our drivers with critical information to plan out their day. Our dispatchers also enjoy the ease of use, and how simple it is to change paths on the fly. The scaled-down graphics and ease of use make it a great web-based software that even the lowest of computers can use. Couple that with the accurate reading and the easy-to-use Driver application, making it the best software for all Delivery Industries. Thank you! Cons There genuinely isn't much to not like about Elite Extra. Perhaps the reporting side can be filtered out to your business needs for ease in reporting. However when you have a better handle on it. It gets much easier. I LOVE IT. I often print reports for the drivers to show them how well they are doing. Pros My favorite thing about Elite Extra is being able to track orders. I'm able to get my drivers back in a timely manner, the ETA's are very accurate. the pictures have saved us numerous times. Cons The only thing that I do not like is that we have 3 branches that aren't in the Elite Extra yet. I can't tell if or when their orders have gone out. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE ON BOARD SOON. The up to minute updating is normally great and I love that I can track the driver's ETA & speed! Pros It Stays pretty close up and to the second and routinely updates driver ETA's and has the ability to message on the app as well on the driver phone. Cons There's really nothing I don't like, but one adjustment that would be helpful is if you can change the start time of the driver after it's already been dispatched instead of having to unassign, change time, then reassign.
