Decent, customer service is good. .

Pros

All my deliveries in one place. Nice to see them all in the one spot to make a better educated decision.

Cons

You do not work well with Nexpart as you sold it to us that you did. We get way to many excuses and Elite just stops working on fixing it.

Alot of features. If you need to do something it is probably there. Returns were something we struggled with before elite. Now the drivers know when there is a return

Cons

Alot of features. Hard to find the feature that you are looking for. support is always able to guide me to what i need.

Pros

We like the fact that our orders come directly over from P21 into Elite Extra, and our team doesn't have to manually input delivery addresses any more. We are excited about the fact that it will soon integrate into P21 and anyone will be able to check on delivery status.

Cons

Looking at routes and moving order around is a little time consuming. We wish there was a screen to easily drag and drop deliveries around.

there is definitely a learning cure to using elite compared to deliverytrax but elite has been so much better in the user experience and ability to track the drivers thought there delivery

Pros

what I like most about elite extra is its ease of use, really easy to understand and get started. Customer service is also excellent with quick responses to my questions.

Cons

I would like to be able to view and edit multiple routes at once.

The flexibility of the existing software and the willingness to tweak it to meet our needs

Nothing i can think of at this time, perhaps the cost would be the only thing. It can get quite expensive when you have so many vehicles.

I’ve been using Elite EXTRA Delivery Dispatch for a while now, and honestly, it has made a huge difference in how we run our deliveries. The platform is super user-friendly, and what I like most is how easy it is to track drivers and routes in real time. Instead of constantly calling or texting drivers to see where they are, I can pull it up instantly and know exactly what’s going on. The dispatching tools are flexible, and it’s really cut down on wasted time and mileage. Customers also appreciate the accurate ETAs and updates, which makes us look more professional and reliable. On top of that, their support team is top-notch every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. If you’re running deliveries and want something that’s reliable, easy to use, and backed by great service, Elite EXTRA is worth every penny.

Pros

What I really like about using Elite EXTRA is how much easier it makes managing our deliveries day-to-day. The route whiteboard is a game changer it gives me a clear picture of where everything stands at a glance. I also really value the notifications that go out to customers once their deliveries are made; it saves us a ton of follow-up calls and gives our customers peace of mind. The on-time reporting and overall reports make it simple to track performance, and the dashboard ties everything together in a way that’s easy to understand. It feels like everything I need is right there in front of me, which makes the whole process run smoother.

Cons

One thing I find challenging with Elite EXTRA is that the reporting doesn’t let me separate shuttle transfers from regular customer invoice reports. Because of that, it’s tough to get a clear picture of how many drivers I really need. I usually base staffing decisions on both the volume of merchandise moved and the number of deliveries made, but without being able to filter that data, the numbers get blended together and make the algorithm I use less accurate. Having a way to separate those categories in the reports would really help us plan more effectively.

Elite EXTRA solved our issues organizing and optimizing our parts delivery process. We are able to be much more efficient and now have easy access to proof of delivery and reporting metrics that allows us to do more with less manpower and overhead from miles driven. Our customers experience and delivery times has also significantly improved.

Pros

Easy to build routes and optimize deliveries, very simple to run and has completely changed and improved our delivery process.

Cons

Scheduled routes are difficult to build and manage, I would really prefer a version that would build live as orders come in that is visible on the dispatch screen as it builds. This way you could choose to dispatch it early or have a cut time where it would automatically dispatch.

By far, the best and most accurate tracking system out there! It is so easy to use and find invoices. Customer portal has had nothing but good feedback for our customers to use. It makes their returns a lot easier for them to find invoices, which is what we require to send a part back.

Pros

It is fast, accurate, and easy to use. The quick information that you get from "toggle driver tracks" is excellent! The search feature is outstanding and the customer portal is extremely user friendly. Most of our shops that sign up on there, love the ease of it!

Cons

All of the reports are great, however, none of them are very accurate when you want to look back at a driver's tracks and see their route from previous days. Also, I have messed around with the geofencing a few times and still haven't had it work correctly for auto-generating route territories.

I really enjoy how easy it is to use. Helps keep track of orders coming in and out. The app makes it easy for the drivers to make deliveries.

Cons

I could use an app for my outside sales personnel to review and answer customer questions, such as when they can expect a delivery, instead of calling in to the warehouse and having someone look it up.

Pros

Delivery ETAs and proof of deliveries. Its nice to see where my drivers are at and coming up with ways of fitting in stops by visually seeing the map of where they're at.

Cons

Can't quite think of anything, but there's been times where the site was glitchy and or running slow.

\-The level of information provided through Returns Automation is a significant time-saver. -It is user friendly and easy for the Parts Department sales team to navigate.

Cons

\-The returns automation currently does not capture the customer's email address within the order file. -During our use of the delivery service, the pickup response time was noticeably longer compared to our alternative provider.

Not much works well for me and what I do. The on line tech manuals are not always that helpful. They sometimes do describe the steps clearly.

It's been perfect now that we're accustomed to how to use it. The route tracking is helpful, the white board is nice. The pictures make it easy to contradict disputes by customers.

Pros

The setup and everything is nice, being able to use the photo's for evidence is also helpful. I like using the whiteboard on the screen.

Cons

It took me a while to learn the ins and outs of the best way to utilize it. But after going through it day after day with our dock guy I find it to be pretty easy.

My overall experience has been a pretty smooth ride, and honestly I would recommend this application to any future businesses out there.

Pros

I like the transparency and how easy it was to get set up to track delivery drivers and routes the most efficient way.

Cons

Overall, I don't actually have a big complaint with Elite. If I did have to comment, I would say that the biggest thing I have is - is that routes aren't immediately reflected to be routed. It takes a minute or two. By then, my drivers are already out the door.

Real easy to set up. The responds that the customer hs after they learn hiw it works they say that it will help them with their credits.

Pros

Real easy to use plus the access of looking up your credit. The availability of looking where's my order and checking what ti.e it will get to my shop.

Cons

I personally don't have any dislikes. Some customers think that there's to many steps to ho through but when they see how it works they hange their minds.

We've been using EE for over a decade now. For the most part, it just works everyday as expected. New delivery personnel can easily download the app to their device and get started immediately with little training required.

Pros

Easy integration into our existing business system. Low cost entry point to get started. Started out as a small midwest business like ourselves.

Cons

It's only accessible through a web browser. Web based apps will never be as robust as a prpgram installed on a PC.

the way it routes my delivery trucks in the most optimal way. also, my customers receive a POD file with photos.

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. it has man our morning routine streamlined and deliveries are so much faster.
