I hope we continue to have it for my company Pros What I like the most is you can have real time tracking time on the drivers and get notifications when they have violations with driving. I also like how the apps for them to be accountable by taking photos when making it to a delivery and having an area for personnel to sign when they receive the delivery for now cause of confusion and someone saying the delivery never came. Been using Elite for years and have trained multiple employees how to use it as well. Always a smooth process. Customer support is also top-notch. Cons At this time, not much that I can think of. The program gives me much more information than I have ever had or have ever been able to provide to my customers. Pros The ability to get last mile information in house as well as to my customers. Reporting and proof of deliveries are very good. Cons The integration with P21 was not and is still not fully functional. The interface still needs some "ease of use" navigation enhancements. Site maintenance does not take to long that it disturbs anything. Pros The ease of the software allowing the Dispatcher to move and organize routes. The view of the pre-trip for myself as well as the drivers. Cons Not being able to pull up past routes with the toggle tracks. since the toggle tracks do minute by minute and time and speed because accidents do happen and this would be an amazing back up to have. Our ITSM is on the Salesforce platform and Elite Extra's integration model doesn't meet SalesForce security standards. The integration took longer to find workarounds for this. Just out of the blue, it was nice to see that level of customer management. Pros We have recently begun deploying this application, and it is already a game changer. Previously, managing PODs was very labor-intensive, requiring the scanning of packing slips, images, and signatures, which then needed to be emailed to the customer. Now, this process is automated. Pros Ease of use, ability to see previous runs and the exact points the driver went to, GPS ETAs make phone calls asking for status of orders a breeze. Cons Icons can be a bit small which can lead to minor inefficiencies but it is not terrible in the grand scheme of things.
