Cons Saving logic rules got glitched or reset itself so I had to go over every condition to make sure I did not cut under a question that is important. I do not have to send back multiple emails to get the important feedback I need. Cons One disadvantage with using matrix questions was that scoring was limited. It served to validate user pain points before they were problems. Pros It was simple to get started with Zoho Survey and connect to CRM and Zoho Analytics. It enables us to collect that feedback post-demo, onboarding, and feature testing all queuable and orderable. Cons The design is customisable; you can skin it, but you cannot expect pixel perfect control over the design. Also mobile optimization could be better.
