So I don't think so such a type of any software which is available in the market.which is up to mark... I am happy with service and software

So lots of feature we are getting at reasonable price, since last 6 years i am using clinicea i got Not a single problem in software, hasslefree easy to use if any upgradation we get customer support. In case of emergency within minutes we get response.. Zero bug issues up to mark. Handling more than 15k patient no complains from patient regarding services from our hospital,Safty security of data since last 1 st day i have all my patient record up to mark... It is very easy to acccess to patient as well as doctor

Cons

Referal acknowledgement massage to Refering doctor is not there.. Need to improve CRM need to improve with whats app two way messaging from the single platform

Great. They have always been very cooperative in getting issues solved and being open to innovation.

Pros

Have been using clinicea for the last 13 years now and overall am very satisfied with the product. Main Plus is that they try to personalize according to requirements which gives the client a freedom to tailor things as per his needs. Good service and a fantastic product

Would like more refinement in the formulary with the generic drug names in brackets. Overall no isuues

The least i like about clinicea is the casesheet section in clinicea because the casesheets dont involve nested forms

Clinicea Software has done wonders for us in Financial and Inventory Management. It has easy billing, package management and session consumption. A brilliant tool for inventory products addition and quantity tracking.

Cons

It would be better if they support 2-way Whatsapp Communication. Otherwise, the software is very good.

Excellent Technical Support! Their team member, \[sensitive content hidden\] is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and solution-oriented. Every time we’ve faced a technical issue, they’ve gone above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Their communication is clear, and they explain even the most complex problems in an understandable way. Truly a reliable and skilled tech expert, highly recommended!

Pros

It’s a white label solution. Can be customised according to our needs. Also the support staff is terrific.

Cons

Not much. But some users may find it a bit difficult during onboarding. They need to get grasp of what’s in offer here
