Zoho Survey handles both without making us choose between simplicity and control. Setup takes maybe twenty minutes, results export clean, and nobody's emailed me confused about how to fill one out yet. That's worth keeping around. Pros Before Zoho Survey, we were just cobbling together Google Forms and then manually filtering everything in spreadsheets. It ate up hours of our time every feedback cycle. The conditional branching here actually works, though. You set up paths based on people's answers, so they only see what’s relevant to them, and the data comes back already segmented. It saves us from doing pivot table gymnastics later on. Cons The mobile preview sometimes doesn't match what actually renders on phones, so you'll want to send yourself test links before launch.
