Pros Zoho Survey has been essential for creating surveys and understanding customer satisfaction in terms of service and presentation. From the initial creation, it's a simple process in which all the information is clearly defined and has an attractive design for the public. Most customers don't fill out surveys because they find them boring. However, Zoho Survey makes it a simpler and faster process to respond to, and it's easier for us to send them to the entire interested public. Cons I don't dislike it at all because Zoho has always proven to be a very comprehensive platform without flaws or poor user tools. The built in analytics allowed me to filter responses and I could set up scoring based evals without having to learn formulas. Cons The thing that did bug me was the real time response syncing took time when surveys are shared cross channel.
