So lots of feature we are getting at reasonable price, since last 6 years i am using clinicea i got Not a single problem in software, hasslefree easy to use if any upgradation we get customer support. In case of emergency within minutes we get response.. Zero bug issues up to mark. Handling more than 15k patient no complains from patient regarding services from our hospital,Safty security of data since last 1 st day i have all my patient record up to mark... It is very easy to acccess to patient as well as doctor

Cons

Referal acknowledgement massage to Refering doctor is not there.. Need to improve CRM need to improve with whats app two way messaging from the single platform

Clinicea has made managing our clinic incredibly efficient. The appointment scheduling and patient records management are seamless and easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, and our staff adapted to it very quickly. Billing and invoicing have become much faster, saving us significant time every day. Overall, a very well-designed system for any healthcare practice.

Cons

Customer support response can sometimes be delayed on calls, but otherwise the overall experience has been smooth and hassle-free.

Amazing. When I shortlisted Clinicea, I chose it only for the features of clinic management. But when I started using their API - this software became limitless. I can literally run my imagination wild to make our clinic stand apart. The product is so well built - that if anyone puts little effort with the implementation, this product is just superlative

Pros

It is a fantastic product and it is very clear that it was built ground up based on user experience. The way it is built and simplified tells a lot about how well the product is thought about. I have tried many products and attended many demos, but Clinicea was the best product I came across - it was so close to my clinic operations and offered avenues to actually improve them

Cons

I think only one area seems a little buddy, especially while using android phones - its the patient photographs. Some of them keep disappearing from the front end, while it is still there in the database. The team has tried fixing it, but it would need deeper work to understand the root cause better

It was easy to install. Not difficult to use. Has all it needs for clear patient records. There are still areas for improvements but they are working on them and improvements are coming regularly.

Pros

It’s not difficult to use. Customer support is very quick and helpful. All patients records are easy to access. All doctors notes are properly saved.

My overall experience with Clinicea is excellent - I highly recommend this service for any hospital system that wants a safe, dependable, and inexpensive way of providing digital medical records for their hospitals and Patients.

Pros

I am the General Director of a Large International Emergency Medical System, and I have found that Clinicea has been extremely patient with my staff and me. Working constantly to provide a responsive system. I also find that they reasonably charge and are not constantly 'needling' to increase the cost of their service.

Cons

I am by a character trigger to send this review, and I simply do not have any criticisms... I wish them much continued success.

Pros

The support is patient and accommodating to the best of their abilities. The user interface is straightforward. We can use the system easily from the moment the client walks in until the end of their billing. Patient management is quite easy with the live dashboard.

Cons

Some features can be limiting, however, with time, the team is developing. As an overambitious team, we seldom reach a point where we are looking for more.

friendly and co-operative team, quick to help with any new requests and available over the weekends as well for any queries which we truly appreciate. for the number of features offered, the platform fee is economical. overall, helps doctors and other stakeholders get the job done!

flexibility in terms of UI changes because most of the time when there is a custom request, feasibility may not be at our level of expectation since it is termed an architectural change on the teams end.

Would be nice if case sheets could be linked, at least those that seem related to capture data once e, g.. Dialysis treatment sheet should be able to feed some data to the TPC case sheet.
