### "Great program in the right circumstance"

Customer service was phenomenal! \[sensitive content hidden\] was always available to give me a crash course on anything we needed whenever I called him. However, ultimately we decided to opt out of Elite because it wasn't really helping us since we are such a small volume store, in some ways it was actually slowing us down.

Pros

In terms of time management for high volume stores, this could be a game changer. The software keeps things organized and streamlined.

Cons

We are a small store, my 2 drivers cover a lot of mileage for only a few stops so the program wasn't really any added benefit for us particularly.

Great tool overall, really improved our company's performance. Easy to track orders and delivery status.

Pros

Efficient and compact for the most part. Easy to manage and toggle deliveries.

Cons

All orders automatically added to a manifest lock automatically. Also need to click "Save" after every manifest edit. Can't view order details directly in manifest.

All of it!! how easy it is to use and the mobile app for the drives is very simple and cause zero confusion.

Cons

The new tabs it opens every time, but I can live with it. I'm sure that will get a fix soon .

Pros

I like that our customers can set up their own delivery route and dispatch. We have two primary customers and so the ease of use for this made this a great choice.

Cons

If there is a switch as to which phone is logged into by the driver it can trigger a two driver month charge.

My experience for the most part has been positive. There have been times where our systems updated and orders haven't auto loaded however so far every time that's happened its been fixed within a couple of hours.

Pros

That you were able to add picture taking. That I can call and request something be added and it usually happens within a day or two.

Cons

It's auto routing. It would be nice for the system to remember the history of the way we route and start optimizing based on that.

Pros

Elite offers us real time tracking and optimized routing options to deliver blood products across the state expediently. Personally i find elite to be user friendly and probably haven't even scratched the surface on all of its features. Easy history search functions allow me to revisit any jobs that need further data or to resolve a discrepancy easily. Elite takes a lot of stress out of dispatching emergent life saving products on a daily basis for me.

Cons

Not many complaints to come up with for this software. Minor bugs have been a nuisance at times, but easy to reach tech support has helped to either solve issues in real time, or put on the radar for future updates. Once i gained a working knowledge of this product, it has been easy to use and there have been minimal deficiencies. The most common issue i have had has been stops not closing out in real time but seems to almost exclusively be a cellular reception issue as we are in the bowels of hospitals rather than a software issue.

It's been fantastic. It's changed our deliveries and our returns. Nearly all drivers has voiced that this product is better than what we were using.

Pros

It's detail. There are so many options for tracking, proof, setup, requirements for deliveries and returns. It makes it near fool proof to deliver or return or products. My accuracy and timeliness has jumped since moving over to Elite.

Cons

It's not as "pretty" or stream-lined as previous products. Can be a little messy and unclear on what does what.

They’ve been a great company to work with, eager to help us solve our problems. Of the dispatching/delivery management programs we’ve used, seems to be the one most designed with my industry in mind.

Pros

Their customer support team is top notch. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to speak to a real human, and have never gotten off the phone without our issue being resolved.

Cons

Data analytics. There are either predefined KPMs in the Scorecard, or manually pulling reports. Some customizable widgets/BI integration would help.

seemed to be the one most designed around my industry’s norms. The others seemed to be built around other last-mile business models and tacked mine on at the backend.

Pros

has completely changed our business! Hands down the best delivery management solution out in the marketplace! Here are some key points that I like the most about Elite EXTRA: - Easy to use and frequently updated mobile app - Automatic sequence of route when selecting multiple deliveries - ETA's on deliveries for us and our customers - Communicating with drivers through the app - Seamless integration with our POS system - Ability for drivers to take pictures of deliveries and submit proof of delivery - Payment management for drivers - Request Uber if no drivers are available - Live GPS tracking - Full detailed satellite map - REPORTING! Full reports on drivers delivery times, idle times, route management and much more! Very useful reports! - Easily identify which invoices and part numbers are with which driver - Very advanced yet easy and straight forward to use once learned! Highly recommend Elite EXTRA!

Overall, I would recommend this product to dispatching companies in order to have a pretty easy interface to perform their day-to-day operations.

Pros

The ease of use to manage our day to day dispatching of product to our customers and being able to track these drivers and quote accurate delivery times to our customers.

Cons

Reporting should be automated for review. Maybe store teams could subscribe to specific reports daily or weekly. The other option would be to send out exception reports for each location so they can address issues that are not so evident, live at the location.

### "10 plus Successful Years and counting"

We have had a successful relationship with the whole team from day 1. Their ability to address and take our suggestions into account has been very vital in our continued success. Any issues we might run into are quickly addressed and resolved in a expeditious manner every time. Their customer service is top tier and the software overall is the best in the industry for sure. Elite extras constant updating and improvements have helped us implement a lot of services our competitors do not offer and allows us to stay ahead of the game with real time delivery tracking and proof of delivery. We can not say enough great things about the program and their staff.

Pros

The program is now an integral part of our operations at all of our 15 locations. Our customers rely on the information provided by the program so that they can continue to service their customers as well. We love the on time live GPS tracking and the ability to see the drivers manifest and track each order they have with them. We also depend on the proof of delivery signatures to complete and finalize our invoicing process'.

Cons

At this time there isn't really anything we feel we would need to change.

Absolutely great customer service. The best customer service I've received hands down. I know I can call in and get immediate help when I'm having an issue on the floor.

Pros

It provides accountability. It provides accountability on our drivers' side, making sure they are staying on the intended route for their day and creating a great customer experience. It provides accountability on our management side, when drivers record their daily mileage or complete vehicle inspections that information is logged and saved for management to review and schedule maintenance on vehicles, keeping our staff safe.

Cons

Sometimes Karmak is a real pain to deal with, sometimes it seems like the communication between EXTRA and Karmak could be better, but I'm not sure this is on EXTRA's side.

So far the system is very good for it's intended purpose. It allows to the sales person and the delivery to plan the route together. The real time tracking and the route tracking of each driver is very good and helps to plan the day and the up coming days. Having a dot on the map showing where something needs to be delivered is also another way to create the best route for each driver. Overall it is a good product once you figure out all the little icons.

Pros

Being able to have both their route drawn on the map and there current location allows for estimating the drivers return time and if they will have time for another delivery. Additionally, building routes for multiple drivers helps to make deliveries more efficient and helps to limit overlapping delivery areas. The easy of building routes and customizing the order makes the system very user friendly.

Cons

One draw back is that the system does not update the shipping address when it is changed in the ERP system it is tied to. The color scheme needs to have some options so that the dispatch screens can been seen better. Currently, the white and the light grey our close to the same color so it's hard to tell what is highlighted and what's not. Especially, when project the software on to a large screen TV.

Reason for choosing Elite EXTRA

Integration with the current ERP system was easy.

The tracking and organization is well done, easy to learn and easy to teach.

Cons

The only con is signers for deliveries are stored giving drivers the opportunity to not ask who is signing and just select a previous signer.

Very good. The team behind the software is amazing and upbeat, I was on the phone with them a lot when I first started and they helped me to build our recurring and scheduled routes, optimization of routes. I never ran into a tech who was in a bad mood or unwilling to help me. I never felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone and they probably answered the same questions I had over and over and never got mad.

Pros

The customer service team is outstanding! Easy to dispatch routes. (Once set-up) Many options to building routes and/or recurring routes. Software is mostly intuitive.

Cons

Artificing issues with routes and or names of old stops or route names. No way to build "test routes" offline without creating invoices to manually build the faux route.

Overall it does what i need it to, I was hoping it would have improved what we do but have not seen that type of return on it thus far.

Pros

Ease of use, it is very simple to teach to others.

Cons

Priority system as it doesnt fit my location making it impossible to auto route. I was told it was something that could be improved and would be but I have yet to see anything since. (1 year ago). It could use a few nice features, a priority system that can default all new stops to set up a first and last priority and auto route. or a Geo fence area to set up as prioritys.

corporate decision to use across all branches. Road net was not on the list to pick from, that would have been what we used before. Just in the lacrosse location.

Overall, I like it. I like that you can track deliveries and know more than if we weren't using it.

Pros

I like that we can tell customers where their delivery is in the schedule, that we can see pictures of the deliveries, and that if the notifications work, the customer can track their delivery.

Cons

Notifications don't always work out. Also, if someone puts a lot of \* in the notes, it spreads the columns out to where we can't scroll to the right to see everything.

Pros

The support team is extremely responsive to inquiries and the uptime percentage is very good.

Cons

The desktop app will open tab after tab when we are working through an issue and switching between screens. I can end up with 8-10 open tabs when complete.

Pros

Full integration was key to the success of us using . It has become second nature for our locations and is used all the time. Ease of use is the biggest pro for this software. Drivers of all ages and abilities can use their app quickly and effectively.

Cons

I have no cons to put here as it really has evolved to what we need it to be, over the last 10+ years of using their software.
